I had an oil leak, squealing belt, and check engine light for o2 sensor. I took it to a mechanic and they trying charge me 3,000 for oil filter housing and new catalytic converter and that the belt squeals because of the oil leaking. I was hesitant because the amount they were asking. So I called performance, told them what other mechanic told me and he said he look at it and quote me. Turn out not even oil filter housing or my catalytic converter, but something simple as seals and new belt and a o2 sensor. Went from 3,000 to 800.I got my car back couple days after and started sorta stalling, I called them back. They came and pick my car up and told me they didn t put a certain piece on good, but they fix it and drop my car back off where I work. I would recommend him to anyone. He was helpful understanding everything, got my car fix in timely manner, and will work with you! I will be back to this shop if I have may more problems in future.

Bill and his crew are awesome. I took over my aunt and uncle s vehicles after they passed and he made him self available to go over in detail any previous work done. I am very grateful to Bill for going the extra mile to assist. I highly recommend Bill s shop for vehicle work, including diesel engine work.

We had to make an emergency stop while traveling cross country and get our brake pads replaced. Fairly priced for the last minute repair and nice people! Truly thankful for everything they did!

Traveling and had a car problem on a late Friday afternoon. By the time we hit town we had all kinds of alarms flashing and a car shuddering down the road. As we were traveling through these guys got us in and diagnosed a cylinder 1 NOT firing. They dropped what they were doing to get us back on the road. Thanks so much, we really appreciated taking care of us so quickly and cost effectively.Service: Electrical

While moving my daughter to Albuquerque my fuel pump went out on a Friday. Bill got me in 1st thing Monday morning and I was back on the road in a couple hours. Great to know there still people like Bill who help people in a bind.Would highly recommend his shop.

I am a repeat customer as of now. Bill runs a great shop. Fair priced, respectful, professional and fast service. As a woman I feel comfortable going here and not have that feeling of I'm about to be taken advantage of. He is honest and frank about your repairs. What can hold what can't. It's wonderful knowing I have a mechanic with a great team I can depend on. Thanks

We had an alternator fail on a Sunday evening as we drove into Boise City, 60 miles from Guymon. First thing Monday morning we started calling to find who might be able to replace an alternator in a 2006 BMW in the middle of small-town Oklahoma.Bill said he could probably fit us in if we could get there, as he likes to help out travelers in difficulty. He would have to see if he could find a part. He called back a bit later saying he'd found a part but it was in another town...he might have to drive to meet the guy half-way! Bill called back a few minutes later to confirm he'd be able to get the part in hand, and if we could get to his shop, when he could start working on it and confirmed we should be back on the road by late Monday afternoon.We were lucky enough to be able to drive the 60 miles before the car quit on us. We got to Bill's shop around noon, and by 3pm Bill had us fixed and back on the road.We called several places, but just in talking to Bill we knew he was the guy we wanted to work on our car if he could get the part. He was the most honest, most forthright, and most responsive.In the end, Bill went out of his way to help us out, got the work done well and quickly at a fair price.If I lived in Guymon, OK, I know that Bill would have a customer for life. If you need a mechanic in Guymon, OK, I would not hesitate to call Bill.Service: Electrical repair

The driver side window of my RV won't rolled up while we were traveling. We had to stay 2 nights in RV site close by over the weekend.While I drive to Bill Monday morning, he figured out the problem of regulator broken right away. Then, he checked several suppliers around, find out the parts, and fixed for me, and charges me very reasonable price.So, we can continue our trip again.Really appreciated their professionalism, sincerely and hard work.

if anyone needs a good mechanic go to Performance Auto. They are really good. They have picked up my car fixed the ac and brought my car back home. Now my car wont even turn over and they pulled my car to the shop. It might take them forever to get to it but they make sure the problem is fixed.

Stopped for gas across the street while just driving through and noticed steam under the hood: hose leak! They were friendly and helpful and had us up and running in an hour. You never know what you're gonna get in an emergency but we won that lottery with Performance Auto.

Definitely expensive like any car repair shop. My car window got busted while in their care, and i feel like they dont want to be responsible for it. Otherwise, they have worked w me with payments when i was unable to pay the whole bill at one time!

I can t say enough about this place I blew the water pump in my 2019 ram diesel 2500 and I m from Illinois they had me in and out within a hr all three of the guys in there are great guys thank you ll so much great shop Bill

Nice garage that's hard to get it into a in the small town of Guymon. He solved the problem on my ignition lock for a couple $100 that no one else even at Volkswagen seemed to be able to solve for hundreds more, while I'm on a long distance trip and basically stranded.. Go there.. They'll figure it out, or make a way for it to work...
