friendly staff can make you laugh even when you re stressed if they don t know if they will figure it out. Definitely a great place to stop by if you re having car troubles.

Brady was excellent in helping me figure out where an oil leak could be happening !He recommended a local business to have them check out my car when he was baffledI appreciate that he didn t just sell me a lot of product but used common sense. Great customer service- thanks Brady!

Service was awful, I walked out after a clerk started helping me then in the middle answered the phone and spent an unknown amount of time helping a phone customer he obviously knew. Other clerks stood around behind the counter and didn't help me. I stood there for @ 10 minutes and then left.Update: better customer service lately, I think they have a better manager now.

I put one star because I have to put at least that to leave a review. I bought two batteries from O'Reilly using my membership card. When I went in to turn them in on warranty there was no record of me even buying one battery from them. They had where I had turned it in on warranty before but said they couldn't do it again because the original purchase was not on my record. So now I am out about $300 in batteries because they cannot keep their record straight. Incompetency at its best.

I was a Night Manager, ISS, and Assistant Manager at O'Reillys in OKC I don't know if I expect more after working for them but the customer service in Guymon is a joke. The "manager" has looked at me without acknowledging me or any body in the store for that matter. Nobody will walk out from behind the counter to help customers find parts, nobody has an attitude like they want to help. When calling in you are suppose to be greeted with " O'Reilly Auto Parts this is ______!" and when the phone call is ending it's "we offer a low price guarantee". Hire people in there that understand what customer service is, I don't care if it's a fake smile and attitude the whole time as long as people feel good and have a good experience while in the store. Good vibes are what keep people back, and that store should be shut down!

This place is not even one star worthy. I will NEVER do business here and I will NEVER recommend it to anyone. Sales person here tried selling an $80 alternator to my daughter for $300 AND then told her it would be an additional $250 to install it. We live in South Texas and our daughter is away in college in OK. It makes me so sad and disappointed that a reputable chain like this would be so dishonest and try to rip off a young college girl. When we told her to cancel the order and get her money back she did so immediately. She told him that she saw the same alternator online for $112 he said, "Oh yeah they're cheaper online. That's where I get mine." What kind of business does this?

These people are awesome. I had a blow out on my car and couldnt figure out how to get my spare off my car. Thanks to Mike Sibille taking time out of his busy day to help me and get my spare tire on my car. He was a life saver.

Passing thru guymon ok, had to get a headlight that went out and I called ahead and the lady on the phone said they had one in the back and she was going back to grab it and bring it up to the front and hold it for me, when I arrived at the store there's no head light at the desk like they said it would be, they look for 10 minutes couldn't find it and I had to leave because I was late, not the most helpful O'Reilly store in the world

1st time Employee try to multitask and got my order wrong,2nd the manager gave me wrong oil and filter for my vehicle and wouldn't refund me anything even after admitting he typed wrong year

The door has a sign that has a opening time of 8:00 am it is now 9:23 and still not open.Terrible service!!!!!
