I m a company driver. Driving up 54 I had a blow out on the trailer. My dispatch sent me here. They were great. Got me fixed and on my way in about 30 minutes.

These folks were great. I was passing through and only going to be in town for three days. They got me in the day after I called and they found the tires I requested. They did a great job fixing the problems I had. I'm very happy that I called them while I was in Guymon. Good organization.

About 3wks ago I went in for what I thought was a flat repair but the tire did not have a good seal. I left and had the same issue pop up today. I took it back to have the same tire looked at. They replaced my valve steam, cleaned my tire and rim to ensure a good seal and that my tire was no longer leaking. I was prepared to pay for the service and was informed there was no need. Javier and his crew went above and beyond to make it right. I highly recommend all the helpful folks at Guymon Tire!

The Guymon, Ok. Goodyear is totally awesome! I'm a Nana traveling with 2 grandchildren, my tire light came on just before I reached Guymon. I pulled in, they immediately carefully checked every tire and had us back on the road in no time at all. Great customer service and a great staff! The Store Manager Javier Santiago even tho we got there ten minutes before closing had the guys look for us a rim as we needed a spare for our trailer. We got a flat on one tire which they fixed no problem but we wanted to have a spare just in case but had no luck. Either way that s great customer service in my book. It was a very bad experience, I only went because I had a flat tire & I thought that everything was ok but 1 hr. Later my tire was low completely flat no air at all! So I'm thinking if they don't know how to fix a flat tire I don't want to imagine how they do with the rest of the jobs that they perform in there I think that someone should be in charge to go & make sure that the job was done correct before the client finds out & gives a bad reputation to the company. So far,, this is the very best place I have ever been. People I've never met wave to me when I walk down the street, I've never experienced that before,I was born and raised in Chicago, on the south side. Very friendly ,its incredible , I hope it last. God Bless the people of this town, Amen

Stopped to eat in guymon, doing a walk around noticed a tire with a bulge in it where I previously plugged a leak. Within a hour Jose came in and met me at there shop, fairly priced and quick job. Thank you

Called and set an appointment for an Oil Change and Fuel Filter change for my company truck. Showed up about an hour and a half BEFORE my appointment so that we could get started on getting approval from Enterprise to get started with the work. After nearly 2 hours with my truck, they said they had only done the oil change and that the fuel filter change would be another hour. Very dissatisfied that I showed up early to be kicked to the curb.The only reason I can say they earned 2 stars is because they are actually quite friendly.

When I purchased tires from this business I was told they had road hazard warranty. Went back to have tires rotated and service guy noticed a slash in my tire and they would not cover it. Go elsewhere and buy tires. Don t waste your money here. Not honest at all. Used to be a good business but not anymore. Really sad honesty means nothing to this business.Service: Tires

Needed a oil change for my car guy was rude about it and said they were booked for 4 days in advance, all of there garage doors were empty they were not working on any cars at that point in time. On top of that called in advance to see if they could get me in the guy said they could got there to figure out they couldn't get me in that day, after that never called me acted like I never scheduled an appointment with them. Poor customer service.
