I went here about 2 weeks ago in search for a new battery for my car. The employees were very helpful when helping me find the best battery, and they even helped me install my new battery. Highly recommend, the customer service was superior.

The local autozone in my home town ks always helpful. I can always count on them when I need some help with car related maintenance.

The employees that work at AutoZone are absolutely amazing. They helped us find a battery for our vehicle. The battery happened to be a bad battery and they fixed us up with a new one. They even looked at our car when we brought it in. The customer service is by far the most amazing.

Was helped the other day by a man named Ross and God bless his soul he was so helpful to me when I know nothing about my car. He deserves 10 stars for his attitude and knowledge and respectful way he talks and don't make ya feel dumb but makes ya feel hopefull

Great place to shop and a Mr. ROSS helped me find and get exactly what I needed. He is a manager and just made sure to find the time to help me and he was the only one who seemed to greet everyone that walked in with a hello good afternoon or he would even say Hola Buenos Dia to others. Just a great experience and It will be the Autozone I return to instead of Liberals or any O'Reilly's. Thank you all.

I went there because of the good reviews but 98% of the time the employee flirted with me and told me his life s story, the other 2% he told me what was wrong with my car, I was clearly annoyed and uncomfortable and the manager did nothing, extremely unprofessional I wish I could give 0 stars. I m never going back.

Gave 5 stares before but have to give it a 1. Use to work there and gave a notice that I had a new job. Even though I didn't go the full 2 weeks, I was told I'm not rehireable. So I quit. Though I told management that I would be leaving a month beforehand. So. Management sucks.

My tail lights went out without any notice and it was 8:00 in the evening. I pulled into Auto Zone and the 3 gentleman that were working had me back up and going within five minutes. So helpful and friendly!!!!

Can't thank enough of how much awesome customer service I had today at the guymon autozone by the name of an employee, Miguel. Not only did he find the problem that has been bugging me for several months but he took the initiative to repair it for me and offer me a free part and a discount for something that would've been extravagant cost to repair. Thanks to him and panhandle auto repair I'm now able to go out on the highway normally. Who knew all along that it was the starter engine.

Had a wonderful time was helped by a young man named Ross and it is like they not only have what you need but a Mechanic on hand to help talk you about what your getting it for. Wonderful place will definitely return and tell my aquantiences

Verry poor costomer service no one to greet you they just looking that a screen ignoring the costomer and when it was time to cash out the gentleman didn't even say anything just walked away last time i walk in there lack of work ethic

Hard to beat the prices, I just wish they kept morestock for older vehicles, 1960- early '70s. Maybe I should update? Lol
