THEY LIE.I must express my profound disappointment with the service I received at the auto center. Despite being the second person in line at 9 am, I found myself subjected to a lamentable display of inefficiency and incompetence. The employee at the desk assured me that they were attending to my battery replacement while another technician worked on a previous customer's tires. However, after an excruciating two-hour wait, I was informed that they couldn't replace my battery after all. They left my car outside dead in the rain, only after I requested they gave me a jump. The communication in this department is so poor they didn t know that two hours earlier I had purchased a battery and I had to show a receipt to collect my battery. Cheapest around but you get what you pay for. Went here to attempt to get a tire 3 months ago and they only had one in stock which they put on the wrong wheel so I had to go elsewhere. I still had to pay for the tire. Just attempted to get a warranty repair on the tire they put on the wrong wheel and according to their prorating it still cost me 80% as much as the tire was new. The tire had less than 10,000 miles. If the prorating was accurate I should've paid about 25 dollars and been on my merry way. I will not be going to any walmart for any vehicle related services in the future.Service: Tires

Can't say enough good about the Guthrie Tire Center with a special shout out to Doug the service manager and his boss. We had an issue with tire replacement with the road hazard warranty purchased at another Walmart. Three larger Walmarts said they wouldn't stand behind the warranty (tires are only 6 months old), BUT this little Guthrie tire center stepped up and said let us make this right. Requested Mobile 1, sticker says they gave me Pennzoil. The oil they gave me is not HTO-06 which is why I requested the specific oil I did. Also, they didn t bother to reset the oil life or remove the old sticker before placing the new one. I waited 2 hours for this service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Not a good experience. They put the wrong size tires on my car and had to take them all off and put the ones I wanted on. Got out of there 3 hours later. Told them we wanted our old tires to put them in the trunk and they didn't do that either without being told again. I spent close to $500 for lousy service.

Usually have good things to say about the auto center but today they were terrible. Went in for an oil change and this man who can't speak above a whisper takes the details for the change. Okay, okay, I could deal with that. Struggled to hear him but I could deal. I told him SPECIFICALLY what had to be done to start my car (easy, put the key in and turn HARD) well they couldn't get it to start. They DID NOT call my cell and claim they called over the system though neither my guy or I heard them at all. I go out to my car, my window is all the way down and my seat is back. I BARELY turn the key and the car starts but of course they wasted time and didn't call me so I can't get the oil change because it's too damn late. Unless Jessica is in, I will NEVER use this auto center again the service was that poor. I'd leave less stars if possible. Beyond upset.

Awful took them over a hour and a half and they were unapologetic and rude. Never go here. I thought I could save a lil time and not get dirty before work. But a hour and a half! I coulda went home changed my own oil. Took a shower,washed a load of laundry and took a nap before they got done with a simple oil change! If I'd had any idea about the length of wait I'd have went somewhere else.

I Hate to say it but I could have learned the entire process of mounting one tire faster than it has taken them to even pull my car into all four of their empty bays. I mean really why do they even open if the only fix two problems a day. The employee they have sitting at the desk is incredibly rude and snide to any question you have. I have seen better customer service from a two year old. According to her name tag her name is Michelle. All she does is sit at the desk and complain or boss people around.

Took from 1:10 pm until 2:31 pm for an oil change when there were no other cars getting an oil change and only two other cars in the place! Now I see why it's the cheapest oil change in town! Ridiculously slow service! I asked why it took three moons and a Sunday for a simple oil change and was told it was because they no longer have the machine that pulls the oil out quickly, they let it drain out and that takes time. Never again. Will go to Jiffy Lube in Edmond next time and still be done faster with travel times than getting it done here!

I came in to get an oil change and all was good. Until I was 20 minutes down the road the skid plate on my vehicle flew off and ripped up some other stuff in the process. I drove back over to complain, and the mechanic called me a liar, and said it was already broken. They said they would do an investigation, but of course I never got a call back.

Associates removed key from ignition after requesting for them to NOT take the key out. Then jammed it back in and ignition is now locked up. The key had been working fine for over a year, yet Corporate office says...too bad, can't prove anything and is not responsible. Totally ridiculous! They were clearly negligent but will not admit to making a mistake! Eventhough associates were apologizing and saying that the other associate didn't tell them not to remove it.

I am not impressed with service or product. My car has not ridden smooth like it did prior to getting new tires from them.

After visiting the store bought tires online to be shipped to store so I could have them installed . They refused to ship to the store but my house instead . I loaded the tires in my truck and went to store first thing to have them installed . Had an oil change ahead of me that takes them 45 minutes they tell me . Then I m told they had a truck coming in to off load when I would be about ready to get tires installed . They couldn t tell me when how long before they could even start because the truck . Didn t even suggest a time to come back .So I got tires in the truck and can t just wait till god knows when . Part of my purchase included install and was going to get road hazard . Had to go somewhere else no road hazard and paid for the install . I guess you can buy there tires but as others warned me I m warning you . Just go somewhere else they don t have enough staff to do the most basic things or don t want to !

Michelle who is working right now at the check out stand, has to be the rudest walmart emoyee u have ever came across. I get that working for walmart probably sucks for her. But that is not my problem. I have been here almost 2 hours waiting on a tire and she has a smart a$$ remark everyone I swing by to see if my truck is still sitting in the same spot. I don't even ask her, I just look out the window. Her name is Michelle and she has shoulder length blond hair. I highly doubt walmart will do anything either. I've had 1 employee smile at me today. I've been doing a test to see if they smile back. Michelle does not know how to smile.

I was told I'd have to wait 2 hours plus for 2 tires mounted, and balanced. I went in for $68 tires and when finished I was $89 tires? Little upsetting since I'm on a budget!

19k mile on a tire with road hazard they tried to pro rate it 20 bucks which barely cover the road hazard warranty cost. I'll never buy tires here ever again.

Guthrie's Auto center got me in and out within an hour. Jessica was very nice and had great customer services. They were very helpful and very polite. I would recommend coming here.

Very disappointed. My oil light hadn't been reset, there's oil on my driver's side door frame, oil on the carpet! I called mgt they said to bring it back in to make it right.

Waited 30 minutes on a manager to come help the cashier, and I eventually had to track one down myself or else I probably would have been there all day

Walmart products are substandard. Only shop there if you just need to get by.If you want something that lasts, go someplace more reputable.

Staff stayed late to help with a blown out boat trailer emergency. Awesome!
