Friday after Thanksgiving Day, I asked Trey, Mgr., about Manually Draining, Flushing and replacing all-the-fluid in Pwt Str / Hydoboost Systems on our FORD DIESEL Dually, NOT by "machine".... Mr. Steve, expert FORD Tech, did an amazingly-thorough Task, as well as (additionally) carefully explaining / showing me in detail about a pending, future Repair which will be unusually costly. He was extremely patient, making sure that I understood.....I very-sincerely enjoy taking our equipment to GUTHRIE FLEET DIESEL Service because I know the very best possible repairs will always be done!....Eli

Wasted time and effort chasing a tail....Ford service said go to GM service, GM service said go to Fleet service (they didn't know the address and gave me incorrect directions). Fleet service said their lift could handle my truck, BUT they don't have a tire machine even though they do tires.... He did offer me to leave my work truck there and they would get to in in 3 to 4 days.Drove truck to Gutherie Tire, problem solved and sent on my way in 15 mins. Glad to see someone knows how to fix a tire.

The people here are exceptional people. Very friendly and helpful. We were traveling when our engine light came on. They were able to get us help within and hour, got a diagnosis and temporary to get us back on the road. It was 95 degrees out so they allowed our dog to come in while we waited. Highly recommend these people. Janine was especially helpful..

I've lived outside of Guthrie almost 2 years and the fleet service has taken great care of me. Always get my vehicles in and worked on in a timely manner. Very friendly service.
