AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Actually would give more than five stars. Nothing worse than a single female with a car that will not start (dead battery, in the winter) and the NAPA staff was more than happy to help.The owner, Keith, deserves a 10 star rating for his kind heart. He went above and beyond in customer service.These folks need to be your "go to place" for all things automotive!

It s a small store, to be honest, but the staff is friendly and will help you in any way they can. It s not often that you meet guys who are trying to solve a client s problem and not sit back at their desk.

I visited 2x in one day and both times I was greeted promptly. I chatted with a long time employee the first time, nice guy and the owner the 2nd time also a nice guy. I would highly recommend this Napa. They definitely took care of me.

They are so helpful when you are not sure what you need. They will find it for you and inform you on how to fix somethings. They will add oil for you if you are ready for work and can't get dirty but need a quick quart to get you by till you can change it. Very informed staff and quick to help. Great show of Guthrie spirit!

Very friendly staff. Had exactly what I wanted. Helped replaced as needed. Competitive price. Topped it off by offering a treat to my toy poodle. Couldn't have asked for better service.

By far the best auto parts store I've ever seen, everyone there is very knowledgeable , professional and so nice courteous and helpful. I would rather drive 50 miles to get the right part the first time and some friendly support on whatever project I'm working on, not only do they have auto and truck parts but they also have parts for lawn mowers and trailers. Thank you and keep up the good work Napa!!

Was told over the phone they could provide a service, waited for someone to help then told they couldn't help me. Other than that they were polite

Napa almost always has what I need. They are the cheapest place for things like o-rings Schrader valves and things like that.
