This guy is very unprofessional charged me extreme fees that were unreasonable. The total ended up costing 1,000$ to get a truck under 10,000 pounds towed and out of impound. (Yes my fault there)He told me it would be 765$ 4 days prior to picking it up. Used a ton of profanity and told me to pay it or leave my truck. Would not recommend this company to anyone.Service: Car towing

If I could give him 10 stars I would. I was stranded halfway between Guthrie and Langston and Kenny was out there in less than 20 minutes when the other services I called were more than a 90 minute wait, and their rates were ridiculous!! But Kenny showed up, and performed his job in a very professional manner, was even concerned for my safety as I was standing near the road. He was also very nice and friendly, and his rate was unbeatable in my honest opinion. You really saved my day Kenny, thank you very much!!Service: Local hauling

This guy isn't a bad guy 1 he is making a living just like the rest of us but he has answered all 199 of my questions and if he couldn't he tried to direct me to the right place and even tho it was my fault for trusting someone with my belongings I am at fault and I understand his situation and respect it but I pray to God I get my car back so everyone pray for me my situation is a lot difficult and the I trusted shouldn't had been driving it

My husbands starter went out just a few miles from home this evening. Kenny was amazing. He had the best price. When he got to our house to drop off the car he let my son work the switches and gave all of my kids play dough. Thank you for a great experience.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

We called Kenny right after ending up in a ditch and he got there within the timeframe he said he would (30 minutes) and helped us with absolutely no problems. He was very nice and the whole thing lasted maybe 10 minutes.

Kenny is a great and honest person. My mechanic and I were both unsure about starting my truck due to a ignition coil failure so I called Kenny to tow it to my mechanic. He asked what the problem was and I explained. He told me to start it up and drive it to the shop.He could have towed me in and I still would have been grateful. But now I know he a man of great integrity.

My old car broke down out of town. Called Kenny's for no real reason other than it had good reviews. They said they could have someone to me in 15 minutes. 15 minutes later Kenny himself shows up and gets me and my car back home and helped me push it back in to the garage. Very nice guy, he took good care of my baby. Fair price too!

I waited 3hrs for roadside assistance (not his fault) for a problem that was fixed within 5 minutes! Kenny was friendly and got me back on the road in minutes I was very pleased and impressed.

After being stranded by someone else for over 2 hours, Kenny was able to get me in an hour, was professional and clean. Knew the area and recommended a shop for me that was actually still open at 6 during a pandemic. If I'm ever stranded in central OK again, imma call Kenny.

As a mother 4 hours away from my daughter who was having issues with her car and needing to have it towed we were both frustrated after roadside assistance fell through. I called Kenny s Wrecker and instead of collecting what could have been a sizable fee Kenny provided my daughter with a workaround to resolve her issue and gave me relief knowing my daughter was mobile. I will definitely call on Kenny if I ever need a tow and I m in Oklahoma!! Thank you Kenny!!

This wasn't my first time being towed. He got there quick and was very friendly as well as made it a quick and stress free ordeal.I was in a high stress point and he just got me calm and got my mind off of my car. I will always recommend them to anyone that asks.

Kenny's Wrecker, Thank you for your service! He helped me out this morning and gave me some good advice before he even had made it to my broke down truck and myself. His prices are more than fair and he got my truck safely to the repair shop. Great customer service both times l have used him. If you need a good guy in the Guthrie area he will be there ASAP and l was very greatful for that. Thank you!

I can t thank Kenny enough for towing me and my car all the way to Stillwater after I got stuck on I-35. He was extremely nice and very helpful. I d recommend him to anyone needing service in his area.

Poor customer service, the first time I talked to this man about getting my car out, he was way unprofessional the way he talked to me I even told him he was not being professional, this man also continuely hung up on me when I was trying to get the prices. Then charged me a extra 60 dollars for that. Then he charged an extra 60 for when my step dad came to get the car. This business is not all business this man tried to make it extremely difficult getting my car and definitely over charged me. I only had so much trouble just because I was trying to get my car towed out of his wrecker which I cold do but he told me I couldn't and my step dad and kenny called the deputy and that deputy confirmed I was able to do so. But than I to get some form of paper than the sheriff was saying I couldn't do that the deputy didn't pretry much know what he was talking about. Supposedly this man made states like I been pulled over multiple times and I've only ever been ticketed twice in my life and 3 yrs apart. Check your receipts go get them looked at. This business was really unprofessional If I needed service I would not resort to this place even if it was my last option.

the pricing confirmed with farmers in my situation was $150 covered by insurance, $20 out of pocket. The driver from kenny's called and stated that there was a question about the breakdown of fees and my father told him it was already explained and agreed to and confirmed that we needed assistance. The gentleman showed up, hooked the car up. He then asked for $25 dollars. My father stated that the farmers rep told him $20.00 out of pocket and although it's not the agreed price, my father goes into the gas station to use the atm. As he walks into the store, the driver unhooks my car and didn't completely retract the hitch and drives off without saying a word. My father contacted the number he received the call from and he says that we questioned everything he did and that he pissed him off and obviously he couldn't provide good service and then told us to call the insurance company and hung up! My father received a follow up call from Farmers and the wrecker company stated that they weren't able to tow my car, but didn't tell the whole story of the price discrepancy. This left us stranded and I will never suggest this tow company to anyone!! Total disgust and lack of class! Seems strange he would drive 30 minutes just to speed off in a rage over $5.00 after my father went inside to the atm machine there is no explanation for this distasteful behavior.

Don t waste ur time, this guys a real class act!!! He left me stranded by dropping the contract/job in the middle of trying to locate me. Didn t have the courtesy of contacting me despite having my information. If u want to be treated like this then sure, give him a call lol!!!!! POS!Update: at 5:05 pm the guy has the or NERVE to call and threaten me for leaving my review which I recorded the call! Like I said, if u want this type of customer service. Good luck!!

such a professional owner. He helped me out on the weekend when he actually didn't have to go to his office but he did us a favor and went to his office anyways knowing we are not even picking up the vehicle the same day ( super nice guy too, didn't give me an attitude for even a second). Needed Kenny s wrecker service unexpectedly at the last minute. He didn t think twice, hooked up the pick up, and brought it to Edmond for us. The quote for the tow was much less than expected and the final cost was even less than the quote. It was a long, stressful day and Kenny took a lot of that stress away, thank you Kenny!

Told me I wouldn't be charged anything but mileage because my car was stolen and he pretty much lied! Charged me for everythin! Would not recommend

Not being from the Guthrie area I found Kenny on google and am very thankful. He was polite, reassuring, and helpful. I highly recommend him if you break down in that area.

I called the business , the customer service was terrible the idiot cursed at me repeatedly. And when he finally arrived to open the lot he drove off while i was counting my money. Don't ever do business with this service
