I visited them to replace my car's tires. They not only honored the sale price (4 tires for 3) but their price was much less than other dealers. Chris was very humble and professional. I really appreciate his efforts and support. He even arranged shuttle to and from my place to help pick my car. Also like to mention Danny (from body shop) for his help and support in searching parts for my other car and Randy and Robert (sales managers) for their friendly and unbiased approach towards selling new/old cars from their dealership.

Vance is fast, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Gary got my car in, got it diagnosed, got the part/tire ordered and the Warranty approved and then got it back in and installed in a very short amount of time, all while having to work around my schedule. He was very accommodating, very willing to work around my schedule caring for my husband with pancreatic cancer. This place is #1 in my books.

I have been in the customer service industry for 14 years and I must admit I thought I've experienced it all. But I'm glad to say that I can still be surprised. I have had the pleasure to do business with both Chris and Greg on my last repairGreg is a truly honest man who could have easily taken advantage of my situation but I could tell he worked very hard to get me up and going not only in a timely manner but also while keeping cost down. And being a large family so close to Christmas was much appreciatedChris gladly took the time to educate me on what was being recommended and most importantly why. So that I could understand where my money was going. He did this gladly without hesitation or attitude because he genuinely cares about his customers

Vehicle repair is something everyone both dreads and hates, however, the professionals at John Vance help to relieve some of the stress. They are always courteous, honest, and keep the communication with you so that you understand what is being done. They always make sure you're never caught off guard. The Service Manager Greg does all he possibly can to make sure he delivers what is promised. Even though the drive is a bit far from where I live, I make the trip to Guthrie because the experience has always been easy. I highly recommend them whether you need service, are buying a car, or need assistance with purchasing a wheelchair accessible vehicle either privately or through the VA. If you need assistance with handicap accessible vehicles, call and ask for Marcus Newby. I'm sure that whatever your need is, you will be completely satisfied.

Online scheduling is a breeze and for maintenance they re able to get me in and out within an hour. Should I need repairs they re willing to pick the truck up or give me a ride back to work. Great guys in the service department and always take excellent care of our vehicles.

Everyone was very kind especially Al Jackson. There was no pressure to buy and I was in and out after I did purchase my car, in under an hour. Shayla in the finance dept. was wonderful too. This is my 3rd car from John Vance-.i will continue to come back.

Techs found my oil leak quickly and got it fixed and my drive train warranty covered it for me, leaving me with enough money to get a few other needed maintenance services performed as well without breaking my wallet. They really do a great job at trying to save you money..

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, and I wish I could say it was my first. I have bought 5cars from them and they do all my repairs both mechanical and collision. Let me say it hasn't always been this way. I bought my first cat thru John Vance in 2004 from Derrick Vance BEST EXPERIENCE . Mike Craft was the sales manager. I did my business with them after that. Let me say I don't live in Guthrie and they delivered my new truck and before that the pt cruiser,and given me rides and loaners during service! Everything was working for me until I started having trouble with my 2013 and had to go thru Gabe( F.Y.I. he's horrible .only worries bout money doesn't have any empathy)Time flash to recently . My battery is so dead I can't jump it,so I called service depth to see when they put the last battery in and warranty info but it had been 3yrs and he says no warranty. I asked if he knew the cost and he told me $300 so I said I'd call back because money is tight now.. Then few days later I call back because they advertise they will pick your vehicle or you up for service. The operator transfered me to someone named Dee. I told her I needed to set it up to be picked up or in the shop she says the have a mobile service but she doesn't know how much extra that is,WHAT A EXTRA CHARGE,so again I get off to regroup .I also need to say I don't know who Dee is,but she obviously hates me her voice and everything changed when she knew it was me.WHY? I called Thursday got a man and asked him if they had my battery in stock previously hadn't checked and he said yes and I asked could they pick it up he said maybe mobile service could took my number and I thought they would call or show up it was early am but waited day after next nothing. I called back got Dee and I'm upset cause nobody seems to want to help me . She tells me they don't pick up cars that don't start and I asked her about the mobile service to come out at a charge and change on site. She's mad at me and says she will set it up will call me. I'm needing my car and if your following you know we're into next week,well 2days nothing so at 6:06 I call and get a manager explain situation ask for help to which he went out there and they had closed but he said he'd get them on it in the morning I believe. So I just had it towed in at my expense. I called them back to let them know I would just tow it they scheduled me for 9am install next day well by 3pm I hadn't heard anything so I called. To my surprise they didn't know it was even there ,but it had an appointment and I told the guy I was towing it in previous night. Then he ask what kinda car it was because the night before they got one with no info.. I was so frustrated but glad they could start. The next day my car was ready but again they were unable to help me and I already paid for the battery plus tow bill that includes $100charge for dropping it off to Vance by tow truck. They literally advertise to pick up vehicles for service free. I finally got a friend to give me a ride to my already paid for vehicle. I'm not happy with John Vance, this is not how you treat people. Only getting a star because there's no way to give LESS.

I needed a new engine. They were quick to get back with me for a price. The price they quoted was higher than snoop dog. My boyfriend was quick to talk to them and get everything straightened out at a much more reasonable price. Got the car back quick and everything looked great. Except there was alot of oil in the bottom part of my car they did not clean out. Also got charged for antifreeze that they did not put in. My boyfriend wanted to check the car out first and the guy said well its like calling us a liar. We will see how this goes. Keep ya posted! I would post pics but it is not giving me the option.

Service/Express Lane was terrific. Diagnosed the problem in my rear tire (a screw), fixed it, adjusted tire pressure in all tires, and sent me on my way. This Texan is extremely grateful to the Okies who took care of me on Saturday morning!

I worked with Jayson Bybee. He was great throughout the entire process and worked to get the car I wanted secured quickly.He even personally delivered the vehicle to me to save me from making a trip with my pregnant wife during bad weather.
