A+ sales and service!I purchased a new F150 from John Vance in 2016. Now 150,000 miles later I have used John Vance for all of my service. Not only was the purchase of this vehicle a great experience with a great price, but the service has proven to be, the best available. These guys will spoil you! My goodness they come pick up my truck at my house and take it in for service then bring it back to me for no extra charge! John Vance believes in great service.

I purchased my 2022 Chevy 1500 used with approx. 30000 mile son it from John Vance Motors in December 2023. I was under the impression when purchasing a used vehicle that it would come completely serviced with all new filters and new oil. On 4/4, i went in for my 1st oil change at 35000 miles. I get a call that my engine air filter, my cabin filter and wiper blades need to be replaced. There is no way that these filters got this dirty in 5000 miles. I do not think this truck was serviced completely when purchased in December. My normal $80-$85 oil change cost me nearly $300. I was very disappointed in the fact that my 1st oil change ended up costing so much.I was told the wiper blades had to be changed out (at a cost of approx $25 each) to be compliant with he lifetime power train warranty. I need someone to explain to me how the wiper blades have any bearing on the power train of this pickup .

The guys at John Vance truly knocked it out of the park for us, before making our way to Guthrie we visited 15+ dealerships around OKC looking for a specific Yukon Denali but every dealership we visited either didn t have what we were looking for or it was beat looking like they put it straight onto the lot after a storm chaser traded it in.After exhausting our search we decided to drive to John Vance in Guthrie & met Phil Batson, after explaining our situation with Phil he promised to take care of us introducing us to his top salesman Al Jackson; these guys made our purchase easy & flawless selling us exactly what we wanted for a price no one else was willing to match.These guys earned a lifetime customer & will be receiving my recommendation from anyone I know looking for a new vehicle; thanks John Vance for truly taking care of my family.

Hello 2 All,My 2020 Ram Rebel's Battery finally gave out 2023.I had purchased a new battery from John Vance.I also had my front & rear differentials serviced here as well. This auto group team had me in & out. Same Day Services!!! I also purchased my tires from them last year due to limited quality of load E duratracs.Thanks 4 Your Time,ANTHONYTHEONE

Al Jackson was very helpful I needed a car and he brought out cars until I was satisfied with my purchase. Then he checked up on me regularly to make sure my purchase was satisfactory. Very nice person and easy to deal with.

We just bought a 2021 Ford Explorer from here and LOVE it! I had Marcia Watson & Jason Williamson as my sales reps and they were absolutely wonderful! Anything I asked for or needed they made it happen. Financing was a breeze, the finance manager Heather Hall was so easy to deal with unlike a lot of dealerships. This dealership went above and beyond to help us and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We used to buy strictly from Carmax for over a dozen years because of the way most dealers treated us. but once we found this family-owned place where they treat you like friends and have plenty of reasable prices without haggling, we bought our last car here, had a friend buy hers and now working on a third this week and already got that same good vibe. If you've been bent by dealers in the past, give Vance a shot. Good folks from the best part of Oklahoma.

My Jeep had a maintenance issue which was covered under warranty. The Ford dealership graciously offered a loaner while my vehicle was fixed. We also requested routine service as the shop would have my car for a prolonged period. I received an invoice for routine service, and also was advised that the vehicle needed alignment. The serviceman stated that the steering wheel was crooked. My husband called the service man out on the alignment as the vehicle was not pulling and had approximately 13k miles on it. The serviceman advised he only drove the vehicle 100 yards or so. This also shows they were trying to charge labor hours for an issue that wasn't there. Fast forward to today. I picked up my vehicle. The numbers on my speedometer and sticker did not add up. My husband called and sure enough, they did NOT service my vehicle. I received a completion, and invoice, but no work was done. John Vance Auto group just keeps dropping the ball.

Just bought my most recent car here on 8/17/21.Let me start off by saying they did a great job on the finance part, Bill Knight couldn't hold a candle to them. However, Chris is not the person to deal with, everyone did their duties and beyond to satisfy us except Christopher Brinkley, he set up an appointment with us (Very clear on the time and date with multiple affirmations) only to leave before we arrived. He also assured us the car we were purchasing would be transferred to the Guthrie location that day or the next day, even after we bought the car sight unseen even, they couldn't set up a time to get the car from the location we bought it from, forcing us to drive 2 hours to the other location, just to pick up the car we bought. Work on your people skills. If you go here, ask for anybody but Christopher Brinkley.

Amazing Service and Prices!!! Shopped around other dealerships in the metro for weeks and got nothing but the runaround and marked up prices. I went to Vance Ford in Guthrie and got amazing service. My sales rep was Jennifer. She was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I was in and out there quickly with a new 2022 F-150. I HIGHLY recommend there whole team. There were no marked up prices or hidden fees. I will definitely be back for my next vehicle. Thanks again!!!

I cannot say enough about this dealership, my husband and I drove in from Cleveland, Ok which is about a hour and a half away. Marcia Watson is absolutely amazing, She went as far as sending me a live video of the vehicle I had picked out online and they had us approved within a few hours they had everything ready as soon as I got there and all we had to do is look at the vehicle and go in and sign our paperwork and we were done. That was one of the easiest car deals I think we have ever done! We will be repeat customers!! Awesome Awesome people!! Thank you all so very much! I finally got my dream SUV!!

Purchased new Chevy Silverado from them last summer. It was no drama experience. Taking the truck back for service has been easy also. They provided a loaner vehicle they did schedule and factory maintenance. Always friendly and on schedule.12/20 got a check engine light that stayed on except for one morning out of about 3 days. Got an appointment for Wednesday on Monday to bring diesel truck in for the problem. I arrived about 45 minutes early and they had a ride to take me back home, no wait. In the afternoon received a call vehicle was ready. And a van would come pick me up. The problem turned out to be cured by a software update. Seems to be about the calibration of the glow plugs. Any-way, covered by maintenance and I was back on the road. Van drivers were friendly, wore masks, service department wore masks and very friendly.

First of all I did come in to have my truck looked at and oil changed. When I was told by Greg that my trucks lifetime power train warranty is void due to my transmission not being flushed. Well the rear end locked up back in 2018 and caused my driveshaft to drop out of the transmission, not sure why the transmission was not flushed then. It wasn t long after that the rear end locked up again (this time due to a bolt not being tightened fully by your shop doing the work) and again the transmission was not flushed. Now back to our friend Greg, he never put the call/paperwork through to the warranty company/people and just told me the warranty was void and that your shop could not do the work. I then called the warranty company and was informed that no call or paperwork was submitted to them. Called Greg and Jeff to see what was going on and Jeff told me he would check with Greg and see why it was not put through on the warranty agreement. Greg then put it through the warranty company (this process only took two weeks to get done not that the company took two weeks, Greg took two weeks.) I am also disappointed in the fact your establishment reminds us that in order to keep your warranty you must have your oil changed here regularly, at no time was I reminded that it is mandatory to have my transmission flushed in order to keep my warranty. So once I did get my truck back from the shop I noticed my rear bumper was damaged and now my truck squeals every time I turn. WHAT S WORSE IS MY OIL WAS NOT CHANGED!!!!!!!!! Just passing this along that you all have lost a loyal costumer and I will not be recommending or returning to buy from you.10/20/22Meghan, kindly provide direct contact information so that I may do so without going through a plethora of Vance employees to no avail.Thank you.11/7/22Second time to call to speak with Meghan on this matter only to get voicemail and no return call from the first message left on her voicemail.UPDATE 11/10/22Third time to call and was told Meghan was not in. The receptionist said she would try to get ahold of her and have her call me back.UPDATE 11/15/22Got the return call from Meghan, she s willing to work with me on getting my truck repaired. Now just waiting on the shop to call me back to schedule the appointment. I will update the review again once my truck is repaired.UPDATE 12/23/22Truck has been repaired and running like a champ. I would like to thank Meghan Vance for working with me to resolve this issue.

I purchased a Kia Sportage from here on August 29 this is now November 11 and I still don't have my title. So I can't tag my car. I am on my 3 paper tag from them. Which according to the DMV is illegal. So all I can say is if you are going to buy a car go somewhere else unless you want to get SCREWED. (Today is 73 days since I purchased)

Had a great experience buying at 2024 Jeep Rubicon X from Jason Williamson yesterday. We drove up from Dallas and Jason and the staff at John Vance made the drive worth it. Got this beautiful baby yesterday, the finance team did an amazing job getting me a great interest rate and monthly payment. Diana, Jeff, and the finance manager who helped us sign the papers were exceptional. When I went to pick the car up in Miami it was in immaculate condition, I'll never use another dealer again. Chaz was amazing to work with. We texted back and forth initially to narrow down our search, saving us a lot of time. Once we had narrowed our search down, he had two great vehicles for us to test drive. We ended up falling in love with the first one and purchased it soon after. I've never enjoyed shopping for a car before, but Chaz made sure to remove all anxiety and stress from the situation. We love our car and will definitely go back when we want to buy again!

Absolutely love dealing with Vance auto group. This is the second truck I ve purchased from them. Codie was who helped me out this time and she was great. Worked very diligently to get me where I needed to be on my payments and was incredibly patient. I always recommend my friends to start with Vance first and give them a chance to earn their business.

They had a nice selection of used cars in the years I was looking for. Drive around the parking lot and even got out to look at some cars. Do you think any salespeople came out to great me. Nope, they just watched me out the lobby drive off their parking lot. Their people must be making a fortune if they don t want to sell any cars. Even though I thought that was the point of having a car dealership. Maybe it s just me?

Best buying experience I ve ever had. I ve bought 5 vehicles in the last 8 years and this blows them all away. You don t get bombarded, you don t have to give your name and info and fill out paperwork just to see the prices or check out vehicles. Simple how it should be. Walked in said can I see that truck and that was it. Went to a few other places and they want you to fill out all your information before you can even just check out the inventory so they can Harass you after. John Vance dodge is the place to go. In and out in 1 hour. Faster paperwork Ever. Definitely will go back
