Took my car to get oil change and didn't have to wait that long and alot cheaper then quik lube

Every time I bring a vehicle in for maintenance service the staff is always nice and caring to the needs of my vehicle. The price of oil changes is in the moderate parameters of the nearby industry.

I went in for a premium oil change and they only changed my oil. They didn t reset it, didn t top off any fluids or put a sticker on. They literally ONLY changed my oil and for $55 that seems pretty steep.

Very slow customer service. When it comes to handling with customers, they should have at minimum two people working back there to help assist. The auto department takes their time getting vehicles managed with.

The woman working the counter was extremely busy, bit she stayed positive the whole time and no one suffered for it. The mechanics were GREAT, laser like focus and moving cars with precision and quality. Very glad we chose them.

The gal that waited on me was thorough and gracious. She measured my tread and answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable. I did buy tires at a shop closer to my home, but my Walmart experience was great.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I brought it in to see if they could fix it. I waited around for an hour and half before they finally started working on the car. Then they came out and said nothing was wrong with tire and they couldn't find any sort of leak. Then they decided to reset all of my tire sensors for some unknown reason. They started the relearning process and then realized that they don't have the equipment to finish. So now I still have a tire with a slow leak and none of my sensors work. I now have to miss time at work to take my car to thw shop and have all of my sensors fixed.

I called ahead and they told me they would be able to put tires on my vehicle today. When i got there i was denied service because they closed in an hour all i needed was two tires put on my vehicle (even had the tires with me) and was forced to drive home with bald back tires.

Had the Walmart tires rotated and oil changed. There was no line. One person came up and had a oil change, Done with and gone. I waited for another hour. Ask the question why it took so long? They didn't know why. Jerry's lube 10 minutes later done.

Always packed.Overworked.High turnover rate staff not always caring.Have had 2 vehicles get oil pans stripped out on plugs.I finally stopped using them for lube, haven't messed up my tires yet!

If you have the time to wait for shipping, get your tires from the walmart website you will save about $20 per tire avg. over what the store is allowed to order into their stock and the 2 day shipping is free. Cost me $48 for mount and balance here when they arrived, included disposal of old tires.

These guys here are so nice and they actually take the time to check your (in my case) tires and let u know how they are without u even asking. They are knowledgable and made me feel secure in what they were doing and what they had to say.

They told us about a hour, which was alright, but the first time I asked if it was ready the assistant manager said no but was parked in a different place waited another 15 min asked again he they were doing it,I said it had been moved he the key wasn't there. I made him look and it had been ready the whole time.

Every time I visit this Walmart I am constantly followed and watched. I'm shop here every other day and I still get harrassed. I maybe could understand if there was a large number of African Americans in the community but there's not.

One of the Best Walmart Auto Centers I have been to. The Manager, I believe Larry? very nice guys, always remembers my name, and takes the time to explain things, and recommends products.

Many people have warned me of taking my vehicles to Walmart for anything....but I have had only one negative experience and that corrected....Walmart Auto has done well.....

Truck sat in the oup change lane 2 hours never touched it. 2 weeks before left foul all over my vett paint carpet and seats DONE TRYING TO GIVE THIS PLACE CHANCES

The were VERY busy and short handed. Only 1 mechanic. They were polite and apologized several times. They still got me out of there in under an hour. High Five!!

Slow service when you can see servicemen standing and talking with each other. Needed a tire repaired and was there an hour and a half. Very slow.

Always thought this was the one Wal-Mart I can trust to change my oil until I tried to get it serviced again and found my oil plug rounded out and the cover zip tied on because they lost the clips

None of my fluid levels were checked and reported to be low or out of fluids. Which I discovered later that day when I got home.
