I have always received great service here! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! I've never had a question or a concern that someone there couldn't answer or wasn't willing to help find an answer. A great group of people and fast service!

Wife and I was getting our real ID today. Staff was amazing. They always make you feel welcomed and always quick to help! We were in and out very quickly! I will always use this agency!

Had no appointment, almost zero waiting, fast, patient, VERY friendly service. Kinda hidden if you've never been before. Definitely worth the drive...update...they've moved to a new, larger building in the same parking lot. The service is still 5 star.

All the people are super competent and personable. Did I mention they are super fast, too? I've never had my license renewed so quickly and competently. I've never been to any tag office like this. I was told to go to Lone Grove Tag Agency by a gentleman in the waiting room at the Ardmore Tag Agency. Hugs to that bearded red headed gentleman! Now I know what he meant by "it's behind boomerang" because my GPS took me to that diner, which clearly didn't also do tags, titles and drivers licenses.

These guys were SO friendly and got me in and out no problem. Was a WAAAYYYYY better experience than Ardmore. I'll never go back there. Lonegrove tag agency is where it's at! So friendly!

Love the staff. The other local tag agency is a nightmare, if you don't like your job you should find another kind of nightmare. The ladies at Lone Grove are helpful, courteous and patient. In an industry that rarely understands customer service this place gets it right!

The ladies at this place are sweet and kind and nice and funny but they do their job they don't sit around and they don't waste time that's the kind of people we needed and Ardmore in Long Grove and Dixon and all them places these women are awesome and I make sure that everybody tells him getting 5 stars

I went here to register a vehicle I purchased. Due to some misinformation a new employee gave me I ended up with late fees. When I brought this to their attention they immediately volunteered to cover the late fees without me even asking them to. In every other way they have been helpful and excellent as well. I drive past Ardmore office to get to this one if I need anything.

I am very glad that this place was opened, although it can get busy, they are very good and fast. You can be in and out in a very reasonable amount of time.

I went to the Ardmore Tag office and was treated like a maggot, I was very hurt that this business could be so rude. I was told by my best friend about the Long Grove Tag Office, she informed me that I would be treated like a person not a number, This was so true, I really enjoyed the attitude of the ladies in the office, they even took my debit card which Ardmore does not. they want cash. I recommend anyone to make the drive to Long Grove.

They are super fast and friendly. They take cards unlike other places. They are open when I get off work with smaller lines to get me in and out of there!

Tried to renew drivers license, with "Veteran" designator. Old license has "Veteran" on the license, BUT, female would not accept the Oklahoma issued license with "Veteran" on it in order to issue a new Oklahoma drivers license with "Veteran." She wanted to see my DD214, which I previously showed to get my old license with "Veteran" on it. Contacted a state rep and was told that the old license with "Veteran" required a one-time showing of DD214 and that the old license is good enough to issue a new license with "Veteran". Lone Grove tag agency must NOT be veteran friendly. WE DON'T CARRY OUR DD214 AROUND WITH US!
