Charged me almost a thousand dollars for an O2 sensor and a canster by my fuel tank. Twice as much as he should have , Will never use him again + tell parts stores and garages I can. BIG CHEAT Supposed to be a Christen. NOT RIGHT !!!

This place has a jerk for a receptionist,they can't take 5 minutes to answer a question, and they require an appointment to answer a question. Steer clear of this place!! It's not worth your time.

Was out of town and my tire was going flat. We had to find a place that had nitrogen for the tires. DoRight was recommended so I went over there. They got me right in and fixed the tire, it had a nail in it, filled it with nitrogen and had me on my way. Everyone one working there were so friendly and courteous to me. The lobby, bathroom and the bay were super clean. If I ever need something else fixed it's definitely worth the 40 minute drive over there.

My experience at doright automotive,, very nice,, well trained mechanics that do a great job and spend a lot of time getting it right,, very respectful of my property,, very courteous to me,, job well done on my 2008 charger,, price is very reasonable,,, would recommend to anyone go to doright automotive in grove Oklahoma,, talk to Chris he's the one that runs the place and does a very very awesome job at that,, thanks Chris and guys great job if anything ever goes wrong with the old charger I'll be back,, but since you guys worked on her I won't be back,, thanks again a very satisfied customer,,,,

Called to get an appointment for my vehicle on June 4th, 2020 at 4:05. I was put on hold then disconnected.I called back and the receptionist said they were very busy the following day. I asked when would be a good time, she returned with asking me when was a good time, I said you tell me when, and she returned with you tell me when. I decided to take my business elsewhere.She was less than pleasant and I felt as though they did not want any business. So I obliged.Unfortunate because I have had quality work from them in the past, but not going to tolerate a non professional front desk.

I was at a sale at the church across the way from Do right auto repair. When I went to leave my VW Bug did not start right so I went there and Chris looked at it on the spot and got me back on the road! Super friendly staff and the kind of place my parents deal with for 50 plus years out in southern California! Good to know I have a place I can trust! Looking forward to the new location of simpler need! Good luck!

My husband and I had car troubles and we are from out of state, they were able to get us in 15 min after calling and consulting with them, they got our car fixed same day and we were able to enjoy the rest of our trip for a fair price too!!Edit** they didn't charge my card until 10 days after I had my truck fixed, which caused me to overdraft, then blamed it on my bank.

The lady who answered the phone was very rude right off the get. She seemed mad that i wanted to use my own oil. Quoted me $400 for a trans fluid change on a 04 Suburban!? When I told her that its normally around $200 anywhere else, her response was "You should take it THERE then!" And hung up. For a small town of Grove, sure are a lot of very rude people. The Chevrolet Dealership was $225, AND SUPER COURTEOUS.

Mr. Darrel Starbird recommended I take my 1948 Willys wagon to Chris for installation of power brakes and windshield wipers. My experience with him was very satisfying. He did a great job on both issues and even tweaked a few things for me which made my car run better. Can't get a better recommendation than Mr. Starbird!

Staff is very knowledgeable and kind. They are up front about what needs done to repair your vehicle. I have definitely found my new mechanic.

Had my vehicle there for a month and a half and they hadn't even looked at it. Had it hauled off to another mechanic who fixed it right away.

Wondering why they charge for looking at a door when... the other auto stores knew right off hand what was wrong. And they were a free estimate. What a joke...so charged $47 to say they were not even sure that was the problem.

Have been going there for over ten years. Mechanics are very knowledgeable and are fully certified. They always consult you to get permission before fixing anything.
