I hired Red Good to build two identical frames for Yamaha Roadstar 1600 Drive Trains. I ordered them with curved backbone and downtubes. He built them with straight backbone and downtubes. I offered to purchase the incorrect frames and have him build a frame that I ordered. He then informed me that he was incapable of bending the material. The shotty welding and not providing a rear axcel or forkcups for $1350.00 per frame was more than I could except. You are a LIAR Red Good and I'm looking forward to seeing you in Court!

After this customer experience I have had during this whole purchase, I would like to share with you how disappointed I am as a customer. The first weld-on hardtail I was sent was crooked in every direction and had bends in the incorrect spots. After notifying them, I was responded with quick action to correct the problem free of charge, which was greatly appreciated. I still had high hopes to have a successful working relationship.Upon receiving the second hardtail, I noticed other large issue of the axle slots not aligning correctly as one was sloped upwards while the other was horizontal. After reaching out to Cycle One regarding this issue, I was met with skepticism. I then supplied pictures displaying this and spoke with a gentleman who showed remorse and stated that CycleOne would rectify this issue and make yet another hard tail for me. He seemed to understand why this was such a big issue and that it should be resolved. Again, I had high hopes to try this all again and keep the project moving forward.I then received an email saying that they no longer wish to provide me with another product and would like to just refund my money. The problem with that is that I now have a titled motorcycle frame cut in half at the exact locations for this specific product, with no way to piece it back together to make it ride-able again. I called and spoke with Kate who was rather rude and basically said that we are not possible to make happy customers. I said that I really only want a straight frame with the bends in the correct places and I would be happy, which I believe is a pretty reasonable request when paying nearly $500 for this product. Kate even admitted to me that the axle plates were not properly aligned and that it was likely the fault of their fabricator, yet refused to make this right by supplying a new product. I was then suggested to ride it with the tire at an angle or dremel out the crooked axle plate (roughly 1/4") in the front so the axle sits level all the way through the slots. This blows my mind that this would be considered a usable option, as the axle would rattle loose putting my life at risk when riding this bike. The fact that a motorcycle fabricating company suggested something like this makes it rather clear that they do not care for the riding safety of their customer.I had three days of labor trying to muscle this thing around and tweak it every which way to get it to line up better, when it is impossible to make it completely straight. All of this while they advertise this product "as easy as they come". I'm willing to eat that extra cost as long as I can get a good final product that is usable, but this whole experience has been absolutely terrible so far. As of now, I or anyone affiliated with this shop will not be purchasing another product from CycleOne. I didn't want this to get to the point of writing bad reviews on forums and sharing my experience with the internet to deter business away from them, but the experience was so bad that I felt it necessary to share the situation. It is disappointing that they wouldn't have the fabrication issues corrected in a professional manner.
