Donne at Auto zone is amazing my brake lights were not working. I went to O Reillys first and the guy just walked out here told me to push the brakes and said it s the electrical issue. We can t help you so I came to AutoZone they re amazing I will always go to AutoZone they came out helped me change the bulbs. They are awesome.

This store has 99.999999% id*ots working here. You can go in here with the parts in hand and there's a good chance it will be the wrong one because they are too lazy to double check to see if it will work for your vehicle. I have to call a different store to get the parts and call this store and there is a good chance it will be wrong even after having the parts in my hand. And the part number on the part. That is the reason why I will give them a 1 star for now. There are days that are way better. But good God people.

Cameron at the store was a huge help with our alternator ( 1998 Ford explorer) if I have your name wrong I will correct it. Thanks alot got us back on the road.

My wife and I were on vacation for our anniversary. We were staying at a cabin in Locust Grove. We had taken a day trip up to the Monkey Island area. Well, the car broke down there. Being a mechanic with a commercial account with AutoZone in Oklahoma City, I called the AutoZone in Grove. I talked to Sean (Shawn not sure what spelling he uses) and explained my situation.... He went above and beyond, he called someone he knew to get me to the store and back to the car. I didn't get a chance to meet him in person, but he definitely deserves credit for getting us back on the road. Thank you for everything.

The manager is great. Lisa and Steven seem to KNOW their stuff. Auto Zone handles their guarantees with out a problem. Has way better parts than Oreillys and USUALLY cheaper. Staff tends to be friendly and helpful.

Friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Will help install parts if it can be done in 10 minutes or less. Rentable tools and carries a good selection of items.

I don't even know where to begin, maybe when I called for a part for a 1969 Buick Wildcat and was asked if it was a tractor. I fell over laughing thinking did this autopart employee really just ask me that. I chose to play it safe and call O'Reilly's, they got the part for me quicker, cheaper and actually knew that a Buick Wildcat was a car.

Love this place. The men are always friendly and helpful. They never ignore because I am a womam like they do at O'Reilly's. I even told the manager how great they are.

Alot of places have warranties, but they really stand behind theres, and help not only in the car and truck area, they helped me with my boat motor also.. good people , each one is knowledgeable in different areas which helps out alot.

Prices aren't the best in town but very helpful employees who seem knowledgeable. Nice selection and a bit of a variety compared to competitors.
