Well I pulled up to the car wash and my truck is so filthy from all the mud we have at construction sites, and John Winder came out and welcomed me to the wash and was just very pleasant and nice to be around. His smile was contagious. That s what is missing in a lot of places I go. A friendly face and smile. Also, the car wash was so clean. Most washes have mud and dirty around the place. But they have kept that wash so well maintained. Good job!!

I bought a $10 car wash was not expecting it to be perfect and this is the results I got.Overall, I got most of my vehicle clean.As I was purchasing my car wash, the owner asked me if I wanted to upgrade I told him not at this time he then proceeded to ask me why! I told him I just didn t want to buy a membership. And he then asked me to leave him a review. So here we are.Service: Auto detailing

Never have I had a worse experience. In 2021 I paid for the unlimited wash package. It worked until I went one day in January and was told by an employee that because not enough people were going through the car wash it was " to expensive to run " I ask well how does this work foe my unlimited car wash package since your clearly open ? Should I get refunded for the month and was told I don't know this just what the manager or owner told me. No big deal I just canceled my monthly contract since it's not holding up its end of the terms. Today I went there to get a wash and I asked before paying if they could spray the car a little extra and if it didn't work if they would let me go through again if it didn't get the car clean and was told NO not for the regular cost wash I would have to pay for the unlimited. I was blown away. So is to much to ask for a$15 bucks to expect a clean car? Honestly it's a problem with ownership and or management. If you run a business and provide a service the only way to do it right is fulfill your end of it. Keep your side of the street clean if you will. If it's management then they need to be replaced if it's ownership the need to brush up on business ethics and professionalism. I went to another place and for $8 bucks and a a tip to the hard working kids spraying I got out of there for less and a better job done. I Will never go back to zips

BEWARE!!!I have been a member for more than a couple of years and have rarely seen this car wash in good working order. There are always nozzles that either don t work or shoot so hard in a small area that you think it is taking off paint or about to bust your sunroof. Also, the chemicals run out of low and many times only work on one side or the other. I have a number of scratches that I am certain were caused by their equipment but I don t intend to even bring it up to them due to all the disclaimers they have posted.Recently I ran my truck through to come out with hazy windows and mirrors. I also could not see out of my camera system. Upon further inspection I could see a film over the entire vehicle. I drove back and they said the maintenance guy was changing a hydraulic line. So basically they covered my truck in hydraulic fluid. They had me run it trough again to no avail.I spoke to someone who I could barely understand. No idea if it was the owner or a manager but he would not have my truck detailed as I requested but had me drive to another location. All they did there was spray some chemical on my truck and have me go through the wash 3 more times. It helped but is still not right.I have more photos but you can see the film clearly in this one.I am cancelling my subscription as soon as I finish this review.I would leave zero stars if it were an option.I am updating this review on 9/26/23 because I have tried a number of other car washes in the area and all seem to have issues with nozzles, brushes etc All of them have weak vacuums and none have the towels and spray bottles like zips does. I am considering doing another subscription because of the strong vacuums, spray bottles and towels.The washes were about the same as everyone else. I just hope they have the hydraulic situation fixed. I guess everyone deserves a second chance. Sure wish they didn t have to put that sticker on the windshield though.

Would give zero if I could paid $12 for a wash and you couldn t even tell after I went through. Took these literally exiting the wash and had to go to QT next door to get the bugs off the windshield. My front grill doesn t even look like it was washed. Ripoff!! Save your money and go elsewhere.

12$ for a basic wash. No underbody wash. No wash guarantee, so can t take it back through when it doesn t do a good job. No prewash guy spraying to ensure all the dirt is broken up before going through the wash. Do better.

Cancelled my monthly plan 2 yrs ago, still being charged, have tried calling multiple times with no luck! When I first cancelled they ran it again for 2 months then reimbursed me after I went there. I thought I was good to go but guess not!! The only reason I cancelled was because we moved. Guess I ll drive back over to figure it out, obviously nobody can answer the phones there.

A typical day at work was stressful, and you worked alone. Still required to do the job of two.I believe I learned some maintenance upkeep on car wash machinery.Management wants a shill. They wanted me to lie to people, "anything to get a membership sale." You don't actually get commission off the sales unless the membership is kept a month or longer. Raises without more responsibility is not a possibility. Same with promotion without making their wanted amount of memberships and reviews.Chemicals are unsafe, as is the trench cleaning procedure. They use acid to clean the windows and do not provide PPE. The hardest part of the job was learning they didn't care about us. Most enjoyable part was the nice customers. Unique tips like energy drinks.

I have been a member at Zips for a while, and I have been disappointed lately. There is only one lane open now, the handheld sprayer rarely works, and the high-powered rinse portion of the car wash doesn t move back and forth anymore, so it just sprays one spot continuously. (see photos) In the past month, half of the time I have gone either the car wash or the vacuums are blocked off due to a malfunction. If I pay monthly for a service, I expect to be able to use it every time I go.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Car waxing

Paid $24 for car wash didn't clean anything underneath the truck. Asked both attendees if I could go back through and they said not unless I had a receipt(the guy that took my card had my receipt and put in the wash for me) said no he wouldn't reprint receipt then said well I'd have to come back tomorrow to ask the boss. I work and have other stuff to do then drive back the next day and try to ask again. They wanted me to do a review, if I pay 24 I would think it would clean underneath.

Terrible customer service. I signed up for a trial and showed them my confirmation emails and even found my account on their IPad and they still said they had trouble getting my account loaded I waited for over 30 minutes and they still did not let me through. Terrible customer service by Bree and manager Jason. Don t waste your time here.

The wash is always great. My car gets very clean and the vacuums work ghrest too. I m able to get in and out very quickly.

I don t typically write reviews, but since they asked for a review and took my phone to give 5 stars, I m back to make an edit.They initially mixed up my membership with someone else, which caused a 30-45 minute delay for my first returning carwash. Many times it would barely be functioning at 50% so my vehicle would not be clean. Lastly, it shut down while I was midway through and though it was resolved quickly, it s not something I d like to keep experiencing.

Upon returning from a camping trip I came by to wash my truck. Pay to have the best wash I could to get all of the bugs and dirt off of it. No prep before the wash driver side sprayers weren t working on the rinse cycle so after vacuuming it out I asked to go back through. Or $20 plus you would think that would be OK the car was not completely clean. Guy told me no but he couldn t do that. So I used one of the free rags and scrubbed bug guts until it was too hot and I left.None of the free cart spry bottles tell you what they are used for . Believe that is an OSHA violation to not have secondary containers labeled.It would be a great place to go for car wash they had better service.

I had a good experience 8 months ago. Today I paid $18 for a car wash that didn't get my car clean. I'm pretty bummed. I almost left when I found out the wash was $18 but thought I would give it a shot. It's a no for me

When you live on a red dirt Oklahoma country road and you go to "the city," first stop is Zip Car Wash.The young men are always so polite and helpful.Please give them a TIP."Really? For me, are you sure?" said a kid over $10.

I bought a membership at this car wash because it was only $10 and that gets me unlimited premium washes for a month! And normally I don t get those expensive washes but I m totally sold on the product. My car stayed clean for 3 days on dusty country roads. The dirt just seemed to fall off. Also the vacuums are great and there s towels and cleaner bottles on site for extra drying and cleaning. Also the entry and exit is super open. Some car washes are really tight getting in and out. This one has a great location. And the guy running the place was super nice. Young guy who seems like he really knows the business.

I went to get a car wash and left with a membership. They have a great discount for the first month. So you have the opportunity to try it and see if you like their services. They do have someone come spray your car before entering the wash to help get it cleaned up. Then you can pull over and vacuum out your car. And the guys there offer great customer service.
