My wife and I experienced vehicle trouble while traveling with our RV and stopped in to Same Day Auto. The employees were fantastic, they did a detailed inspection and their diagnosis of the problem was spot on. Even though we couldn t fix the transmission problem at that point I would highly recommend them for any repairs you might need. Very professional and very pleased. I might add they did a follow up call to make sure we made it to our destination. Few companies do this today.

They always do a great job. Jeff and the guys in the office has been super great.They will explain to me what needs to be done now and if I can wait on fixing something weeks later. I appreciate the honesty.I just wish they would have washed off the oil on my engine after fixing the leaky valve gasket. My car still stinks of oil after driving it home.

I chose Same Day Auto because of the great customer service and no pressure. The first time we took my husband s car in for service they never pressured us to do more than what we asked for even tho we knew he needed more done. Then I took my car there to get air put in the tires and again there was no pressure to buy tires from them. A few weeks later I took my car there Jeff took his time researching the best tire options for me even tho it was an estimate. He answered all my questions and was honest with out the door pricing. When I was able to bring my car in Jeff was true to his word and I didn t have any surprises. Frankie the technician was great and kept constant communication so that I didn t have any surprises and fixed my car.in a timely manner.. My car needed a little more than 4 new tires. Again Same Day Auto was so professional and trustworthy. I didn t feel like I was dealing with car salesman. I showed a former car mechanic the detailed billing statement and he couldn t believe how reasonable the cost was. He said I got a great deal.

Had a nail in my tire, they got me in same day to repair it for free. It was discovered that all my tires were worn out. So they ordered new ones for next day installation and pick up. They also did an alignment after installing the new tires and i was due for an oil change which was completed when I brought it in and they fixed the flat. Had a great experience and it wasn't horribly expensive as many shops are.

Called for appt to balance all 4 tires on my car at 5pm, arrived at Glenpool store at 5:30pm, service completed and pulling out of lot at 6:01pm!! Amazing customer service!! Michael handled all of our requests from the time we called the store! Thank you!!Suggestion... The ONLY thing I'd suggest is maybe a pop machine or a water dispenser so customers could get a drink while waiting. Other than that, AWESOME!!

Front end. Driveshaft, cv axels, & a ton more with the front end were broken loose, missing or damaged. Car was driving horrible, & sounding horrible on the front end. Got it back in 4 days and now it s driving brand new again very surprised. Amazing team work through phone calls, & service exactly what you want. Pricing was high, but you get that on them big jobs. Overall i know where I ll be going to for car problems! Same day auto is the way to go.

I took my 2008 HHR there yesterday to have the tire sensors fixed. They did an awesome job. It is wonderful to have an auto repair shop less than a mile from the house. And I love that they stay open till 7 M-F. Won't have to take off work to get the car repaired.

I had a suspension part fail while on a trip and searched for local auto repair places. This place was close and had good reviews. I called, they said I could get my vehicle in and arranged a tow truck. They did a quick inspection in the parking lot and told me they could get to it the next day -- it was already late afternoon. The waiting room was nice as I waited for my son to get us. It took a few days to complete the repairs as the vehicle is older and the parts had to be ordered. They kept me informed often of the status. The price was very reasonable and they were kind, courteous and professional throughout the entire time. I highly, highly recommend even though I likely will not be a frequent customer since I live quite a distance away.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Took my Jeep Wrangler to Same Day Repair and spoke to David. I've been told that my oil leak was due to the rear main seal among other potential issues. I dropped the Jeep off and told them to replace the RMS, Oil Pan and Transmission gaskets. Well, I get a call after they took the time to look everything over and informed me that the issue wasn't any of those things.It's not often that a auto repair shop will call you and tell you not to spend as much money. They saved me over $1k by just being honest.Great customer experience!

Inspected my vehicle before giving me the run down of what needed to be done. Honest and upfront as to what repairs were required and what were more optional. Great customer service and had options to make payments on an expensive repair. We come here every time for repairs.

Same Day Auto in Glenpool is my go to for my Toyota! They take care of servicing my car, tires, oil changes, all of it! Frankie there goes above & beyond on great customer service. Would highly recommend this auto shop! Car issues are the last thing that a person wants to deal with. When I went into Same Day, I spoke with Frankie and he was so helpful at explaining the problem and what needed to be done to fix the issue. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair, and clear. I stupidly hit a curb pulling out of a parking lot before work one morning, but thankfully I was not too far down the service road from Same Day Auto. I was able to make it to the parking lot and when I walked in, visibly shaken, I was greeted with nothing but patience and kindness from everyone inside. Unfortunately I needed a new rim and 2 new tires, but they got it taken care of and JJ's compassion through the entire process is enough to keep me coming back for my other car needs and repairs in the future!

Nothing but great things to say about Same Day Auto Repair in Glenpool! They were able to get my GMC Acadia in quickly, gave me the most detailed top to bottom diagnostic report I've ever received from an auto repair shop, gave me a great price on the engine repairs that needed to be done, and got my vehicle back on the road ahead of schedule. I really appreciate how they kept me updated daily on how the repairs were coming along. Outstanding customer service and great communication from JJ and Frankie! I will continue to bring all my vehicles there for routine maintenance and any future repairs that need to be done. Definitely the best auto repair shop I've dealt with in the Tulsa area.

My wife and I had taken our Jeep Grand Cherokee to another place for a front end alignment, and again another place for tire ballancing. The problems just never seemed to go away. We were about to take a trip and wanted to see if we could get it any better before we left. So we took it to Same Day Auto Repair and asked Frankie to have the shop go over the issues and change the oil. The next day we went on our trip and all of the issues were fixed. Finally!. Frankie even text us the next day to see how it drove. We are very happy with our results and the staff at Same Day Auto. We will definitely be back again. Have had good experiences previously and thats why i came back but this time i was charged ridiculous price. When i was told the price it was too late to leave cause i had made an appt, been there 30 mins, and made two trips to bring tires there. Expressed price was high compared to last time and competition and they didnt seem to care. Paid for my services but wont be back

I called with extremely short notice and was still able to get the help I needed and done within beyond a reasonable amount time. Was able to get my vehicle moved and finish out my day. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and I would recommend to anyone needing any kind of repair for their vehicle

Our son came home for the weekend and needed his car aligned. Saturday afternoon I called several places in Tulsa and Sand Springs and the places that was open required an appointment and was booked till the following week. Then I called the Same Day Auto Repair in Sand Springs. The guy was super nice but they were full and didn't have enough technicians there on Saturdays to squeeze us in 2 hours before they closed, completely understandable. He told me to call their Glenpool location and see if they could squeeze us in. So I did and spoke with Jeff, super friendly, put me on hold then told me to bring it on in. So they was able to squeeze us in and do my sons alignment right before closing. We are super grateful and their customer service skills at both location was great. We will definitely be using them again and would be 100% confident in recommending them to friends and family. Thanks guys

My son had a dead battery at the Kum & Go across the street. I called to see if they sell batteries (while my husband was jumping the car) at 5:49 and they close at 6. My son drove over there, then we followed. They had him in and out and done by 6:02. The service was amazing!! It was like we had our own pit crew! I definitely recommend!! I really like going to same day auto because Frankie was the one to help me this time with putting a new battery in my 2020Equinox .Also my Son and Daughter both take their cars to same day auto they are very professional !!!!!!
