Made a call and the next morning Jeremy and Jake showed up as promised. They did a quick inspection of our current equipment and tried to fix what we had but, unfortunately, it was time for out with old and in with the new. They explained what Quality would provide in detail and their continued services available. They gave us quotes ranging from a quick fix option to total replacement which included additional items to update our aged equipment. Very professional and polite!

Always a friendly and professional staff and great technicians that work for Quality. Marquise was the technician that came to our home yesterday. A very professional and pleasant young man. Very thorough and attentive. Explained everything in detail and he did an outstanding job. That is definitely one of the constants with Quality. They will continue to have our business and we always spread the word about them. Great local business!

In the middle of a disaster in our kitchen, Jason, from Quality, arrived. He assessed the situation, offered sound solutions, calculated a very reasonable price, and started working. He was patient, knowledgeable, professional and explained every step of the project. His workmanship was impeccable. In truth, he left the workspace cleaner than he found it on arrival. Working with Quality was so easy. They were able to send out an experienced and knowledgeable professional to our home on the same day without an emergency charge.We received updates from the dispatcher and Jason as to his arrival time. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them again! Thank you, Quality! Jason is great!

Great people and amazing service! They informed us of our failing hot water tank and had it changed out that same week! Everything was explained to us and we got a lot of tips and tricks on maintaining our system. Definitely recommend!

Made appointment request on line and followed up with a call @ 7:50am . Juan arrived at 8:20am. Nice young man and did a diagnostic on my heating/ac. Allowed me to watch as he conducted his diagnostic and explained in detail what he was doing. Determined that a coil had gone out on the AC unit which in turn prevented the heating unit from coming on. Replaced the coil at a reasonable price. Definitely pleased with Juan and his work. I highly recommend this company. For a AC/ heating service

Your technician Chris was professional and courteous. He did his work efficiently with minimal intrusion to the household. (Even our rambunctious dog liked him.) Very thorough inside and outside. Two thumbs up.

Called on a very hot Friday evening in August due to AC not working, repair appointment made for Saturday afternoon, Juan diagnosed the repair & recommend unit replacement, salesperson Ashlee dispatched & arrived within about 20 minutes, sat at kitchen table to discuss options, decision made on new unit all completed by same afternoon within about 30min. Our new HVAC installed by Isaiah & (I think his name was John) by early afternoon that following Tuesday! Sure we could ve gone with another company but Quality has invested in the community we live in & that made the decision to use them very easy.

I highly recommend Amy for any service or repair work. She was very knowlegable and thorough on my heat and air maintenance and checked my hot water tank for me. She also checked for inside and outside leaks on my faucets. She explained everything to me and was quick in answering all of my questions. She was honest and trustworthy. I will definitely ask for her for any future problems.Highly recommend.

Absolutely 5 star service. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, even the hold music was funny and pleasant. The schedulers were professional, their timing was prompt, the technician Jeremy was amazing. He talked me through everything, showed me everything and had a very calm and professional manner. My toilets were not flushing and he found the problem in the main line with a camera. Thank you for making the annoying intrusion a better experience.

Derek and his partner were super respectful and helpful. They gave a notice about when they would be here and were very prompt. We called about issues with our shower and they informed us our hot water tank, that was installed by someone else less than a year ago, is not up to code. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with them and will use them in the future for any problem we may have.

Quality Heating, Cooling and Plumbing gained another customer tonight !! Called today, Monday about 1:30 pm and received same day service. Charity was super nice and when our technician , John arrived about 6:30 ( he had previously called and told me his arrival time, very punctual) he showed up with a smile, was very friendly, very knowledgeable and explained everything that made it easy for me to understand. He didn t leave till about 7:45pm and was friendly the whole time. Most guys would rather be at home eating dinner and watching football at that time in the evening. You could tell he likes what he s doing, this company has a good one !!! Provided great customer service and quality work. Thank you John W. For your service !!

Scaci - quality heat and AC tech is very knowledgeable in his field. He checked my filter, my thermal indicator and voltage connection and showed me the numbers, how good they are doing. He checked my filter and inside of my ac/ heater. He made me feel comfortable around him. Friendly person. He is Punctual. Showed up when he said he would. That's very important to me. All in all as a whole. I'm very glad to do business with quality heating, cooling and plumbing. They honor what they say their going to do. In my experience... once I buy a product, customer service is usually not good. However with quality heating cooling and plumbing company they are class A company. I'm very pleased with this company.

I recently used Quality Heating and Plumbing to install a kitchen faucet at my home. The Tech was awesome however they are grossly over-priced. They did not quote me on the phone but said the tech could install when they do my plumbing inspection to avoid a service charge. HAH The initial quote was $374.00 (I had my own faucet)as I was a 'member' of their maintenance plan of which they charge $8.99 per month, I thought that was a little outrageous. They dropped the price to $247.00 after a brief phone call but again I had my OWN faucet and it took their Tech about 30 minutes to install. Check around!!!!

Tanner did an amazing job. His knowledge of city codes and safety was next to none. He answered all my questions and was extremely professional. Having your hot water tank go out a few days before Christmas almost brought our Christmas to an end with no hot water. I can t thank Tanner and Quality heating, cooling and plumbing enough. The services they provide are next to none in north eastern Oklahoma for sure. I Willy appreciate it!

The last couple of years we ve used Quality Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing for a new air conditioning unit, to update outside water facets, and now this weekend we needed plumbing fixed. Derek G came out and assessed our problem and fixed it without doing unneeded work. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and professional. Derek kept us informed every step of the way. We have had the best service from Quality Heating, Cooling & Plumbing and the best pricing with no hidden fees. I highly recommend Quality Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing as our experiences have been very positive. Also, their not a chain company but locally owned family business and guarantee their work.

Blake came to our house and repaired a leak under the kitchen sink and installed new valves for the water lines to the washing machine.He was very polite, easy to speak with, cleaned up as he was working. We will definitely call Quality in the future for repairs.

Tanner was absolutely amazing and so professional. His service was next to none. He answered all my questions and explained all the components he was installing and the reason why to make sure we were up to code and put our families safety top priority. I can't thank him enough for the professional manorism he brought and how quickly and efficiently he was during my install. Top quality for sure. They were prompt, professional, and skilled. We have used them several times and they have fixed major and minor problems with no need to return. We are really impressed with them. The company notifies you with texts and even said a photo of the professional which assures us that it is let them in the house.

My old gas heater died on New Years Day. I was able to get a service call, work with the technician ,John, and see if there was a way to revive our fifty-year-old system. In the end we ran out of options and Chris was able to put together an affordable package that met all of our needs. Isaiah and Jon did an excellent and professional job removing and installing the new system. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing heat and air maintenance or a new system installed.

*This review is based solely on customer service via telephone.I called over the holiday weekend to find out if they did water heater work in our area. I learned they do. And all of my tedious questions were answered and we ended up not needing them at that time.My dad and husband were able to get us going without others help.It has been four days, and I just received a call from them concerning the situation.The genuine care this company showed is phenomenal.Thank you so much!!!

We called this plumbing group because of an issue with water in our pantry. They did a fantastic job and found out. It was just a simple solution. All we got charged with a service call. Jessie was incredibly professional and gracious. Also very skilled and efficient. We will definitely use this group again.

The crew worked diligently to fix our problem, and they did get it accomplished. However, when closing the pulldown ladder to the attic, they forced the door shut and broke the pull down hinge. :(
