This hotel is clean, with a nice exterior, located conveniently near the highway and the conference centre. The parking lot is large and well-lit.Rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. The fitness room is adequately equipped and in good working order. The pool is there but NOTE the hot tub is no longer available (covered up).The breakfast is fairly standard - lots of options, everything was tasty enough, no complaints. We would definitely stay here again as the area seems very safe and the hotel was super quiet.

I m not sure what kinda gross deformed Oklahomans were staying out here? But who has there hole nipple out in a pool full of kids I did not feel comfortable with my son being in the pool, need to be enforcing a dress code, there were no towels the floor was completely wet. There was trash from previous guest under the bed, the snack bar was expensive. Even the people at the front were judge. I will not be returning.

Used to work for this place. My general manager was racist. Also withheld funds.Beds were just like every one elses (i worked two years prior in a hotel with no complaints on my beds) but she would just come belittle me. The tags on the top sheet are not supposed to be in the customers face . Also tried to get chocolate milk twice different days at breakfast and they were both bad.Rooms: Rooms are clean

Location saves this place. Fairly clean and comfortable beds. I stayed for a week, and not once did my floors get swept. Had to ask the front desk why they didn't finish cleaning the room the first day. This poor dead cricket sat in the entryway of the room every night. Parking around the hotel is spacious and secure. I would probably pick somewhere else to stay if you like clean rooms. Bring your own soap as well, and they never refilled the dispensers the week O was there. I have heard of getting bad rooms because you got an online deal. I hope this doesn't apply to corporate accounts as well.Rooms: Big spacious rooms.Nearby activities: Shopping outlet in close distance.Safety: Cameras all over and well lighted.Noteworthy details: Parking lot was very big, walking trail directly behind the hotel.

This place is too ran down to deserve a 3 star rating one elevator doesn t work the pool was not available (wasn t told during reservation) due to safety reasons ? there s giant bleach stains on the room floor hallways there s more caulking around the tubs than there are tub hot water lasted all of 1 1/2 minutes before going completely cold (every time we used it) pieces of candy in the floor as we first entered our room, proves our room wasn t vacuumed after last guest room keys kept having to be reset the list goes on and on I love the holiday inn express brand, but I would never stay at this location again if this is the standard, I ll stay elsewhere

We've been here a few times and really like it. My only complaint is that we went into our room this last time and it hadn't been cleaned. Someone's coat had been left on the bed. When we told them, the housekeeper denied that it hadn't been cleaned, when it OBVIOUSLY hadn't been. But anyway the front desk moved us to another room and all was fine!

Called me 2 hours before checking in for my reserved room for my daughter's birthday and told me there was a matainence issue and we couldn't have the room. Couldn't tell me the maintenance issue either???Finally after going back and forth because she acted like she wanted me to just go to another hotel and accept it, I was given an extra room for a comped price (free room plus deposit for incidentals) so this did solve my issue of needing space for multiple people. She did need to call me back and ask the GM (Who apparently doesn't ever work on weekends) if this was ok. So all is good after a quick panic because this trip was planned in depth. We were charged quickly after check in (which apparently was odd to them) not a problem, but the problem was they did end up overcharging me about $20 not including the deposit for incidentals. I asked the clerk and she was unsure. So the next morning I asked the same girl I spoke with on the phone and checked in with and she had no answers for me either. She put my number down on a post it note and said she would have the GM look at it. So nobody knows what is going on with these random charges? I'm leaving this review so others will know to look out for this because I'm almost positive they did the same thing to us last year at my daughter's birthday party but I didn't say anything about it because I figured it would fall off like the deposits do. It seems like this is something that happens regularly to guests. The amount of money is not the issue it's the fact that it's stealing. These rooms are already not cheap to begin with. The rooms and pool were clean and breakfast was good, so if this place could work on their schedules and payments it would be great. The website also advertised a Jacuzzi last year and still this year but the Jacuzzi is filled in with cement. We we're very disappointed about that last year. I want my $20 back Holiday Inn and I don't want anyone else to ever be overcharged again. Watch your bank statements people, and ask for proper totals. Apparently it costs $185 for 2 queen beds with no couch.EDITED TO ADD*******So after a reply on here I emailed this person that calls themselves a GM with no response. And today is October 17th so it's been 10 days and my $23 is still pending. Everyday that I don't have my $23 I'm taking another star away

A great HIE in a great location. The only downside to this HIE is a lack of USB charging ports on the outlets. There is a nice walking trail around a pond just outside the back door as well as several restaurants, convenience stores, and a Walmart within walking distance. I have stayed here half a dozen times and always look forward to it.

The bathroom door was swollen and did not shut all the way. Definitely uncomfortable for a female/mom and three males ages 4, 14, 45. I spent days before, including calling to make sure there was either waffles or pancakes for breakfast for the kids. The one thing my kids loved the most, the machine was out of service. I even called ahead of booking to ask that exact question and was NOT told that it was down. Just, yes...we have that here. And since when does a hotel get to charge 15% in taxes? So, while the view was beautiful and service was good from staff, the discomfort of the privacy and breakfast was an issue along with the bathroom fan did not work. When I told staff about the door, the worker immediately asked if it was "swollen." Yep.... I don't think it's appropriate to rent a room knowing it's males and females with having no bathroom privacy. It stayed cracked open and inside bathroom visible in the mirror. It was too late to book elsewhere and holiday inn has a no refund policy. We were stuck for two nights. They sure got that money though. And I kept my upmost respect towards staff as this is an owner issue that needs more attention from what I was informed of by staff. It sure was an uncomfortable stay...Oh and let me add.... ladies be careful. Some workers who had booked the hotel came in (I'm assuming extremely drunk after leaving beer cans in the parking lot) and were dog woofing to the extreme point I intentionally walked passed the elevators and back outside just to avoid being in that tiny spaced elevator with a bunch of drunk dogs.... that part reeeeally got me upset. What good would it have done to report ot to staff? Probably some major company with a booking contract.....But again, fountain view was beautiful and staff was kind.Rooms: No privacy from swollen bathroom cracked open door. The bathroom fan did not work either....

Excellent hotel. Rooms are well noise insulated. Carpets look good, clean and are soft. Elevator works just fine and is spacious. Service at counter is quick and kind. Breakfast has enough options even if you stay several days.Walkability: Next to the hotel there is a park, really nice, walkable.

My family stayed at this location in passing and overall it was a good experience. Most importantly, the staff were wonderful. Smooth and easy experience. The location is nearby several accomodations, from Wal-Mart to restaurants. One might be able to walk to them if you're up for a stroll. There's a wonderful pond behind the hotel that makes for a nice walk and scenery. Now, the rooms indeed show signs and demonstrations of wear-and-tear, I am amazed at how well maintained the rooms are. Despite the cracked tile or wall deteriorations, I never questioned the cleanliness of the room. An unquestionably clean room is win for me. Overall, great experience here.

We stopped here for one night on our long road trip across the country. Rooms were clean and modern, and beds were super comfy. The breakfast was also good, though the gravy was pretty runny. We were sad to find out that there wasn't a hot tub (despite the website indicating there was) and the pool was cold so our kids didn't want to swim very long. There is a really nice pond and walking path immediately outside the hotel, which was a nice surprise in the morning. Overall, this was one of the better hotels we stayed at along our trip and will definitely be returning to Holiday Inn Expresses, if for nothing more than a great night's sleep in those beds!

This hotel is located next to an assisted living facility. Family members visit their loved ones at this facility and are often looking for a place to stay that is nearby. My husband walked over to the hotel at app 11:00 p.m. to try to get a room He was exhausted, grief stricken & needed a place to spend the night. His mother is dying. We live two hours away. We just wanted to get some rest so that we could return to be with his Mom the next morning. He was told by the employee that the hotel does not accept walk-ins! You literally have to go back outside, and make an online appointment & only then can you get a room. He was told that this was for security reasons. Are you flipping kidding me?! This is not Chicago, LA, Detroit This is Glenpool, Oklahoma! We will never And I repeat, never, stay at a Holiday Inn .....ever.

This is the kind of hotel you aren't in a hurry to check out of. Clean, big room, great AC, comfortable mattress, and the biggest bathroom countertop we'd ever seen at a Holiday Inn. Only downside was breakfast; no oatmeal, no yogurt, no interest or help from staff about going in and getting any. We'll stay there again, but now we know breakfast will be the low point of the stay.

Very disappointed that this hotel doesn't allow pets when I thought all holiday inns were pet friendly I just won't be staying at holiday inns anymore because of this reason I travel a lot and my only companion is my pet as you can imagine it gets very lonely on the road

The staff working for the week me and a Co worker stayed there was Shakira, Brenda and the maintenance gentleman Jay. They were all really so helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. We had a last minute notice on having extra space for a meeting and all 3 made it happen with extra chairs, the conference room and anything else we needed. Thank you!Noteworthy details: Great restraunts around the area and was a quiet stay.

This was a great place to stay the night! The room was spacious and modern. It was CLEAN! There was an appropriate amount of clean towels and wash cloths. They even had complementary coffee/tea in the room with a Keurig. The breakfast was good and got us ready for our day. I liked that the location was far enough off the highway that you couldn't hear any road noise at all. Great stay and 5star for sure!

If any other hotel becomes available for any reason at all don t be afraid to jump at the opportunity. Had family in the area come down with Covid, canceling our trip. Hotel was complete unable/unwilling to refund the cost of the room or even create some sort of credit. Staff and manager were rude over the matter. You d be much better off staying at a cheaper and likely more well mannered establishment.

SHELBY!!! She is AWESOME! She interacted with us throughout our entire stay when she was on duty. She made us feel at home and definitely made us feel welcome during the entire stay. She is this hotel's most valuable asset! Great view from room 401. Hotel was clean and sanitized. All furnishings were nice and modern, not outdated. Bed was extremely comfortable and having both a FIRM and SOFT pillow for each of us was crazy cool! The absence of the big hot breakfast and regular housekeeping did not make our stay any less amazing!. Great location and amenities. This was a weekend getaway for my wife and I. We care for my 84 year old father as well as working jobs. This was a great pick for the rest and relaxation we were so in need of. Would definitely stay at this location again in the future!

Great hotel design and really clean. 2 ladies : Martha and Maria Elena from the cleaning crew were very attentive and provided the items refill I requested for the room.Quiet room , incredible comfortable bed .Breakfast is complete , with delicious options . The breakfast area has ample and and elegant sofas besides the breakfast tables. I recommend to redistribute the tables, we found those very close (around 2 feet from each other ) and we couldn t eat breakfast at the area . There is more space around the sofa area that may allocate some of the tables to provide space around those .
