I was referred to Glenpool Auto Body by a friend after someone had hit my Lexus while parked. It required a new fender, repaired bumper, and the front end / drivers side to be repainted and fully blended. The paintwork was great and is a very close match to the OEM Starfire Pearl Tri-Coat paint that is 10 years old. When I got the car back, it was also freshly detailed which was a nice touch. Sam was very easy to deal with and would use them again solely for their paintwork abilities.I also want to note the wheel was refinished due to curb rash from the incident. They also did an alignment to check for any issues since the wheel was hit (keep in mind the vehicle drove fine and had no alignment issues before or after the incident and was strictly cosmetic). I pick up the car and there is a terrible steering wheel vibration above 35mph and the steering wheel is clocked to the right several degrees. There was also so minor scratches on the steering wheel which I could feel while gripping it. All of these issues were not present when I dropped the car off. I did not want whoever they sublet'ed this mechanical work to touch the car again and needed my car back ASAP. I paid out of pocket to have the alignment re-checked and fixed and the wheel rebalanced at my preferred shop. The driver side toe was out and the wheel was not rebalanced after it was painted per my mechanic. For management, I'd recommend QC'ing the work after vehicles are sublet'ed for work or find a new partner mechanic.I hope these issues were a one off experience for me. The full detail and the quality of paintwork keeps my review / experience from being fully negative. Baring these issues did not happen, it would have been a 5 star review.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This shop, the staff, and the owner have gone above and beyond the standard when it comes to customer service and quality. I HIGHLY recommend them, no matter where you live. Even if you live in Collinsville, Bartlesville, heck, even out of state, it's worth bringing your vehicle to this shop. They will take care of you and your vehicle.

The people there who run that business is very, very, very. Kind hearted and patient people! Very down to earth and make you feel right at home. Courteous and very professional. I recommend them above any towing service and above any other car repair garage. I haven't experienced this kind of service in years. They will always have my business and I most definitely will be sending customer's their way.

I would absolutely never recommend this place. Aside from the parts delay which they had no control over, it s the worst body shop I have ever dealt with. Don t let the small town name/feel fool you. They made so many excuses but never made things right. They ordered wrong parts and received damaged parts more then once. At least that s what they told me. I asked for a separate quote on a small dent (tip of my pinky finger size) and the quote was outlandish! So I went to a friend who works in a body shop and he laughed at the quote! Seriously laughed. They are only looking out for their wallets. Get your quotes checked out -I suggest Sand Springs. Don t let them take advantage of you too!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting

I took my car and told the manager to not drive the car. The over heat light will come on and the dash had a code on it. His mechanic drove it and wrapped the serpentine belt around the pulleys. It broke 3 bolts and they charged me to fix what they broke. Then, the manager never called me and told me what happened. They just fixed the stuff they broke and kept my car for 5 days. When I got there, the manager got upset with me until he realized I was truthful in that his shop never called me. He still charged me over $200 for labor and the parts. I paid $323.50 for not even what the car was there for. I will never take my vehicles there again. There was a guy Frank that used to be there and he was honest and respectful. Wish he would have been there.

They were super helpful and nice, the guys even helped us load up my car on the trailer. Also I always see beautiful cars being worked on there! May have to get some work done there soon. 10/10 for incredible customer service

Had these guys fix some collision damage to my 2015 Chevy truck. They did excellent work on it and the customer service was a great experience! They have my Harley now doing a custome paint job on it and I have no worries.

I had to take my car in for repairs, and was instantly met with great customer service. The office workers really made me feel at ease, and answer all my questions as to what was going to happen, what needed to be replaced and really just went out of their way to help me out.You cant tell where my car had been hit, and looks like the day i bought. Overall im extremely satisfied with my experience at glenpool auto body

Tow Driver was polite and professional, arrived a few minutes early in fact. Couldn't ask for more, particularly since these guys probably deal with folks who have been through some trouble.Long/Short... Use their wrecker service with confidence. They send good folks.

Glenpool body shop is a quality business that does quality work. We have used them several times and his work has always been very detailed and they do not cut any corners. I recommend this body shop every chance I get.

Tried to sell me a paint job on two doors of my truck I didn't need. Repair made for 125.00 at a dent repair shop. Instead of 1500.00 recommended by this body shop.

This is a well run bodyshop.Excellent staff willing to go the extra mile for their customers.If you are having trouble with your claim against the other guys insurance company, this is the place to go.They cut through all the red tape and get the insurance companies to stop playing games with your claim.The body men do great work, and the staff and owner work with you to make sure you are satisfied with the final product.Give these guys a try and take the stress off of working with the insurance companies that enjoy making your day miserable.

These guys are awesome ! My issue was just a small headlight issue that was taken care of by Daniel in just a few minutes . When assessing a quality business its the little things they do right . Well he took the time to do the little things to help me as a customer . So its pretty obvious they go above and beyond when doing the big jobs too ! Thanks guys .

I had a blow out on my Rv. They are not a tire shop but the friendly staff at glenpool helped me get back on the road and asked for nothing in return. Looking around their shop looks like they do some A+ work. Highly recommended.
