These guys are absolutely amazing. I went in for a new battery and ended up needing a part from the dealer. The manager was so helpful and compassionate and made sure I got the correct part to connect my battery. He went above and beyond today. I will never go to another parts store! Thank you guys so much!!

The gentleman that was in the store working was just awesome I didn't have enough to buy a battery and my car wouldn't start he came out side and got it started for me it's Wendy and cold I tried to pay him but he said no just get home safe. I'm praying God will bless this man and he will! This is a good store with good people that work here!

Customer service is Outstanding. Five more stars go to Logon. He put in tail and brake lights on my car. When he opened up the compartment it was full of water. He advised me to get it sealed. Thank Logan I will paid it forward as you requested. May God bless you real good!!!

They were awesome and super helpful! Big Mike I think is who helped me I went back in about 10 times because I was worried about getting my car fixed and he was really patient with me and helped me find exactly what was needed so thank you so much!!! I will definitely recommend y all and be back!!

The best Auto Zone around. Mainly due to a gentleman named Angel and his co-worker. I did not have my tools and Angel stepped right up and changed a difficult car battery for me. It was hot and he went above and beyond. Even though it s not policy, Please se tip when they help change a battery. Thanks Angel, I ll be back every time for auto parts.

I just left there. I walked in and no one said anything. Not a, "Hey welcome to AutoZone... be with you in a second, Hey... how's it going, what'cha looking for... nothing! Both of the employees had the most confused look on their faces when I asked if they price matched. One guy said, "we used to but I don't know about anymore". The other guy (with a dip in his mouth) wondered around aimlessly until he finally said I can check you out over here. But my question was never answered. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I tell you what. You've got a great group of people up there. I'm in there 4 or 5 days a week. These guys are like family. Kudos to Jayme, Liz, Ken, Derrick, Kyle, Brian and Brittany. Great management as well as support staff. The store looks and runs a whole lot better than it did 18 months ago.

I grabbed some coolant and went to check out. I walked to the employee that wasn't with a customer. His name was Rob H. I asked "Can I check out here?". Rob very rudely replied "HOLD ON". Like I'm his child or something. Next time I'll just go across the the parking lot to Walmart. Because clearly my business is a burden here.

Good service and fast, but you pay extra for it!Edit 6 months later: I realize I only paid extra because I was talked into getting the best battery, but that's my 'fault', not AutoZone's.I went back in the other day to get work done on the same battery since my alternator apparently is draining it too quickly, and they replaced it under warranty no questions asked. The tech went the extra mile to install it quickly so that I wouldn't miss my appointment-- awesome and helpful customer service!

Multiple visits and phone calls in past two weeks, Liz has WAY exceeded expectations in customer service! Her counterpart, Kevin, has been equally professional and helpful. This store is NOT the most convenient location or closest to home for me, I recently just dropped by the first time on my way back to Tulsa....... their service has been so over the top that they are now my preferred auto parts store and I will definitely drive the extra few miles and put up with the horrible Starbucks traffic situation to shop here. I have NEVER left a review for any retailer before, not related to anyone affiliated with this place, just wanted to find a way to say "THANKS", and I'll be back.

The associate Ken was a great help! He knew right where to find my item and checked me out quick. I was in and out in about 3 minutes which was great because I was on time for work!!

Went into the AutoZone store and asked about car batteries. The guy behind the counter acted like he didn t really want to be bothered. He never asked me what kind of vehicle I had. I asked do you install batteries and the guy said it depends. So I told him what kind of vehicle I had and he said nothing. So I asked him him if he can install it he said it depends on how hard it was. He never even asked to look at my car. I ended up looking at the batteries and left the store. I guess the guy didn t want my business.

Honestly for the mark up it just isn t worth driving here over Walmart. When a can of paint is $16 at Autozone versus $10 at Walmart. If I were you I would avoid any and all contact with this store.

Shelves are always well stocked. Most of the employees st least know what a car looks like under the hood. Would give 5 stars but a couple of the guys are always cranky and seem put out when asking questions.
