Broke down on side of the road made it back to parking lot, the three guys that were working went above and beyond making sure my husband had what he needed and checking on him. Very appreciated! He said all the guys need raises best O Reillys he s ever dealt with!

Wrong parts once again. Brake pads way too wide to fit in calipers and then got to hear from clerk how they're right cause that's what computer says. Oreillys needs new computers.

I visited the store in Fairview Oklahoma ( store #327) and was greeted by Dane Davis.I just came to buy in $2 light bulb and I asked him how long has he worked there and he told me two years and that he loved it. He got my bulb and we talked about an issue that I had with with the refrigerant of the transmission and he came with me outside crawl under my vehicle. I crawled next to him and we discussed the issue. He gave me great advice and I highly recommend his incredible customer service.Please visit this store for great service, inventory and price. Called the store looking for wheel bearings as we were stuck in the side of the road 5 hours from home. They not only took time to look up the correct part, but held them for me. Got the bearing installed and made it home. Keep up the good work!
