I cannot really give a review yet. I only stopped by for 10 minutes. They don't post the prices on most of their vehicles, so to me that seems a bit fishy. I'll redo this post later after I've actually had some experience with this dealership.

I have purchased my last 5 cars through Freedom Ford. Their customer service, service department and all staff are excellent. Special shout out to Carmina who goes above and beyond to make your car buying experience an easy process.

By far the best car buying experience we ever had! Zach was fast and efficient! Got us into something perfect fit for us! Even though we had two of our rowdy kids with us the whole staff was very patient with them. Definitely will be back when we are back out on the market!

They had a 2012 gmc sierra 2500hd diesel they had just posted and I gave them a call and worked out a cash price and asked them if this truck had any issues at all and they confirmed to me that there was no issues. So I made the 5 hour trip to pick it up since I was needing a truck to haul for work and got there did the paperwork took it for a test drive and everything seemed ok so I took it home. Half way home coolant light came on and I pulled over to see if it maybe just needed coolant and I popped the hood and there was coolant everywhere in the engine bay that was coming out the resivor so I topped it off with coolant and got home with the light coming on again so I took it to my local diesel shop in my area the next day to have it checked out and turned out the headgaskets on it where shot and it s pushing all the coolant out and I tried talking to Justin the sales department manager about my situation with the truck and he just kept talking over me didn t wanna let me talk and he just told me he ll figure something out and give me a call back and now he just doesn t answer my phone calls unless I call him on a different phone number.Now im left with no money and a non drivable truck. Picture was taken the night I got it home. As u can see all the white dried residue is coolant

I m usually not one to review but Zac Anderson is the man. Told him what we were looking for and had us setup in no time. Without us realizing it, they had even stayed after hours just to take care of us. Highly recommend to all of my friends and family looking for a vehicle. Thanks again Zac!

We had a wonderful experience buying a new Ford Escape from Freedon Ford, the new owner of the Ford dealership in Eufaula. Zac Anderson, our sales person, answered our questions and pointed out many features we weren't aware of as we shopped for the car and even after when new technology tripped us up. We were never pressured--we were just respected.

Buying a new car can be intimidating at first. Zac was super helpful and made the experience wonderful. He took the nickname Zac attack to heart the way he attacked the prices until I had the car I wanted in a price range I could afford. Probably one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had in my LIFE! Zac (salesman) and Dustin (finance) were beyond awesome. I got the model, price and low mileage of a used vehicle I had been looking for.Only thing I'm bummed about is Eufaula dealership doesn't offer the free oil changes for life. Had I gone to McAlester, I could have got that perk...which is a pretty big one!Overall, I'm extremely happy with my purchase and Sam Wampler has made a customer for life! :)

I was driving from Northwest Arkansas to Houston, TX and I stopped at the Loves gas station up the road where a gentleman let me know I had a bubble in the sidewall of my tire. I called this dealership and they told me to come by. They didn't have a tire on hand but called around for me, found a tire, and replaced it super quickly! Jeremy and the amazing gentlemen that serviced my Escape were so incredibly nice and helpful and I'm super lucky they helped me out otherwise I would have been in a bad pickle! I would absolutely stop there again if I ever need servicing while driving to Texas!
