I had a great first experience. There is a $20 off coupon that was available on their website. Not only that but they were able to help me reset my service interval on my car and gave me some really great advice. I will definitely be back. Reece is fantastic.

I couldn't have been more pleased! The entire crew was polite. The care that they took not to leave grease or oily drips or hand prints all over the hood of my car was much appreciated unlike a near by competitor. Right from the time I pulled up a gentleman brought me a bottle of water. A thoughtful touch. When they, meaning team finished the job the price was very fair. Thank you Take 5 team.

I received my my military discount of 25%. Then there was other discounts they informed me of. We was in and out in no time. Lucky for us Jiffy Lube told us, it be 30 minutes before they could start on are vehicle. Then another 45 minutes before the oil change would be completely done. They may have lost are business at Jiffy Lube, but at least they where honest.

This was my first experience of Take 5 and I have to say that they went beyond on their customer service. Keeping me informed on what they were doing. Letting me know the advantages of having my oil changed there. Just wish I could get a mail offer or something. Great job!

Take 5 is amazing; I ve had my vehicle in twice now and received the utmost care plus they have free fluid top-off s. The prices are lower than what I had been paying locally. Go by and give them a try.

I thought it was really expensive. It was early morning and the overall oil change took 45 minutes. They forgot to have me pay, so I had to remind them as I was leaving. They did offer water, so that was nice. It was a "Meh" experience.

Im giving a 3 star review because the the customer service was great, communication was on point, but this definitely wasn t my best first experience. I called ahead to check how much it would be to get an oil change on my 2018 civic and they told me it would be the 50 bucks (I m broke but needed an oil change so I scraped up the 50) I go in and they start draining my oil before they even talk to me and then once they got all my information they told me they don t have the oil my car takes in the economy and that I d have to pay 80 bucks for the next tier, at this point my car has no oil in it so I tell them I only have the 50 something bucks they told me it would be. So they told me that was fine and proceeded to put a different type of oil then what my car calls for and gave me a little discount. This makes me so mad because this car is new to me and I don t want anything to go wrong with it. So yeah I give yall a 3/5 star

Quick and friendly service! I liked that I didn't have to leave my car. I had 2 cars in front of my and still was out in under and hour with half of my time being waiting on the 2 cars in front of me.

Had oil changed at enid facility today. Your checklist on the invoice really made me laugh. I'm sitting in my truck watching ur procedures, and only fluid levels checked were 2. Washer fluid & oil level. Need to re-examine ur courtesy checks. Not Impressed

Even though I had to wait awhile, I was pleased with the service and it was nice not to have to get out of my car while I got my oil changed. I will go back in the future.
