Absolutely terrible place. Damaged all 4 wheels on my brand new pickup and tried to hide it by putting them all in my custom wheel boxes and never saying a word. Kenta the manager at the time was rude and told me my 2020 Laramie 2500 wheels weren t worth the cost of repair. She told me they d get them recoated. It s been 7 months and my wheels are still sitting in their Enid shop. New manager was supposed to take care of it 2 months ago and hasn t. Fed up with T&W tire.

Took my classic car in to have my brakes worked on but ended up needing more work than anticipated. The folks there were very helpful in telling me what parts the car needed and were very accommodating to fit me in their schedule.

My grandparents got a flat at CVS. A gentleman from T&W tire drove to CVS and helped them put their spare tire on. He was then able to fix their tire and put it back on for a reasonable price. Very friendly and great customer service.

Big Thanks to the people at T&W Tire friendly,fast,and so helpful, they even had my odd sized tire for my company truck! I was In the door and back on the road in about and hour and didn't even have an appointment! Thanks Again I highly recommend these guys

Poor communication. They had my vehicle for three days to change out all four tires. I had to call three times to check the status of my vehicle. After the third time talking to them they lied and said that they called me to tell me my vehicle was ready the day before. Very unprofessional, do not recommend.

They had an attitude since arrival to telling them had an appointment at 11 the mechanic did not have one tire off telling me I needed new parts someone in the office called me back and said it was ok to use my parts I bought and was used I went in for a alignment and brakes to be changed they told me my brakes didnt need to be changes that's not what I asked for I wanted the serremic I did not get what the original appointment was for and according to the whole attitude of them calling me back and confirming I showed up ready anywho I make over 30 an hour this place lost my business this place was cheap and it shows why I took it to Big O and absolutely nothing was wrong with my truck

Best service ever! Very friendly and informative, and they care about their customers! They will tell you up front if work is not needed so you're not overcharged. I highly recommend them and they got two new customers out of me and my husband!

This is a pretty good place to buy your tires. They sell high-quality tires and they have very skilled professionals to install them. If you are looking for a good place to get tires for your vehicle, you will want to come in here and let them show you what they've got. The service is fast and friendly, and they treat you like a valued customer.

Both times we came here because we were told it's the best place in enid. Both times the guy was rude and talked to us like we were stupid and didn't know what we were talking about. Not only is their customer service lacking but it took them forever to get our truck taken care of when we were told it would be a couple hours tops, turned into an all day thing. Won't be going there again.

They have free air and they can order, mount, balance your tires and the mechanic is pretty honest, doesn't seem to get in a rush for much of anything and believe it or not that's kinda cool these days.

I would like to give you all a huge shout out for helping my son in a pinch. He broke down on his way through town on Wednesday and they were a huge help. Nice to know that there are still people out there willing to go above and beyond. Thank you and if we are ever in need here you will sure have our business.

I called ahead to get a flat fixed the guy told they were about 30-45 minute out but when I got there 5 minutes later he said 2 hours out. Horrible Do Not Recommend!

T&W has been very fair with us with commercial tire repairs. We have been working in Enid OK area for about 3 months now. Great service and prices so far.

Worked late to get me fixed up! Dont know who came out to do the work cause I was in my hotel but they never bothered me so thanks for that respect!

Got my tire fixed yesterday. I am now sitting on the road with a flat tire !!! Thanks for making sure it was fixed the right way. The guy didn t even patch it!!!! Don t offer to fix tires for FREE make people pay so you WILL do it the right way !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Won t be going back nor will I recommend

Tire prices do show lower but freight is charged separate so makes there price same as rest of the shops but do have great people and are quick

Our vehicle tires were loosing air fast, a young man put air in, change the valve stem, checked all of our tires. Man I was so surprised, yes it will be TW next tire purchase for sure.

The yard is not set up to take trucks very well. Do believe they are being on service calls more than truckers bringing in their rigs for repair.You pull in on the north side of the building. Go through the gate, yes you will fit, barely. Stay wide when you swing in to the repair bay.

Most over priced place in Enid. Staff in front is very professional, the techs all look like they are off the streets, no uniforms, ripped and torn clothes, stained horrible, talk trashy too.this place needs help professionally.
