Simply put Terry was completely amazing. Purchased this ford pickup in June 2023, I am so happy with this vehicle. It pulls my rv trailer so awesome. My wife loves it. I have had no maintenance issues whatsoever. I contacted James at Stevens Ford in Oklahoma from Nevada. James got me the information I was seeking quickly, FaceTimed me to do a walk around of the vehicle, negotiated the OTD price, and agreed on a sale within 15 minutes. Working with the finance team was a breeze, when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, the wire for payment had been received, and was out the door in 30 minutes. Love my new super duty I bought at Stevens Ford in Enid, Oklahoma. From my salesman Austin Cushman to my finance manager Brandon Gritz. I will not buy a vehicle here again the dealership is shady and little scammy. I bought a 2011 F-250 was told it was fully inspected and nothing wrong with it and was a great truck. I bought it and 2 days after having it I noticed oil leaking on my driveway . I took it into two different ford dealership mechanics, and both confirmed major oil leak top and bottom gaskets leaking the cost was $4800. Both mechanics said there was no way this dealership did not know about it. Stevens said the only inspection they do on used vehicles are safety inspection but that was not what I was told when I bought it. Stevens ended up pay for half of it but should have paid for all of it. I will not buy from here again nor will I recommend it to anyone.Didnt even have it for 60 days and MAP sensor was coverd with carbon deposits. large amounts of carbon built up on throttle plate. $2900 fixHorrible sale and horrible business from this dealer.

The original salesman that I was dealing with over the phone came down sick on the day I went. The salesman that I felt with in person(Matt) was great. Everyone my wife and I dealt with and spoke to at location was polite and professional. They weren t pushy it was a very laid back sales environment.

I live in WA state, found the exact truck I planned to order from dodge directly, in Enid. I travel for work and have very little down time, stevens ford was very cooperative with my schedule and I couldn t pick the truck up for two months. Also ran into issues booking a flight on the short notice I had to go pick it up and they met me with the pickup at the airport. Only disappointment I had was there was only one key, but low and behold I received a second key fob in the mail shortly thereafter. Would definitely recommend this dealership. Very easy to deal with.

I drove out to Steven s ford from OKC and immediately was welcomed in and they let us test drive a car we were looking at just by ourselves which was nice to really take our time to check it all out and look at it. They were friendly and very helpful throughout the car buying process.

Very frustrated and angry with my experience with this dealership. I drove from Kansas to Oklahoma to look at and eventually purchase my vehicle exactly one year ago. Since my purchase, my car has been in the dealership approximately 7 times for brakes and now struts/shocks. Prior to purchasing this vehicle, the sales guy I was working with assured me that my Toyota 4Runner was previously owned by an employee at the dealership and he said, "I can assure you, your vehicle was well taken care of." I recently found out that my vehicles struts and shocks are ruined and need replaced. I was not very disappointed because I purchased the Ford Protect Premium Care warranty. My husband and I were on the fence about purchasing this warranty but we were assured by multiple employees that it is a very good option and that my vehicles struts WOULD be covered. After submitting my warranty claim and getting denied, I was told that my warranty only covered MacPherson struts so I would continue to owe $1,800 for shocks/struts/alignment. After spending multiple thousand dollars on this warranty and being lied to, I am very frustrated. When calling the dealership they stated, "I understand your frustration but you'll need to read the fine print." Lesson learned: I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again and completely regret doing it to begin with.

Just the worst of the worst. Beyond the problems from the sale they can t manage the simple task of getting me the title paperwork in time to avoid going into penalty and incurring extra costs. This after they sold me a pickup with an undisclosed GPS tracking device wired into the truck s wiring harnesses. Now my $42,000 truck s ability to shift out of park runs through an immobilizer that I have no control of. Check the vehicles you buy very good. The salesman Josh flat out lied to my face with a laugh and told me it was not a gps tracker.

If I could, i will give a ZERO STARAfter having an appointment scheduled OVER ONE MONTH IN ADVANCE, i took my vehicle to the service department at Stevens Ford in Enid, OK. I live 75 miles away and there was not a rental or a loaner vehicle available. I was just told the Enterprise had no availability for any kind of vehicle but the recalls repairs will be done by the afternoon. There was nothing i could do but to wait so i went to try to get the lost out of the situation by going to Harbor Freight and other nearby stores to make the wait into a productive used time. NO ONE CALLED ME TO ADVISE my car will not be ready that day. When I returned, they were already gone! I had to call my wife to pick me up. She had all my grandkids for the week at home so she had to bring them along in my Chevy Malibu which was not the most comfortable trip due to its small size and car seats! NO ONE CARED THERE. If this was not enough, THE FREAKING FIRE RECALL I TOOK IT THERE FOR, AND SUCH APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED OVER ONE MONTH IN ADVANCE WAS NOT FIXED! THE MAN THERE SAID THEY HAD TO ORDER PARTS FOR IT AO HE DIDNT KNOW WHEN SAID PARTS WILL ARRIVE BUT THEY WILL LET ME KNOW!! A FREAKING MONTH THEY KNEW WHAT I WAS BRINGING MY CAR TO GAVE REPAIR AMD THEY DIDNT HABE THE DAMN PARTS! OF COURSE HE DIDNT THINK THAT WAS AN IMPORTANT PIECE OF INFORMATION SO HE DIDNT EVEN MENTIONED IT UNTIL I ASKED AFTER SEEING THE PAPERWORK WHEN I PICKED UP THE CAR 2 DAYS LATER! I had asked to change the oil and thats what they did. I told them i wanted to use my rewards points to pay for the oil change and NO ONE KNEW HOW RO DO IT!! They looked at us like if we were speaking in Chinese! i had to wait until someone they call came over to tell them how to do it. The older guy at service desk seemed aggravated and immediately made an annoyed comment like if you even have enough points . Let me tell you, my vehicles are always impeccably clean, i go all the way out of Woodward, where I live, because McKay Ford technicians will always leave my cars dirty and carpets full of dirt and mud! Not even a back yard mechanic i know, does that! He even have paper mats to ensure he doesn t get his customers vehicles dirty! I WILL NEVER GET YOUR FORD CARD FOR THOSE REWARD POINTS YOUR MEDIOCRE EMPLOYEES DONT KNOW HOW TO APPLY TO THE SERVICES! NEITHER WILL I EVER BUY A FORD AGAIN! All our families and friends are Chevy owners now, i will do the same and i will copy this long review to paste it ALL OVER YELP and every other place i can!FORD NEED TO IMPROVE IN EVERYTHING, FROM STAFF TO THE VERY QUALITY OF FORD VEHICLE!! MY LAST 2 EXPEDITIONS AND INTERACTION WITH YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENTS HAVE BEEN THE WORSE! SUCH A DIFFERENCE WITH CHEVY! Friday i took my GMC Sierra to my local chevy place for a recall and they had the parta ready and it took them 2 hours to complete! Super NICE STAFF and i had that appointment scheduled within 10 days only y as soon as the part s arrived, they called me to let mw know they had them in case i wanted to try to get my truck earlier than scheduled. I have all the paperwork to back up everything i am stating herein

This is my third truck to purchase from Stevens Ford. Brandon Gritz has been my salesman for the last two. I was treated with courtesy and no pressure sales. I would definitely recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Stevens Ford has always been helpful. This is my second vehicle from them and they are always friendly and welcoming. I received a recall on my backup camera and was able to get in to have it fixed easily. They called the same day to see how it was and when I explained it was still doing a blue screen they gave me options as to what I could do to have it fixed. I recommend them for so many reasons, but the main reason is for their customer service.

My wife and I had a excellent buying experience. 99% of my deal was done over the phone/email, when I arrived at the dealership I was in-and-out in under 45 minutes. Stevens had a very friendly staff and our sales person James Baker was absolutely wonderful and super knowledgeable about everything from all the car questions to the financing. We definitely had one of the easiest and best experiences I've ever had.

Overall very happy with the purchase. Just wish the exterior of the vehicle was pristine but it is a used vehicle. Jesse James is a good guy and if they weren t 5 hours away I would definitely buy from them again. With that being said they are willing to ship vehicles too. Already had financing in place before showing up and the transaction had me headed home in record time. Thanks Jesse and Stevens Ford for being such good folks!

Just moved here hoping I d have the same home feel and feel welcome but Rusty of stevens ford made sure that wasn t going to happen. So now I m waiting to go to a ford dealership in Woodward on the 26th now instead of Monday like scheduled. I d rather have my car blow up then deal with an A-Hole like that again. They seriously need a 0 stars option.

Update, after writing the review the Manager contacted me and worked with us to address the issue. It was resolved, I wish the process had been as smooth when we originally asked for help. Stevens did work to address the issue and we are very happy with the Expedition.Purchased a new Expedition, had multiple issues with the touchscreen in the first two weeks. Took it by the dealership on a Saturday showed the salesman the issue. He stated it s a known issue and we aren t the first of his customers to have problems. We scheduled with the service department, we were misled about the repair process. On the second day being in the shop with no resolution, called the salesman. We were then told the service manager was out driving it right then trying to replicate the issue... when I checked on the Ford Pass App our Expedition was setting at the dealership. Then the service department call said they just needed to do a reset... strange thing issue not fixed and none of the settings were reset.... will be looking for help elsewhere.

Easy in, easy out. Clean. Clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They try hard to please and explain things well. Free drink vouchers. Would like to see better chairs in lobby, but all and all..... really good.

I've never bought a car from this Ford dealership because I've never heard anything good about them. On a few occasions I've had to take my car there for a recall and they seemed to complete things in a timely manner. My issues with them is the attitude I've gotten from some of the employees there. When you Google their dealership, it shows their address and hours. It is listed that the parts and service departments open at 7:30am. When I called around that time to ask a few questions, the lady said they didn't open until 8am. I explained that it showed 7:30 for me online and she wanted to argue with me and tell me how throughout the 30 years she has worked there they have never been open at 7:30 however, she is there, answering the phone . Customer service clearly isn't a thing anymore but, it is Enid. Seems to be hard to come by anymore. I will definitely take my vehicles to other Ford dealerships for help and service.

One reason I purchased my new 2022 Maverick from Stevens is the price.They were $500 to 1500 dollars cheaper than other area dealers and they have a outstanding service department that will go out of their way to satisfy a customer.I really like my new Ford Maverick Lariat Hybrid. I am getting better than 35 miles to gallon in town driving.This is my 5th Ford truck and my first new car in 1969 was a Ford Maverick.

We made our second truck purchase for the year this weekend, the experience was great both times! The staff has been wonderful! Curtis and Joshua went above and beyond to get us in what we wanted and JJ made the process quick and easy! Very pleased with everything!
