Me and my husband came in here looking for tires and the customer service and the friendliness from Will and his manager was impressive. I advise anyone who needs tires or even breaks to come check them out. You will not leave here disappointed. Thank you RNR employees for taking such good care of me and husband

I went in for a flat tire repair, I was immediately greeted with a friendly smile and then quickly the job was done! I was amazed when I asked how much I owed them and they said nothing! You have reinforced my faith in the goodwill of humanity! I tipped the worker of course and he was appreciative. Thank you for great service also especially since it was free of charge!

This place is a joke! They continue to charge us for tires that have been paid off for months! These people are crooks! I do not recommend these people to anyone. Worst experience I have ever had with a tire place!

Came in told them what I was looking for, changed my mind on a different wheel and was satisfied with the change, they were quick to fix anything that wasn't what they had, didn't have the tire in stock they quoted me but made it right by giving me something better for the same price, highly recommend and the people here also give you information and let you know if something is a miss or needs fixed, will be coming here for anything I need done wheels and tires wise.

Few days ago I called just shopping around the guy quoted me a cpl of different prices I said sounds good he said wld send more info via text,few hrs went by I called back she told me he forgot that "they got busy" I said ok I understand this was 10 mins after opening for the day so how cld you get that busy that fast especially when just gave me a quote? Should have done right then & there.cpl more days went by still nothing so I went elsewhere same tire make but 250$ cheaper for every thing. Sorry missed out RNR ill be sure to pass the word not to go there !! I'm still waiting to see who sees this review I will be keeping eye on it

I got a flat on my way back from dual state wrestling championship. I live 2.5 hours away and when I brought my tire in they fixed it and didn t charge me a thing. WOW! No one does that. Thank you Enid RnR for taking care of me and blessing me.

Will Smith was my salesman . He was so helpful and polite. Because of certain circumstances I wasn t very confident that I would be approved. But Will went out of his way to help me. He got me approved and back on the road. Really such a blessing. Thank you Will.

The BEST customer service! Great tires! Easy payment plans! Amazing follow through! In today's world, great product/service is nearly impossible to find. But the guys at RNR are not just knowledgeable but genuinely friendly and patient enough to answer all your questions in a way you can understand! I was so pleased with all the service I've received so far that not only will I be back for tires on the next vehicle but i will go out off my way to anyone I meet!

Alright what was nice about this visit, besides the employees arguing with customers, forgetting information we have given them multiple times, claimed that they could fix our tire monday. Well, we were running on the spare, its not good to run on the spare for to long.Told my mom she got a discount, and a free alignment, anyway, that was the biggest joke ever, told my mom 400 otp and she ended up paying 700 in store.The employees are rude and with openly ignore you if you ask them questions.Im sorry to say, but id rather go to the walmart auto.

People very nice but wait time is not for me got here at 12:30 appointment was at 1:00 and it's now 2:07 and car just got taken back a few minutes ago and I'm not a patient person

Very informative and courtesy only thing wrong was one of wheel cap was missing from left front wheel I didn t inspect car when I left they were closing but when I got home it was missing I won t have time to go back next day but I surly will day after hopefully they will replace

Great place buy tires an wheels rent to own options also or you can just buy them out also. Cheap down payment free alignment for the life of the tires on the vehicle.

I m very satisfied with RNR Tires. They were courteous and helpful with my tire needs. I m on a strict budget, and I love how I am able to make monthly payments. Made the deal and got my car on the lift right away. It s nice to have new tires, a front end alignment which goes with the life of the tires. Free rotation, road hazard, balance and free tire repair. I feel safer on the road now. Couldn t go faster than 55 mph without the shimmy and shaking. My car rides a lot better. I m very satisfied with the service I got from these folks. I m going back again! Thank you!
