Very professional. Got my F150 serviced here at 100k miles with ease. One week later I had a critical engine coolant light pop up and immediately took it to them where they found I had a bad sensor unrelated to any of the work they did. They went head over heels to make sure everything was safe and I couldn't be more grateful.

These guys are very professional.They provide free shuttle anywhere in the city .Best place in the town .they just don t change the oil , they check your vehicle for any other issues and suggest to fix . If they can they will or they recommend how to handle the situation.My Nissan Titans fuel filter was leaking . They suggest me to take my vehicle to the dealership and they found my battery was low and suggest to take to the dealership if I have the warranty.

Folks here are always nice and quick to get a price quote when something breaks. It would be nice to have appointments for oil changes.

Other than they tell you all the things they want to do for your car, speaking very fast while doing so, it was a good experience. I only needed an oil change, and that is all I got. They will suggest many options for you, and some people may actually need other stuff done. Sometimes, it's good to know, just in case.I will use this company again. They were very nice.

Superior customer service. I originally left a one-star review due to damage to my hub cap after routine maintenance. They reached out to me via email immediately and offered to replace said hub cap with an entire new set. I brought my car in the next week and was met with kind and quick service. I am blown away by their dedication to their customers. They have earned my service indefinitely.

Usually, I am pleased with the quality work I receive from this Quick Lane. I had my oil changed and tires rotated this morning and everything seemed fine. I went home and even went out to dinner with my family. After returning home my wife noticed a hot smell. I looked under the truck and noticed oil on the floor and splattered on the undercarriage, but oil was not dripping from the drain plug. I opened up the hood and saw that the oil cap was sitting next to the battery and had not been put back on to the top of the engine. Oil was spilling out of the engine and all over the inside on the engine compartment while I was driving around. Fortunately, the oil level was not depleted to unsafe levels. I will be double-checking the mechanic from here on out.

I was very satisfied with my experience at quick lane. They fit me in the day I called, and got me taken care of. They also gave us a complimentary ride home while our vehicle was getting worked on. I have 3 Fords and do all my business there. I have always had a perfect experience. Their courtesy ride, the coffee shop on location, the television/waiting roomand so forth, are just perfect. Tempting to just go there to hang out.

They did a good job on the oil change and tire rotation but I sat there from 730am to 10:00am. I was in the business for years and i would have had i fit if my people took this long on this type of job. Can't understand why it took 2 1/2 hours to do this.. I was the first person in the place and still took this long.. Just need to do better...

Stopped in tonight desperately needing a belt replaced on our vehicle as we were passing through town. It was a little over thirty minutes before closing time. They were able replace our belt and get us on the road again within about an hour. I am so appreciative of the work they did! Thanks so much Quick Lane Tire & Auto!!

Took longer than I expected to get battery and have installed but since it's holiday time I think it was a good job overall

Change oil soon light kept coming on, but we hadn't driven the maximum number of miles since the last oil change. Just needed a minor tweak of the dash settings which took about 30 seconds to fix at no charge. Great job, Quick Lane!

One of my tires had a slow leak, the folks in the front said it couldn't be repaired due to the location of the nail being too close to the sidewall. I took the tire off myself later on, the nail was dead center of the tread and was easily repaired.Beyond that, they're always friendly and polite every interaction I've had with them so far.

Consistently great counter service and mechanic work. They may not be the fastest but the beat time to go is early in the morning around 8. I can usually get an oil change in 30 minutes or less. They are also the cheapest place in town to get tires mounted and balanced.

Was in and out in about an hour. Professional staff, very pleasant. Place is clean and very quiet, includes separate tv room, kids play room, and business center. All rooms very clean, kids play equipment in very good condition. Will continue to return for oil changes.

These guys are so nice. You cannot make an appointment, it's walk-ins only but usually it doesn't take them too terribly long to get you fixed up and on your way.

Friendly service, quick, and worth the $$. It was pouring rain when they were done with my car. They left the car in the bay and walked us out too it so that we didn't have to walk through pouring rain! Excellent!!

I'm from AZ and the night before going home thought there was an issue with my brakes after going somewhere else that said they didn't have time I luckily called here and before I could even finish Travis said bring it in, nothing was wrong but I am so grateful they checked for me nothing like peace of mind when driving a long distance.

This is my oil changing place! They give you a card for a free coffee at Farmhouse Fresh while you wait. Who doesn't like free things?

Nice staff and very friendly but the cost for labor to replace my alternator was double what they quoted me over the phone. Better off fixing it yourself or going with a mechanic who does more than change oil.

Great customer service and very speedy. They check out your vehicle from front to back and give you a detailed review with each oil change.

Worse possible place in Enid to get an oil change! They lie and rip you off. They told my husband an oil change for his truck would be $70 after waiting they came out and had done extra things that he SPECIFICALLY told them he did not want and charged him $93 for a freaking oil change! DO NOT GO HERE! If I could leave less than 1 star I would!!!

Very reliable mechanic had an issue on my truck brakes were dragging etc... the fix it the other mechanic i went do didn't know but the fix it you guys are the best love the honesty
