Terrible customer service and communication. I made an appointment and even after 6 hours absolutely nothing was installed or replaced on my vehicle. If I would ve known I would ve gone to the city instead.

They had exactly what i needed to finish my install on my subs and amp i recommend this place to anyone who is going to put a aftermarket stereo in there car

Customer service was great. Gave lots of options and prices for my 04 dodge truck. Got us in and out in one day. It sounds awesome and they know what they are doing. Highly recommended.

Super friendly great guys up there. Had them work on a vehicle that another shop messed up and they fixed it! and even repaired my door panel with out me even asking! If I could give them more stars I would! Their installer knows what he is doing! They have a great shop!

Had a very pleasant experience with Performance Audio yesterday. They were professional in every way while installing my new head unit and were able to get me in and out quickly. I would recommend them to anyone looking at a car audio upgrade.

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with before in my life. They only want your money. Next off the old man at front counter knows nothing and will tell you what you want to hear. His son that works on the cars is just as bad and does the same! If you want it done right should prolly get buddy buddy with them , even then you luck is slim unless you have minor problems that you can fix yourself!

Walked in and within minutes I was walking out with the information and equipment I needed. Great shop and very intelligent people who know how to turn something mediocre into something great. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to hear what true and clean sound is like

Great people working there. Love that I can send my girlfriend in there and they don't talk to her like she's stupid, instead explain the differences in their products! Definitely recommend this place!

The best place fixed my car my car would not start because of my alarm he came and fixed the problem perfectly I'm so happy and it was a very reasonable price!!!! Thank you so much performance audio I will recommend your services to everyone

Was a little concerned about some of the reviews my buddy suggested them and I'm glad he did, nothing but good I can say about my experience with the crew at performance audio was very helpful and took care of me.

I called about 2 charges to my debit card. Went strsight there to see what the were. Sign on door says closed until July 31st. Called number, has vm that is jot set up. Poor business!!!!
