I'm not sure what gave the associate the impression that I don't have the knowledge of speaking English or understanding English? He just assumed and that was very disrespectful. I had to ask him to add my rewards to my transaction. I definitely will inform all my other friends about this unsettling way they conduct business.

Gets 5 stars because of Mike. The younger guys in there sold me the wrong parts twice, but Mike is a man with knowledge and helped teach me tricks to install. 1200 miles from home Mike saved me. Thank you!!

Service was on point.Tim the Mgr. Went out in the rain and double checked the parts I was needing.The lady who served me was very good at her position.Feb. 2024Zac strecker was great today very good counter man.

Fairly good. But the employees there need some customer service skills . I had one guy that new everything the other employees are clueless. Train your employees. Too many people need jobs than hire that sad group of people no knowledge and bad attitudes

While trying to find calipers for my classic car, I got the wrong part shipped to me 2 times. Correct box, wrong part. Michelle was an excellent help and called another store to verify the correct part they had with pictures when ordering the 3rd one.

First let me start with the fact that i have gone into many o reillys and i have never had to find a part or given a part number to find my own things if i have asked. Went in about 6pm and asked about a head light for my car the gentleman said it on isle 4 and gave me the part number to find it my self. And to add to that he would rather talk to everyone else then to ask if there was anything else or to even have a conversation with his customer but to talk to all of his coworkers about a fight that was on TV.

They are a good place to get auto part, but some of the staff isn't as knowledgeable as they should be. Sometimes get parts, and they are the incorrect parts for the vehicle and may be something as small as knowing how to operate O'Reillys vin number search properly. Told they had a part on the phone by one guy then get there and the another says that the part they had was for a different model with the same information I had given the first. Then in turn have to wait to get the parts I need for several days as a result.

This is normally the best O'Reilly to go to. But I'm a little upset with them. I ordered parts about a month ago and they were already paid for and supposed to be in, but they still haven't arrived. I'm in need of them so u can get some issues fixed on my semi truck to keep it from costing 10X more than the parts! I asked for some to find out about it and let me know but I haven't heard from anyone!

The prices were good. Ryan was extremely helpful and installed my bulbs for me since I didn't have any tools with me. A Definite place I recommend!!

Five stars for Tyler and his service! Not only did he professional reel us in. He was kind, and got us back on the road fast! We highly recommended him at this store! A store is only as good as its employees and we give them a 5!

Would give 0 stars if I could. My break light went out and needed a new one. Came to this location to purchase it and was hoping I could be helped with changing it. (I m a young lady who knows nothing about cars.) I asked my cashier Brad if he could change it, and after going to look at my car light he said he couldn t change it bc it would take long. I really needed it changed as soon as possible, my dad usually takes care of car difficulties for me but was at work so I decided to go to Oreilly s on Rock Island Blvd where they gladly helped me and changed it for me. It took the lovely man no more than 3 minutes. If needing any assistance with anything I recommend the other location.

Very good experience in this store. One employee in particular was Noah. He was very quick to help us find the part we needed. Also was very knowledgeable in regards to the questions needed to help get the job done. Will definitely be back in the future!

mason has terrible customer service! flung the door open when me and my significant other walked in to shop! continued be rude and childish when looking for the part we were looking for! finally when alex came in to give us our military discount we had some good customer service from alex! do not recommend shopping here at all! go to autozone or napa lol

Always helpful. They work with the other store in town too. So they really try to get you what you need. If they don't have your part, they can order it, and it only takes 1-2 days.

A man named Terry helped me check the level on my Freon. He went above and beyond on helping me. I am a woman that most people wouldn't help and explain things to me, but I am so thankful that he helped me. He should get the employee of the month award.
