If I could rate 0 star I would.3rd time I've tried going up there for an alignment and each time I've called they said they could get me in.Hour long drive each time just too tell me they can't in person.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

My experience at the Enid, OK location was terrible. The employees left my seat completely laid back for no reason and they didn't put the cab air filter cover back on and left my lights and change oil notification on without resetting it. The employees were unprofessional and the manager was questionable.

There was no window wash, no vacuum, no washer fluid refill and I guess my dirty filters needed dusted off in my passenger seat? Not my best experience here. They did check my lights and reset the oil change minder, so there s that.03/2024 tried again. Fast friendly service, still no vacuum, no windows washed, no reset to the oil change minder..

Fast and friendly. I'm about 1200 more miles away from my next oil change but I thought I should teach my kid how to check it. The dip stick came up with a tiny sliver of oil on it twice. We drove up to jiffy lube and they topped off my oil and other fluids in less than 5 minutes and no additional charge.

I have taken all three of our vehicles to the Enid Jiffy Lube since moving here a few months ago. Up until now, I've been pleased with the staff and the service. I took my 2017 Subaru Outback in for an oil change earlier this week. This particular Subaru model requires a crush washer on the drain plug. I even provided the washer to the technician. This morning I noticed quite a bit of oil on the garage floor. Not sure if it was failure to use the crush washer or sloppy servicing spilling oil down onto the rock/mud guard under the engine. Either way, I will most likely have to take it back in to have it looked at again.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Absolutely horrible service, had the car towed to shop because of a fuel problem, just change the oil the night before and because the car was towed and at an angle the oil was no longer in the pan and they said I had no oil! That was my problem not the fuel, come to find out after telling them I put six quarts in which was the right amount due to specs, they added almost two quarts which overfilled it and then said they cannot fix the fuel problem.. after I had called twice and even had it towed there because of the fuel problem. I'm not a hater on marijuana but then people definitely need to stop smoking while at work! Worst service ever

Staff and service was great. Work was done quickly and efficiently. The problem is the cost. I was charged $168 for an oil change and tire rotation. That s more than I pay at the dealership. I do not recommend Jiffy Lube for this reason.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Customer service was good but lacking the quality of a professionally trained crew and the overall facility needs a makeover to bring it to that Grand Opening quality. I've been to other Jiffy Lube stores that give you a feeling that the owner takes great pride in their business and giving every customer the best service possible so they will come back again and again. Word of mouth is more valuable to any business than advertising. Like your car you have to maintain the inside and outside to keep the value of your vehicle desirable.

This place is a very unprofessional whet there have my oil changed. I had my own oil and filters they charged me tax on the oil that I provided. WE got right in and of course they asked us to get out of the car. We are used to staying in and really fast service. There was a squirrel under the hood so they were delayed a bit. But overall a good experience.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Would rather tell you how they want it and not what you want !! I won t go back unless I have too !! I m just being honest !! I know my tires and truck better than they do and I m paying for it !!! If it s a extra service no problem they want that ! They had a great person ring me up and was a good active listener even if stray person didn t like what I wanted for my truck ?? By the way thank you to that person that rang me up the sales person I bet .!!The sale was dead before she could even talk to me! That hurts her job big time !! Less sales

I just have to say that this jiffy lube is awesome!!! My truck had an issue with the oil dropping all in a parking lot here in Enid and since it hadn t been a month of the oil change I called them freaking out thinking something may been left loose! Well Marcia didn t hesitate to run to my rescue! Her and Johnaton got there quicker than a tow truck!! I was so happy and impressed with them that I can 100% say take your cars to them! They will treat you like family!! Ask for Marcia and she will help you as much as she can! Will continue to do my business with them!!!Service: Oil change

Was able to get in quickly with work car that needed oil change. They also rotated tires. But. They screwed up and on one tire the guy put wheel cover on wrong and it caused the valve stem to leak. And I have to call for road service this morning to put spare one, then at shop, they had to repair tire. I lost a day of work and my company is out several hundred dollars due to the quality of work that was done.Services: Tires, Oil change

Refuse to use penzoil oil so had to get my brand my truck takes 8quarts was charged for 10 and never got the other 2qts back! And it cost me 218.00 for an oil change! Really people that s outrageously priced!!!!!!!!!!! The wait was about 30 min. Not bad considering it was right before Thanksgiving. Friendly service, cost was about 100. Fast service, however the Groupon listed windshield cleaning and front floor vacuuming, neither was done. Staff was great to deal with and waiting area clean. Will go back.

Big oil spill out side "they tried to clean up" I slipped and fell, it looked like it was wet from water. Hurt my knee, went to er and my pants are ruined. I have a stint and am not supposed to be falling like that. Didn't even get an apology. No litter or sign on the ground and they parked my car on top of it.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
