Staff is pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. We were impressed with the service and prices. We were looking for batteries for an electric wheelchair. They gave us a list of options and the ones we choose were in stock AND they installed them for us. We will shop there again.

Stopped at the Golden Chick right next door on our way through on a cross-country trip. Noticed the Interstate Battery store and remembered we had two bad battery packs in the back seat we were having trouble finding a place for in our home area. Brought them into the store and, to our delight, they were more than happy to dispose of them for us. Yeah, simple enough, but the employees were super nice and joked with us about driving half way across the country to dispose of a couple batteries. We will stop in and say hi the next time through. They were totally cool.

Katie and Jack are so knowledgeable!!! They go the extra mile... Katie isn't there JUST to sale batteries, she is thoughtful and willing to search for a solution. The store is always clean and organized.

The young man who waited on me was quick to provide the battery I needed and to install it in a very friendly manner. There was no wait time. I was out the door within ten minutes.

I had a hard time finding a orginal battery for my daughters riding car. I went here and the ladies were awsome and knew what needed to be done. Lets just say the battery works better than original and made my daughter very happy! Thank you

This place is pretty amazing. They've got pretty much any kind of battery you might need. Super friendly staff and very informative if you've got questions or concerns.

The place I work for used interstate until Mr. Leslie Robinson came in claiming he worked at interstate ( he does and still does) and " would treat us right" since he came to us in his time of need. Well needless to say he dropped off the equipment bolted. I call him as a "friendly reminder" that he "forgot" to pay his bill and he claims he would be in the next day or two to pay. Lol never again to be seen! Since he lists used batteries on his personal Facebook page for sale as well as new on interstates fb Hmm something doesnt seem right. Anyway he alone cost interstate any and all of our future business. Someone needs to tame this little guy before he runs the store in the ground. Just my 2 cents.

Stated opening time is 8:30am. Did not open until 8:37am today. Otherwise, they always seem to have what I need. Friendly, well informed, and helpful staff.
