I'd be willing to say this is one of my favorite shops and parts store. Nathan and the rest of his shop are knowledgeable! The parts desk always goes above and beyond!! Can't say as I've ever had anything but great service from this shop and parts desk. If they don't have it they do a great job of tracking it down for me asap!

Summit has worked on my truck numerous times! Each time it has been worked on the technicians have been knowledgeable and the work done promptly! I highly recommend Summit! The parts department is always fair and the customer service is top notch! I won t go anywhere else for my truck needs!

The parts department is pretty good. I am fleet mechanic and I get my dealer parts from these guys I cant say anything about the techs I dont have any experience with them but they lady at the parts counter has always done me right so I can thank you for that. And on the Upside its nice to see a dealer shop that's willing to help out fleet and independent mechanics.

Watch em, they'll screw ya so quick you won't even realize it.Several weeks later Nathan called soliciting work. We discussed the problem that caused my negative comments. A couple days later someone from the parts department called and informed me that they could have charged me less than they had quoted for parts. By then I had already been somewhere else to get the work done.Somewhat redeemed..

I have NEVER been so embarrassed and humiliated in all my life! I have a sinus infection and was coughing on and off. I went outside to get some fresh air and when I went back into the drivers lounge, Nathan Shepherd, the service manager was literally following me around with a can of Lysol spraying everywhere I walked ito each door handle I touched, oh and did I mention he was wearing a surgical mask. He was so open and blatant about it and as he looked up to see if I was watching it was obvious that he wanted me to see what he was doing. Then, a few seconds later he comes from around the corner with his camera taking pictures of me!!! I lost it!! So when I flipped him off and asked what he was doing he charged at me and said that s it!! You can just leave ! He proceeded to tell us that his tech will be removing our truck from the shop and that he didn t need our business!! I told him that I have a sinus infection and he said he didn t care and that we could leave now. He is in no way shape or form a Manager . You don t treat people this way! I am still disgusted by my experience here and wouldn t bring my truck back if I broke down right in front of their shop!! I ll just pay to have it towed to the Summit in Tulsa, Ok where I ve always been treated like family!!!

-Friendly staff-misleading-stall work to increase labor costs-create unnecessary work to increase total costs-I'm gonna go ahead and emphasize the "misleading" aspect...very misleading.-they charged me $550 for a 20 minute fix that they made last for 3 hours, which ended up not even being the issue, which turned out to be an even EASIER fix that cost me another $250I'll start off by saying that everybody I dealt with was very nice, including Nathan (the manager) and Kim (the paperwork gal), and Justin (a technician). So I live in an RV and needed a jump because I was moving to OKC in a couple days and my battery was dead. They sent a guy over immediately and it took 30 seconds. The RV was running and it was $150 for the jumpstart (which was definitely steep. I mean, any more than that and I could've just bought a new battery). I let it run for an hour to charge, shut it off and it was immediately dead again. I called and asked for another jump start, and they did it on the house, the next day. It was running, and I started my road trip. 10 minutes into the drive, my rv died in the middle of the road. Summit came and jump started the RV again. The technician, Justin, basically said "your battery terminals are junk, and they need to be replaced. The problem is 100% your corroded battery terminals, and your RV won't work until we fix them. They towed it to their shop, and spent 3 hours rebuilding my battery terminals (it took so long because they decided to take an hour-long lunch break halfway through - which I was charged for, and on top of that, I had to go to oreilly to buy the new battery terminals out of pocket). After rebuilding the terminals, they told me that it could ALSO be a broken alternator ($1500) but to go ahead and start up the rv. It didn't work. At this point they decided to test the battery with a handheld battery tester that takes about 30 seconds to use. The battery was completely bad, and they said "yep it's definitely 100% your battery, it's completely bad". I went to Napa and bought a new battery for $250 and it completely fixed the issue. As I was about to leave the shop, they said "hey wait a second, we have to write this up". They gave me a $400 bill. I said I couldn't pay the whole amount because I just had to buy a $250 battery, and I get paid in 3 days and could pay in full at that time. They said that I have to pay it immediately or else I have to leave the RV (which is my home) there until I can pay the whole amount off. I had to borrow money just so I could leave. So in the end, if they were TRUE professionals: after I asked for my second jumpstart in one day, they should've DEFINITELY mentioned "hey, by the way, we totally have this portable battery tester that's free to use and takes 30 seconds. Because it's a little suspicious that your battery won't hold a charge". But in the end I m still out $800.

Bait and switch on price parts. Part was in the shop and priced at $31. After it was put on and $252 of labor added, it was $101. Same part online was $28Edit:This place is under new ownership, so your experience will probably be different

Ya know, if you are going to work in a business you might want to know what you are doing in that area of business. If you cant do as your customers ask you to do, then maybe you shouldn't be doing that job. If a customer asks for a specific mechanic to work on their stuff, then that specific mechanic needs to be the ONLY one to touch it because trust is a big deal to repeat customers. It is what makes a mechanics job worth it, which makes the business money. Someone needs to go back to school here because they dont know how to do business to get repeat customers. Maybe they are sabotaging trucks on purpose to drive them to other businesses. You would think the owners would WANT repeat customers. Guess not. Find some where else to go people.

I am less than impressed with quality of work that they do. As for the new management the jury is still out. Get your s*** together people.

This place will have a very difficult time getting any positive reviews until they replace the service manager with someone that understands that they work for there customers (the person that pays the bills and decides if they will return and do buisness their again. I explain what a customers role is when doing business, because they don't seem to grasp this concept at this place.) Terrable place to do business.

Cater to fleet vendors only.. Took my motor home in for an oil leak and they told me the engine had a stuck ring or a broken ring. Estimated the repair to be be around $20k. After the $800 car wash from Sumiit took the motor home to another vendor who found the an oil leak from a broken bolt $2k which fixed my issue.
