Buddy was awesome! I went in to question him about doing a warranty claim on my vehicle, by the time I left that day he already had the claim started and in process! He had my vehicle done in a very timely manner and every time I would call for an update he was very thorough on what was going on! Thanks again for helping me out and I will definitely keep referring you to anyone I know!

BEWARE!! Less than a year ago I paid this man to put in a new transmission in my truck. It never ran right. I took it back to him several times he always told me that he could not find anything wrong with it that I must be trying to shift it too quickly. I took it to him 2 more times because it still was not shifting properly. The last time I took it to him I reset the odometer to see how far he actually drove it. He had it an entire week and called me and told me he drove it for over an hour and could not get it to do anything wrong. When I went to pick up my truck I checked the odometer and it had 2.3 miles on it. So he and his hired man both lied to me repeatedly. Now the transmission is shot to hell, it will not shift at all and of course Mr. Grats has no phone number where you can reach him. Now I've had to buy a new transmission and a new radiator because of this man's negligence. I would not pay this man to do anything on my vehicle. You will be very disappointed.

These guys are amazing. I could even drive my truck to their shop so they came with a trailer and took to their shop. What they thought originally thought was the problem wasn t called me first to confirm if it was ok to proceed. They had the totals already figured when i asked how much it was going to cost.

Buddy was absolutely the best to work with and the work was performed in a timely fashion. Nice to have work completed where you feel your happiness is important. Job Well Done.

Complete trash would not recommend. WAY over priced doesn t know what he s doing.Had him work on two of my vehicles and now his shop is not even open. An will not honor warranties

BUDDY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FAIR ON PRICE. HE WAS FRIENDLY AND EXPLAINED THE WORK NEEDED TO BE DONE. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO FIX YOUR TRANSMISSION
