It was a 5 star before, I purchased a set of tires, wasn't happy I paid the difference for another set 2 days later, until I noticed my sensors were broken and I had to pay extra almost 300 dollars for replacement. Well I honestly think it was their fault because I never had issues before

They tried to upsell my wife from a replacement sensor under $100 to $500 worth of work a few weeks ago and just now tried to sell my daughter 2 tires because she had a flat. She still has half tread or more on all 4 tires. Scam artists is all they are. Prey on people that don't know better.

Discount Tire is hands down the best tire servicing in town, they go out of their way to get you tires for what you can actually afford.Johnathan at the front is the man, he pushed through for me to get a service done with no charge, ask for Johnathan and give that man 10 stars Discount Tire 10/10 service!

I ve had 4 nails in my tires in the last few months. I come to Discount Tire and they fixed them, and didn t take them long. They have done all of them for free. I will definitely get my new tires at Discount Tire in Enid.

The guys were very professional, worked quickly and efficiently to get me in and out in 30 minutes! Got 4 new tires installed on my Jeep GC, and it rides so much smoother and quieter now, very happy with this visit!

We bought tires there a year ago with the road hazard warranty. Zero issues getting 2 tires replaced 2 different times because of the wonderful Oklahoma/Enid roads. Would buy there again

I have bought several tires for Discount Tires in Enid so far they have been the best. All the guys are great and very knowledgeable. They have some of the best sale guys and services guys. I even set a appointment to get a tire rotation and they got me in and out fast evertime. If you need tires this is the place to go thanks guys.

Very good customer service at the front desk. Fast and efficient. I special ordered my tires, they arrived the next day. Made an appointment and was put right into a bay to work in my tires when I arrived. Took 35 minutes. I'm impressed

I came to Discount Tire for the first time after several horrible experiences at another tire shop in town, and this is where I ll be going from now on. They were very polite on the phone when I called to make my appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early and they had my car in the shop, ready for service, 8 minutes before my appointment time. I really liked how they send texts to let you know the status of the service. They were very friendly and helpful, and my vehicle was ready very quickly. Highly recommend.

This place is absolutely fantastic! I had visited another tire shop before them and they told me that my flat couldn't be repaired. This was the third time that they had done this to me and I started to get suspicious as this was a brand new tire (it was the spare that we rotated on to my truck and put my older tire in the spare position, so...no road hazard). Discount tire took care of the issue for FREE, even though I hadn't purchased the tire from there. They'll be getting all of my business from now on. Which is a lot, as I am a deliver driver and go through tires very quick. % recommended! Great job, guys!

Low pressure light came on and headed to the shop. Pulled in to get my tire pressure checked and the young lady was like " You will need a repair as lol ng as we can repair it ". I asked how much and she said it's free. They had me in and out in about an hour. Very nice and professional staff. Thank you. They even let me stay in the van seen how my grandson was asleep. Ty

First of all, I LOVE Discount Tire. They have always treated me like family and gone above and beyond while servicing my tires - this store is no exception. Devyn was very attentive and prompt over the phone when I ordered my tires, and during my visit, all the office staff and service workers were polite and accommodating.My only complaint was the speed of service. It took around 2 hours to install three new tires around 3pm on a Thursday afternoon. The store wasn't very busy - maybe three to five other customers in the store - but the wait was the longest I've ever had at a Discount Tire. The Waco, TX store can have all their bays and lobby full but still get customers in-and-out in less than 1.5 hours. Minus one star for the delay.Would definitely recommend Discount Tire to anyone who wants honest, high-quality service with no-fuss. I would definitely come back to this store if I were ever in Enid and needed my tires serviced again.

Honest and hardworking staff. They do a great job here. Big window so you can sit and watch them get the job done or if you drop off your car you can get a text when it s done. Well done.

Always great service! Discount Tire membership from when we bought tires through them...it's worth it! Got the tires rotated and paid for all 4 tire sensors to be replaced on our Truck.

I looked all over town for a store that did free tire repairs when I got a flat, walked in to discount tired, and was fixed up in less than an hour for no charge. I would highly suggest visiting this location, for the price and amazing service from staff.

They didn't have what I wanted but they went through the options with me. What I didn't like was, that the guy kept giving me wrong time-frames. He told me next day, when we got to the actual part ordering, he said next week. He did this twice. I wanted tired that same day, so ended up just getting what they had in stocks. They were very enthusiastic about their service, but that really irritated me.

This place is awesome. So this place offers amazing customer service first off, and second they are very competitive in prices. The waiting lounge is open and you can stand inside and watch them work on your car just in case u have any skepticism they treat every vehicle with respect no matter what it looks like seem to be one of few shops as well that you tell them what to do and they do it and I believe the do a little more than just tires as well my favorite place to get tires and they uphold their patch repair or replace warranty love this place

Clean, bright, and large interior. But, they do need more seating and some vending machines. Staff is friendly and seemed to work hard to please. Did a good job on tire and an honest price. Don't trust the website for inventory, call and confirm (personal experience)

The service worker "Nathan" is super friendly, very observant and obviously lives what he does. I took my mom's car in to fix a flat and he helped me find that the rim was bent. He got me a new rim on the way and a new tire faster than anyone in town, and at the best price!

Newest tire shop in town so I figured I give them a try. They had to order my tires due to size (measurements) my car requires. Said it would take 3-5 days from that Monday to receive. I had called Friday and Monday and no tires. At this point I was going to look else where since been on a donut. But what kept me from not going else where was the staff. They were very patient and apologetic even with it being a manufacturer shipping issue. Come early Tuesday morning they contacted me that they had recieved them. I had arrived within 15 minutes and they assisted me right away. After all said and done they apologized and gave me a way better discounted than qouted. Also they were very quick installing 4 tires so they went from a 1 star rating to a 5 star. I will be using there services again and they are highly recommended.

I was in the area on business for a few days and decided to purchase two front tires for my SUV. As soon as I pulled up Chris came outside to my truck to offer assistance. He told me about the different brands of tires but suggested that I put the same brand back on my truck. He ordered the tires and I returned the next day for the install. It was a fast and simple process. They were able to also offer replacement warranties on the existing two tires that was already on the truck. They really pride themselves on quality customer service at this location.

Staff is always friendly and helpful with a good knowledge base of what you might need. Waiting area is clean and bathrooms are well maintained. Complimentary bottled water. Our business has 3 vehicles that we have serviced no where else
