I always give carmart a 5 star because they have went above and beyond for me and my vehicle needs, even when I had a repo from them, they still worked with me almost a year later. Every vehicle I have ever gotten from them was always top notch and in great shape all the way around,Motor, tires, and the skin of the vehicle.I just recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot solid white beautiful inside and outThe jeep smelled great too,It has a small issue but it is being worked on today to fix it, but nothing to major they said if it was major they would trade my vehicle in for a different one,,The man who did my sale was the most kindest sweetest patient man I have worked with on getting a vehicle and the manager there Lori was so awesome just don't piss her off cause her idgaf goes way harder then anyone's u know and she will yank a sell for coming across to her and any of her staff, super fast anyways that's all folks

I love my new car I've found some things that they did not show me but again it's a used car lot they show you everything they won't sale so far I love it I noticed some electrical problems if it happens again I'm taking it back before the seven days is up other that that is a great car the staff was kind and very helpful what ever you do don't go behind that desk you might get a spanking lol

Would not recommend getting a vehicle from car mart in enid I have had nothing but issues with the car I purchased the first day I got it the air conditioner was out took about a week and multiple trips to have it fixed. Have had it 7 months now and it has a blown motor and starter you can only send it to the mechanics they chose it has been sitting almost 2 weeks before it was diagnosed now saying it could take weeks to a month to get it fixed but they still want their car payment money when the car is unusable.

I had a very bad experience shopping here in the past. With me being alone anyway. I guess it was easy to sell me a dud that I knew nothing about. I purchased two here that were lemons so in the past I would've rated them just one star.But since then I married a mechanic! and Car-mart got a new manager, which did very well with my husband before so he wanted to come back. I walked in with a little more confidence with him holding my hand.We didn't walk around much at all when he saw a Chevy Tahoe that would seat all of our family. He checked under the hood and test drove it, while I made sure all the buttons worked, there were no rips or stains, the paint job was okay. The air conditioner worked. Once my husband said let's make a deal we were back inside.The paperwork didn't take too long and we gave them a down payment then was driving it home! So easy! We've had it now for around 3 years. There has been some parts that's been replaced but nothing severe. I'm still happy with it and once it's paid off my husband wants a pickup.

My son has purchased a couple vehicles from here and the staff is always helpful and work well with him. Just recently he traded in his car for something newer, Angela, Carla, James and their front desk staff were all so easy to work with and made it possible to get the job done even though it was 10 minutes to close. They all went the extra mile and put up with the Karen type mother I can be checking every bolt and tire I definitely recommend talking to these guys with all you auto purchase needs. You won t be disappointed. Thank you to all of them for taking care of my son and making sure he is always in a good safe reliable vehicle! Top notch service from beginning to end!

Ryan was great I came in knowing what I wanted but thought no way I can get it. Told him what I liked a2014 frontier pro4x. He was on it and didn't stop till I was driving off everyone I delt with was so friendly and informative. They made sure I knew where I stood when I drove away. Thank you car mart of Enid!

The customer service was off the charts from the sales department to the closing the deal department. But it did take a little long and that s why I m giving the four stars. As I waited though, the staff was awesome at making sure I was ok and taken care of.

I needed a reliable vehicle and left several dealerships frustrated because no one could help me or wants thousands down! I walked into here expecting the same disappointment but was greeted with a smile and walked out less than 90 minutes later with an amazing car I never thought I could qualify for with low miles and a down payment I could actually afford! I would recommend them to anyone!

The general manager, Carla, is soooooo amazing. She bent over backwards to help me as best as she can, and it was seriously a tremendous help. I am very grateful to her and her employees who helped me as well. I have worked with a different car mart before and what Carla did for me is exactly how I expect people to be when something you have zero control over happens. That other car mart doesn t have anything on the one in Enid. Very grateful. Sooooo happy!

Everyone was so helpful and so sweet!The lady at the front desk took our information and was so full sunshine that you couldn't help but be happy.Randy got us approved so quickly, understood our needs, and very nice.Carla was extremely helpful and never complained when I was asking so many questions. Not once did she ever make us feel like we were just a buyer but like friends she hadnt seen in awhile nor did she rush us to leave. I highly recommend going here if you want people who listen, who care, and treat you like family!

Friendly faces, as usual. Bought my 2008 Tundra from them 6 years ago & my truck still runs GREAT. I've done all the regular maintenance on it & am now looking to upgrade to a newer model full size pickup. They were my 1st choice for the conversation & they're not only willing to take the Tundra as a trade in, but they were impressed that it's still running so well, stating it is the most mechanically sound truck they've taken for a drive in the down payment estimate process. The Enid Carmart was ALWAYS fair & worked with me when I had a job that started not paying their employees. They upheld their end of the bargain & I had a wonderful experience with them. If you cannot make a payment, PLEASE do what they ask & go talk to them. They WILL work with you & understand when life happens.

This has been the worst experience of my life. I bought a Ford Fiesta 2016 from car-mart off of Garriotte in Enid. I thought I was making smart safe investment by financing a car through them and little did I know that out of 4 months of owning this vehicle that I d only drive 2 out of 4 of those months. Firstly a month and a half into owning financing this Fiesta the transmission needed to be replaced which was literally three weeks of waiting for it to get out of the shop. Car had to be reprogrammed and well I ve had it now for a whopping week and a half just for it to be not drive-able again. Of course they are not liable for any computer issues of this vehicle so I ll be held to my own devices trying to finance the repair of this vehicle on top of this ridiculous car payment for a undrivable car. This has been the worst experience ever and I highly highly recommend that there are any options shoot even if you were in my shoes with my bad credit do not do not get a vehicle from this place. They have no regard for the fact of me being a single parent and the fact that I just purchased this car. My next stop will be at consumer lawyer since I ve gotten this the run around on this vehicle that I haven t even had for four months. Utter disappointment. A complete waste of my families money. If there are any updates or someone at this store happens to have some integrity and see that they have done me entirely wrong with the sale of this car. I will make a update but until then do not do not do not get yourself in this deal with the devil that car mart has proven itself to be. I do not even know how my daughter and I are going to make it because of this financial burden that this place has become.

Would bought a Mercury mountaineer from these guys. Tried to pay cash...and tried for two weeks. Look at it twice. Still no call back. Not real happy with them. Guess you make more money if you finance it. Thank you I will do my business else where.

Enid carmart has definitely improved over the last two years since I ve became a customer, the service reps were very lost doing the job at first but I feel the new service guy Shawn should stick around due to him actually explaining and being extremely knowledgeable about my issues with my vehicles codes unlike in the past Karla has got a great team to keep her people on the road now I believe so I hope he s the new face for that area of services !

The whole team at Car Mart are amazing. I haven't had transportation in 2yrs. They let me put my application online. They got back with me in a hour. We set up a appointment on Saturday. My son and I were welcomed by everyone. Asked if we needed a drink. We finished my application and I was in a new car in no time. I have never had a car dealership make me feel important and have the qualities all this one has. My son and I love our vehicle. It has low miles and is perfect inside and out. Thank you all at Car Mart for the amazing experience. Others could learn a lot from you. Thank you so much and I will definitely recommend you to others.

Very dishonest car dealer. Was making payments on a 20,000 dollar jeep that wasnt safe to drive on the road. Fire hazard. Told me it was one of the best they had. It had so many hidden problems. Please dont shop here if you want a good dependable family car. These car mart people are snakes.

Nice selection and easy. But, the sales guy did not seem to know what he was doing. And the first 8 payments is half my check each time and not what he told me. This will leave only about $250 a check for me to use for gas and other bills. Making it impossible to pay sales taxes to the tag office. Plus, the process took over an hour. That is just way too long.

I got a car a month ago from them. Worst vehicle I have ever gotten. I called and told them of a bunch of stuff that needed to be fixed and they said they would have the manager call me back and she never did. I had to keep calling them. and the stuff still wasn t fixed. I was running behind on my first payment not even 30 days past due cause I also had to tag the car around the same time, I woke up one morning and it was gone. no voice mails, no text messages nothing saying they was coming for the vehicle nothing would not recommend going there to ANYONE James that works here is very rude and demanding when u call and ask to speak to the manager. Every time I call to talk to the manager no one will put me through to her. Do not go to this place it is a joke
