The entire staff at the Enid location is amazing! Anthony answered millions of questions for me. He never once acted annoyed with me. Took time and explained everything to me. Kalle who answers the service desk was so friendly. This place is the best!

Highly recommend!! They managed to fix the mystery problem s with our truck we have been having issues with since purchasing from a different individual!! Very good people!! Oh and their couch in the drivers lounge is is one you can sink into!!

Employees are great but it's becoming more corporate by the day. Enid Mack was a lot more personal than Bruckner's. Wish they'd have payed attention to the Enid Mack way of doing business instead of doing it the corporate way.

Great customer service and support. My radiator blew on my Volvo and they were able to check everything and make sure all other related issues were taken care of. They replaced everything in 1 day to get me back on the road. The only issue was that the parts were more expensive than my regular Volvo dealership back home. I recommend them if you are in a pinch.

Arrived Thursday morning with a total coolant leak and was fixed and out the door Friday afternoon even though they had to get parts for my repairs in from Tulsa and OKC - That's high quality customer service.

Bought brand new trailer and it had air valve leakage. They put 4 mechanics to work on my trailer to fix the issue ASAP. It took them a bit longer then I ve expected but I left BRUCKNER S shop fully satisfied. Thanks to Jamon and Mike

Hands down, one of the best dealerships out there. I know they only sell big trucks, but if they sold old Volkswagen beetles I would buy them at Bruckner s. Their knowledge of their parts, the service, and the overall relationship they create with their customers truly sets them apart.

After contacting the business owner, no resloution whatsoever, BE VERY AWARE THIER MISTAKE CAN COST YOU AND YOU MAY BE LEFT PAYING AGAIN FIX IT PROPERLY!!!My hydraulic system starting giving me problems, 1140$ for a pump, another 600$ for a tank, 400$ for a cooler, when they were to hook it up another 900-1000$, I told them I wasn't willing to just throw thousands at the problem without knowing it would be cured. His words " Thats how owning a truck goes." Throwing parts at a problem blindly is how parts changing morons do business, a good mechanic has diagnostic & trouble shooting skills, Niether are these attributes are present at Enid Mack. They put an much smaller pump than what belonged on my system, That created many more problems, starting heating up everything. Something as simple as reading the tag on the motor and matching the new pump's size to the systems requirements seemed to be too much to ask. Want a whole new system go with them, want the problem and just that problem fixed find someone who knows what they are doing. The problem all along was a pressure relief crossover. Less than 20$, Still after contacting the business owner no resloution whatsoever, BE VERY AWARE THIER MISTAKE CAN COST YOU AND YOU MAY BE LEFT PAYING AGAIN FIX IT PROPERLY!!!

One year ago...this place replaced (allagedly) my kingpins...now im replacing them again...always greased...plus it took them a week to do it...ill never go back...one star is too much
