Got to tell you Big O Tires in Enid is the bomb! Bought tires for my truck back in the summer and got a great deal and a great set of tires. Since then their service has been outstanding! Took the truck in a few weeks ago and got the tires rotated and checked and it was all covered under service warranty. Had a flat on my car today and was able to get enough air in it to drive it to Big O and they had me in and out with the tire fixed in 30 minutes! Love the way they take care of me. Go see them if you're in the market!!

Big O tires in Enid is a wonderful establishment, I felt completely take care of and listened to. Michael was very patient with me as we discussed tire options - I needed to travel by a certain date - he got me the best deal imaginable. What really stood out to me is that he actively listened to me and let me weigh my options. James actually changed my tires, and he was cheerful and encouraging toward me as well. This is a great business with a personal touch. Thank you!

Great experience at Big O s. Tire had a slow leak and they quickly found the problem! I was in and out within 30 minutes! No high pressure sale pitches. I will be back when it s time for new tires.

Al and Michael hooked me up with their amazing customer service. Earned a lifetime customer today! I traveled an hour and a half and they did everything they could to make sure I was on the road safely. Y'all are beasts!! Thank you so so so much. Fast and efficient for reals. Much Love guys!!

Went in at 12:30 to get car checked only customers at this time. By 1:30 4 customers that came in after us all got finished. Tires and etc. I know they work on commission and I needed to find out what was wrong with my car to get it fixed. They had it up on the ramps the whole time not attending to it. Was going to take it back in there to get it fixed but after this experience it s very doubtful! They need better customer service.

The guys that work there are knowledgeable and listened to my concerns about my vehicle when I have them. Took my car in on a Saturday at 9am to get tires rotated, brake fluid flushed and filled, and oil change. Ended up staying around 2 hours, but they did seem pretty busy. Other than that would recommend

Big O tires has always provided me with a great selection of tires as needed, as well as follow-up rotation and maintenance. Their service deals are also great, including a phenomenal price on the synthetic blend oil change and brake system flush.

Ashley Dolci was really helpful. Got me in quick with an oil change and she was able to answer some questions about my car. Would definitely recommend if you need an oil change or tire replacement.

Today s oil change was speedy with friendly service but no high pressure sale of anything beyond what I d rolled in to have serviced. The car travels a rough stretch of Garfield County road out west and it was helpful to receive a cautionary note about possible need for alignment. With time to consider, the car will likely have that taken care of in the near future. Thanks for a pleasant experience.

Needed a new tire called about appointment I had made online. Tire I ordered was not in stock. No big deal. Asked about another tire and repair on way to work. The manager and repairman had me in and out in 30 minutes. Kept me on time for work. Great customer service.

I have messaged twice. No reply. I tried calling the store repeatedly and my call was sent to vm EVERY TIME.I went in January for a $40 oil change. My washer fluid wasn't refilled. I just ran out so I bought a gallon then went to put it in my car. I found the dang air filter sitting on top on the filter case! AND the hose and filter case top weren't fastened. I stopped going to Firestone because of poor customer service, but at least they did the job!

They were going to do an alignment on my car last Saturday. I sat in the waiting room 30 mins and was then told they couldn't do the alignment unless they replaced a bad tie rod end. They wanted 225 dollars to fix it and another 89 for the original alignment. Big o also told me if I brought in a tire they would mount and balance it for 20 dollar. Big o charged me 30 and told me it was because the tire was new. I went into the shop and had them show me. The tie rod end had zero slack in it. I told them we weren't replacing it. I then came to Four J's tire monday and they agreed the tie rod was fine. Four J's also did the alignment for 14 dollars cheaper. Unless you like being taken advantage of then I would find a different shop for all your tire and alignment needs...

From WI heading to CO. Had an unexpected flat tire this a.m. Big O got me on the road in less than an hour. Also, were sweet to my little yorkie who is with me. Wonderful care. Excellent customer service. Personable staff. Price right up my alley for a tight budget while traveling. I am very pleased and most grateful!! Highly recommend!

Thank goodness for Big-O, I just had my truck serviced 11days ago at the dealership, today, while having my tire fixed, they found that my air filter hasn t been changed in a while, it was so nasty. I m switching services to Big-O from now on! They earned their respect from me! I own a 2018 Frontier! Thank you to Dakota Gray and his team !

These guys are amazing! New tires and rotation in under 20 minutes and when completely slammed they work their butts off to get customers out as quickly as possible. 100% will return for any service through them. All the guys are very professional and do a wonderful job making sure the customers are satisfied. They'll go above and beyond to satisfy a customer

This occurrence was a couple of months ago, but its still worth noting. I bought a set of tires from this Big O in June of this year. Had a flat, which they claimed unrepairable. I cannot confirm or deny this, but rather than replacing one OEM tire I didn t care for, I bought a new set. Took them 2 1/2 hours plus to put this set of tires on. Not their fault necessarily, but this was in the middle of my work day, and I m self employed. Go in for a free rotate a few months later, wait an extended period to get it in, and hear my Tacoma start, pull around, and what I can only describe as what had to be redline free revving, and then watched in horror as my pickup goes flying into their bay. I was unsure momentarily if it would go careening into the vehicle in front of it. I step out of the door, and the entire 45 minutes they had it in their shop, it stunk horribly of the clutch in my pickup. I do not know what their tech did, but burning thousands of miles off my clutch in a moment, and nearly wrecking a brand new pickup in your shop, then having the audacity to tell me something is wrong with my brand new vehicle that has a sum of 36,000 miles on it, of which I put every one of them on it, is idiotic at best. Management made no effort to alleviate this issue, either. Needless to say, I do not intend to ever darken the door of this establishment again.

I travel for work and am on the road 95% of the time, so it's hard to find a reputable company to bring your business to when needed. I recently had an issue with my only means of transportation, that I count on for daily travel. I brought my truck into Big O to identify and fix my issue which was hard to diagnose in my opinion. An employee made a diagnosis which at the time seemed could be logical. I spent almost $1,200.00 because I needed my vehicle fixed a.s.a.p. They did the work that day while I waited. After the work was completed (they stayed late to finish it) the problem was still there. I wasn't happy and was told to call the Manager in the morning and see what he could do to address the remaining issue. I spoke with the manager (Nick) in the morning and he said he would try to identify the problem today since he knew I needed the truck. He called later in the day and had identified the issue which would be close to $500.00 additional to fix. He then told me because he felt the diagnosis was not correct and that he ran a shop that the public could trust and rely on he would fix the problem at no additional cost to me. That evening (they stayed after hours once again to get my truck back to me) I picked up the vehicle, free of issues and reliable once more.I have to truly hand it to Big O, Nick and his team for taking care of the customer 110%. I would gladly take my truck to them again when experiencing ANY vehicle issue. They have made me a believer that they do what they promise COMPLETLY!!!!!Thanks again.........
