I was on a road trip, and needed my car looked over. Of course, as a lady I didn t want to be taken advantage of. Don and his assistant were spectacular! In two seconds they diagnosed the small problem, and fixed it within 20 minutes. He offered me a discount, which was so thoughtful and helpful! Very warm hospitality, and trustworthy- what could be better! Thank you for getting me on the road again!

I can t say anything better about the team here. These guys turned a really bad situation into something good. I got my oil changed here earlier in the week let me tell you these guys are fast knowledgeable and only do services you need. And no extra hidden prices! And stuff the got for your vehicles are actually things and not smoke and screens. The managers are very respectful friendly and know everything about these cars. And just yesterday I had brought my car to another shop called slicks to get an oil change since it was close to my home. Well I got to Walgreens and my low oil light came on. Well I stopped in and these guys saved me big time! Slicks hadn t tightened my filter or drain plug and leaked almost all my oil out!! These guys got me in diagnosed the issue and even cleaned the underside of my Buick of all the spilled oil. They filled me up and made sure everything else on my car was good and golden. A near catastrophe averted thanks to the elk city Strickland crew! Will always come here and I ll make sure my friends and family come to. If you stop in you know the managers will have your back and your car running awesome!

I was traveling my way back home to Oregon from Oklahoma. I was in need of an oil change. The guys were awesome! Got a good filter, a good oil change and it didn't take long and they were friendly. If we had one here I'd definitely go again. My grandma's car was having an issue where it made noise with the fender or part of the fender and rather than extorting her for money or parts that she did not need they tightened it and had it fixed within a few minutes without asking for a penny! It is people like this that tell me not everybody is out there to screw you, I highly recommend them.

As a mom, I love that I can stay in the car with my kiddos for a quick and easy oil change. The gentlemen who work here are always kind and professional. One of the only car shops that doesn't make me feel intimidated.

This (less than 10 minute) oil change was not only efficient but it was entertaining. The guys that work here are professional and clearly work well together evidenced by their hilarious yet strictly business banter. Literally enjoyed sitting in the car listening to them. Thanks guys!

They are the best oil change in town!!! They are fast, you can sit in your truck while they work, they are so friendly, you can see exactly what they're doing at all times, they tell you exactly what they're doing at all times, they even made my tire air pressure correct without even charging me, they are the best oil change in town!!! They changed my oil and offered a complimentary windshield wiper fluid fill up. And my windshield fluid dispenser doesn t work now. Hasn t for months now. I mention it when I go in for the next oil change. And they want to tell me they don t mess with anything up where the dispenser is. Well if they didn t why would it all of a sudden stop working 30 minutes after I leave. Plus continue to say they don t mess less with anything up close to it multiple times. Don t offer complimentary services if you won t fix something so simple they messed up. Now I have to pay for it to be fixed. Bad business.

I did not have an appointment, but the Strickland Brothers promptly took care of my car. Once the oil was changed they verified it was not leaking, and showed me the dip stick so I could personally verify the oil change was complete and the oil was at the proper level.
