Had a wonderful experience purchasing my new Chrysler 300S from them. Matt Coleman was a delight to work with. Hes friendly and efficient. They dont nickel and dime you to death like most all other dealers do. Was worth the time and every mile of the drive from Amarillo to buy from them. Highly recommend them for your vehicle purchases.

Absolutely the best buying experience I've ever had! The dealerships in Amarillo are awful! It's worth the drive to Elk City! Everyone was friendly! They even spent the time to show me the changes in the new Rebel from the one I had! Highly recommend this dealership! If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

Shawn was pleasant to deal with. No high pressure and took care of us. He stepped up and took care of some concerns. Very courteous and professional. We bought a new truck from these great people last night, and we've NEVER had a better car buying experience!!! Our wonderful salesman, Matthew Coleman (Graham), and his wonderful manager James Ponce, made it so much fun to work a deal and they made it so easy to drive away with our new Chevy Silverado last night! There was absolutely no pressure, and they just worked hard to find out what we wanted, and they made the financing just perfect to fit our household finances!! You won't find a better place to buy and trade a truck than Lipscomb Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Elk City! I'll never buy anywhere else then from Lipscomb Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Elk City!!!

I ordered a 24 Laramie mega cab from Shawn and James at Lipscomb in Elk city, the truck made it in and I took it home and decided I wanted a dual alternator installed. I took it back some time later and dropped it off and while I was there I spoke to James about possibly trading my wheels for some black limited wheels and he informed me they had some in the back that i could take, i didn t even have to pay, I could just have them! I was ecstatic! After that I told james I wouldn t take up anymore of his time and he put me in a 2022 GMC Duramax while mine was being worked on. I was beyond impressed and to top it off I had my brothers wedding in Galveston and James, the manager at Lipscomb, let me take the loaner all the way down to Galveston so I wouldn t miss the wedding. A day before I was bringing back the loaner I was pulling into town and hit a large tumbleweed that rolled into the road and it ended up cracking the headlight on the driver side. I take it back the next morning to swap out the trucks and drive in the back to find those Black Limited wheels but no luck and so I pull up front and as I m pulling up James the manager pulls up. I go speak to him about hitting the tumbleweed and cracking the headlight aswell as about those wheels, I m talking to him, apologizing and he tells me that it s alright and that it s no worries and they ll get it all taken care of and that he would get me those limited wheels and just to give him a little bit of time. I get in my truck and leave extremely impressed with the whole truck buying process, the kindness, the loaner truck, and the willingness to let me have the wheels i wanted at no cost to me! I really can t say enough good things about James and his willingness to please the customer and make sure everything was exactly what and how I wanted it . I ll post pictures of the wheels on here after I get them! If you re having possible doubts or concerns about going to this dealership to buy a new vehicle just leave all that behind. I would highly recommend Lipscomb out of Elk city and speak with James he definitely goes the extra mile and then some to make sure you re satisfied. 5 star service for sure!

Waste of time dealership. Made a 2 hour trip to buy a truck. I was emailed a link to the sticker price was $88000 yet within a matter of the 2 hour drive the price jumped to $93000 even with the same sticker still on the truck. No negotiations the price was the price I was even told they could raise it another $10000 if they wanted to. Business must be so good they didn t need the sale. Thanks for wasting my time and fuel for nothing.

Most Honest Service Department I Have Dealt With In My Life ! Hands down best service techs ever. Nicest and friendlest staff around. Easy to talk to. Answered all my questions. I honestly felt like I had made new friends by the time I left. They serviced my 2017 RAM 2500 WITH FUELING ISSUES. DIAGNOSED IT, REPAIRED IT AND HAD ME ON THE ROAD AGAIN IN NO TIME. Keep in mind I got there at 4:30 !!!!. Awesome Individuals !!!!

Matthew was a low pressure, friendly, salesman.The process is the old fashioned negotiation, going back and forth 3-5 times before getting a final deal.Matthew, Bob, and Tony were all easy to work with, but the process takes longer than I've experienced in the past, thus the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.It's important to me to support local businesses so I'm glad we were able to make a deal.

idk about the sales side, but let me tell you how amazing Vanessa is on the service side. she and our technician have been amazing with our jeep. 10 out of 10 recommended you guys for everything. new car? I'm coming to there. any more issues with my jeep? I don't care how far away I am, I'm coming here. Vanessa has single handedly restored my faith in a dealership.

Highly do not recommend going here not to get anything fixed anyway. Complete waste of 2 hours to tell me I owe the $125 and my warranty doesn t cover anything at all apparently. Made me pay to tell me how much it would be then don t even tell me any pricing!!!!!

Did not do the repairs quoted for, wrote up different jobs. Ended up having to go back to another shop costing me a additional 600$ to do repairs this shop was paid to do. When you give me a price for a job, then write it up different and dont even do everything that was priced. Is unprofessional. And a ripoff.Forced to go back duebto warranty.Autozone ran codes and took to shop. Had to get diagnosed multiple times so multiple bills to get problem fixed.Had warranty repairs done. One of which I was told was covered got charged for it. Then the ac was supposedly good and checked by shop get it back and coolant was drained when was full when took to shop and doesnt work anynore. Passenger window track is now bad when no reason to have it down. Airbag deployed light is now on. I am under tge impression that they will damage your vehicle to get more repairs.Took van to a different shop for same timing issue after warranty. And guess what. It needs timing reset. Now I'm out 2000$ to get it fixed. The ac system same issues out of warranty is a 1700$ fix. Total of 3700$. Both were covered under warranty. recommend not doing business with them.

I highly recommend visiting this dealership next time you are in the market for a new vehicle!! I have purchased several vehicles in my lifetime and this was the first time I actually had fun and no stress. Our saleswoman, Megan, was awesome, she is truly an asset to this company. I'm from out of state, but was forced to buy a new car due to an accident. This crew got me into a wonderful vehicle in no time. I had a small issue with it later, and they insisted I bring it to them to fix, even though it was used and out of warranty. Great people, with big hearts. I might come all the way back here for my next car. Best car buying experience ever.

This place is a joke for a dealership. You buy a car there but won't take care of you. And the car was used but it was a dodge and the extended warranty was bought. The part was delayed due to shipping in June. No loaner,then get one to have it barley two weeks and told have to return it because they need it back. Go in to see about trading it. Was told someone would call us. No one did. We went back in to have a salesman Jacoby pawn us off on another salesman. Jacoby promised we would hear from him that day. We limped our car with a busted carrier bearing to the Ford house. They new the issue and moved mountains to get us in something giving the same amount for his car as Dodge had quoted. We never heard back from anyone from Dodge till after having the new Ford for a week to let us know the part was in. Yes we did get upset at Dodge because they never stayed in contact with us, we needed a car to get to work and shuffle kids. I would not ever recommend this place to anyone. Customer service is non existent. They need some major schooling in. We understand things are tough right now. But they did nothing to try to make it better. Thank goodness for Kirby at Barber Dyson they were a life savor.

Can't say enough good things about service I received here. Had a rusty brake line go out at the drum on my '97 XJ on I-40 driving from Phoenix to Columbus. I called them from a parking lot just off the exit at about 3 pm, and told them the situation. They were super friendly, gave me back-road directions to the dealership so I could limp it over, got my Jeep in within about 15 mins of my arrival. They kept me updated every half hour or so, and by 5:15 I was back on the road. They didn't stock the part (it is a 23 year old Jeep, so that was not unexpected) but were able to find one in town, get it fixed and had me on my way, charging much less than I expected for this type of 'emergency' service. Great service!
