We were broke down in OK and called Lipscomb Chevrolet. They got us in late in the afternoon and got us back on the road in no time at all. Best service ever. If we lived in OK I woukd definitely buy and have all my vehicles serviced there.

Everyone there was amazing from the minute I drove on the lot. I will definitely send my family & friends there & tell them to ask for Kaleb Keith he was so easy to deal with & straight forward with me, no hidden agenda. The financial man that was there was also amazing & explained everything to me I was paying for down to the last penny. This will always be my go to place now for all my vehicle needs. From the time we set foot on the lot, we were treated very well by Curtis Springer and the rest of the staff that helped us with our purchase of our new Chevy Colorado. Van Leonard did an excellent job of explaining everything on the finance side also. We were very pleased with our experience, since this was the first time we have ever been on the lot in Elk City. Only reason for this is the service supervisor. He treated myself very poorly. Was working with me, just walked way to talk to a gentleman and we were still in the middle of a conversation. Went back, next day to discuss the ill will & treatment with him & he just ignored me & laughed at me. There is more, but I want to talk about the good points: Aaron s was very polite, car was serviced well & would go back, but for above person. Spoke with Bobby & he is trying to make it right

Very friendly, every one I dealt with was super nice. It was refreshing to buy a vehicle and the dealership not have a bunch of markups on the price. I will definitely do business there again.

I was a walk-in with several things to be done. My vehicle was ready in just a little over an hour. Everyone I had contact with at the dealership s service department was as kind and helpful and friendly as they could be. And the total charges were definitely reasonable for what I had done. I was very impressed. I ve already posted a rave on a local Facebook group and encouraged everyone to take their vehicles to Lipscomb Chevrolet/GMC/Buick. They re tops in my opinion. I will most definitely continue to go there for my vehicle service needs.

It's not possible to review this dealership as highly as I would like to.The salesperson (Kaleb) and the G.M. (Bobby) bent over backwards to help me find the perfect truck ... and all without any kind of pressure.They gave me a higher trade in value than any dealership I had visited before them and Bobby worked very hard to get me any discount he possibly could (military, etc)Seriously, if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle you really need to go to the Doug Gray dealership in Elk City ... ask for Kaleb and be sure Bobby is working the desk ... and tell them the old Viet Nam vet sent you in.To all my 'Brothers in arms' ... you won't be sorry.Jim Mackey

We were traveling cross country on vacation a few weeks ago and our truck was losing power and misfiring. We called Doug Gray Chevrolet and the Service department said to bring the truck by and they would take a look. Within 30 minutes of arriving they found the problem and got to work on it. While waiting for the repair to be made, there was not any where close by or within walking distance to get some lunch. The sales staff was amazing and gave us a loaner car to go grab some lunch. We returned back about and hour later and the truck repair was done and ready to roll on down the road! Thank you to the Doug Gray Service team and Sales team for excellent service and getting us on our way to vacation!

Everything would have been excellent but I found 2 scratches with touch up paint trying to conceal the scratches when I washed it the first time. I contacted them about it a few days ago and haven t heard anything back other than they were going to look into it. The truck had 14 miles on it when I drove it off their lot and shouldn t have had touch up paint on it. Very disappointing because everything else went so smooth. I bought it over the phone and communication between the salesman, my bank, and myself was great. Maybe they will eventually do something about the problem.

We wanted to take advantage of the Saturday oil change special but had to leave town early Thursday morning and be away through Saturday evening, so we checked our vehicle in for the scheduled Saturday oil change, shortly after 8:00am Thursday and left town. Our sales rep learned that we had done so and expedited our oil change and then called that it was completed about 10:00am. We really appreciated him for being so aware our service request!
