Nathan was sent out to address our battery problem. He was helpful, polite, and after conducting a series of tests, replaced our dead battery. He answered our questions and made suggestions. He even sent us a text after he left telling us a back seat light was left on. This prevented the battery to drain down after he replaced it. We were traveling across Oklahoma when our car would not start. We highly recommend Nathan.

JG diesel and repair were an answer to our prayers. We were on our way to Oklahoma for a funeral and our vehicle lost power. They were able to replace a censor and get us back on the road within 2 hours.It was great service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

If you are broke down and need to be rescued this is the company you want to call!! Or if you are near Elk City stop by they know what you need and they are not 2 to 3 weeks behind so your business isn't on hold. Thank you Jesse!!

On our way to Denver, had a tire punctured on a VERY remote road about 30 miles from Elk City. Googled for road side help, and this is who we called. BEST DECISION EVER. Jesse gave us very detailed info and realistic time frame of when he would arrive. Kept in touch with us, and was very professional. Towed our vehicle to his shop where he put us in a loaner vehicle so that we could get a hotel for the night. There were not any tire shops open on sunday, so he went to OKC to get a tire for us and had us back on the road by 10:30 a.m. He went above and beyond for us and I have never had better or more professional service than what he provided. He also takes AAA which was a plus as well! Checked our oil and the rest of the car out before we got back on the road. Will recommend to anyone that needs car service in amd around Elk City, OK....

Jesse and the guys at JG are amazing. Took my Cummins in on a Sunday and they were able to replace the water pump, hoses and thermostat in a couple of hours. Highly recommend these guys if you have an issue. Incredible service and very fair prices.

Nathan was wonderful, customer service so nice so pleasant! Company was a little high on their fees but I guess that s life. The tire price was normal compared to what I paid for my other tires so I was OK with that was really pleased with Nathan service and he went out of hs way to Drive to Weatherford and back to elk city to get me a tire.

We had an emergency flat tire tonight! Nathan came out and changed out our tire! He was so sweet and polite! 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be using them again!!!

Im like 1000 miles from home and broke down out in the middle of nowhere land. They quickly towed me into town and diagnosed my issues. Though my van was too junk and rusty for me to consider the repairs, instead of wishing me luck and sending me on my way, they stayed in touch every day, they have a cheap car rental service they helped me get setup, and can often times help people find a replacement vehicle within their budget. Thank you guys for providing me with more hospitality than some people get in their homestate. More than just a mechinics shop, full blown out of towner's crisis resource imo

Very happy with JG Diesel! They had to come get our truck tow it to the shop, had it diagnosed and repaired in less than 48 hrs! Highly recommend! They are also very good at communicating about the whole process!

Be aware they are Scammers and all reviews are made up/bought. They will tell the service call it s 500$ and if u will accept will take upfront the payment before sending the truck. If you change your mind they will treated you that will file in court for theft of service. What will happen if they check your truck read more reviews will charge you 3-4 times more expensive for parts and labor.STAY AWAY!

My van keys were locked in the van. I called triple A and they sent Jessie out and he had the van unlocked in no time. He was so nice and pleasant. I was so pleased with him.

It was New Years Eve morning, headed home from Oklahoma to Missouri. I had a flat tire on 40E 1 mile west of Sayre MM20, Natasha who answered the call was so kind , I was upset and she made sure I was safe and would not leave the phone until the matter was resolved. I had a donut tire got changed and made it to Flying J station. I received a call from Nathan he was coming to help me . They had my size tire , I was taken care of by Lyn who sent me a docusign to complete. Unfortunately due to poor internet service there was trouble downloading my personal id and credit card. Nathan arrived and he spearheaded the documents , flying J had free WIFI. He offered to take a longer route to avoid the interstate to allow for a slower drive for the donut. He was so conscious of my safety I swerved a bit and he called me to be sure I was okay. He even noticed a billboard with his company on it. He also in talking to Lynne he suggested he get the hard copy of the documents needed for the customer in case there was no internet service. His clear thinking allowed me to get back on the road back to Missouri! He was competent, courteous and I felt safe. I can t thank him enough! I m so glad that AAA has teamed up with this service in ElkCity.

Nathan saved me tonight he drove so far to come and help me change my tire the most polite gentleman in the world gives me faith and immunity thank you so much Nathan you really are a gem speedy timely manner and so amazing at corresponding with me on ETA s and etc. got me on my way quickly and now I m headed home so safe thank you thank you thank you anyone should be so proud and honored to have this young man working for them, taking care of them!!Thank you Nathan

This place has went beyond my expectations for the services my van has needed to keeping me on the road with a loaner car, working with my budget, answering every single question I have had with no hesitation.Definitely felt I had a bad streak of luck and this place has been able to practically solve all of my problems and now I am able to keep on with my journey thanks to them.

The old goat (Dodge Ram) let me down on a trip from Missouri to Oklahoma. The crew at Jesse Griffith Repairs quickly found the source of the problem, got me repaired and back on the road in an efficient time frame. The staff was courteous and professional, and the facilities are nice with a comfortable waiting room and clean bathrooms and free coffee. I highly recommend this business!

We had a blowout between Oklahoma City and Amarillo on I-40 on a road trip from Chicago to Tucson. We called AAA and they sent out a truck from JG Repairs & Towing. Driver showed up quickly and was very helpful. He did his best to get us back on the road as soon as he could. The prices of this shop are horrendous. I don't understand if most of the reviews posted on here are made up, but the service is terrible. Staff does not care about helping and for some reason every time they pick up a tool, or lay it back down -- it ends up doubling the pricing. Do not go to this shop, and if you do get them to write down how much the service will cost you and keep that writing close.I would give this 0 stars if I could. Shameless scammers.

I have a 2019 gmc duramax that had the injector connector to mess up. Took it to Jesse and they replaced it. Price seemed high but didn t say anything about it. Over 800 for a 120 part rest was labor. Hr or less job. They fixed it got me going. Got a hundred miles down the road and had same isssue pulled took it apart where they had fixed it and found the connections had came loose. So I had to repair it on side of road again myself. Contacted them all they said was he was very pleasured with the knowledge of my truck.
