While on a vacation to the Southwest, we had the catalytic converter stolen from our van in Elk City, OK. I found Big Elk Automotive and Exhaust on the internet. The owner, Scott and his team were extremely helpful and got us back on the road in 6 hours which included obtaining a new converter from Oklahoma City, several hours away. During this time, they provided a comfortable room to wait in which included a TV. Scott's wife also made us lunch at no cost. I found everyone at Big Elk to be very accommodating and friendly to the point of offering a private vehicle to use if we needed to go somewhere. In the end, we were charged a fair price for a quality job. I can't say enough good things about how we were treated. If we lived near Elk City, this would be my go to shop for all things automotive and I highly recommend them to anyone without reservation.Service: Exhaust

Slow, terrible communication with car status and never their fault . Front lady calls herself a manager can not even return a phone call. Disappointed as car has been delayed over 2 weeks.

Save your money and go to a shop that actually knows what they are doing. They took my cats out of my Camaro and ensured me my car would not throw codes afterwards. Engine light was on right after I picked it up. They have had it multiple times after that to try and fix it. Nothing works they have no clue what they are doing. They tried to tell me it was my computer and to go to chevy but after I went to chevy they informed me that no it was Ronnies and then Ronnies owned up to it saying they have never had a problem before and tried to fix it. Nothing ever worked my engine light is still on. Wish I would have taken it to a more trusted shop.Service: Exhaust

I would rate them a whole lot higher if that was possible. I am a transporter and had a problem with the exhaust on my pickup truck. They stopped what they were doing and took care of me quickly to get me back on the road as soon as possible. Incredible customer service!!!
