I don t think I ll car shop anywhere else but here from now on. Kirby helps us get the exact car we wanted with an amazing promotion. He helped get us almost exactly what we wanted financially. Then when it came to warranty, Jay didn t push us to buy anything we didn t want to. That was great since other dealerships make it a huge fuss. I loved this place. No fast talking, no aggressive selling, nothing bad! Definitely would suggest this place!

We bought this F150 from Barbara Dyson with Ray Haven. My husband asked me to look around for a vehicle I wanted and I checked out a few from here for a few months before my husband was home long enough to check with me. Ray helped me every time I stopped by to look.Thanks Ray!

I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and how much I had down, I let Kirby know and he took care of me! Didn't try to sway my decisions, the whole process took about 20-30 minutes, quick and painless! Everyone was very polite and made conversation while another sale was finished up while we waited! 10 out of 10, would recommend and will be using Barber-Dyson for any future purchases!

Thank you Barber Dyson and Kirby for the smooth transition of purchasing our new 2024 Ford F350 Lariat Dually. Being full time RVers, we had been searching the western US for our new truck to no avail. Contacting Kirby and working with him on ordering our truck was a breeze.There are very few dealers that don t upcharge over the MSRP and Elk City is one. After a little over 3 months we took delivery of our truck. The whole process with Kirby and Chris was easy and not an all day long process, as we had experienced in the past. Thank you again!

I just bought a Ford Maverick from Ray Haven at Barber Dyson and it was a great experience. Ray made it quick and painless and had the vehicle ready to go when I got there. He gave me a quick rundown of the features and how to use them and I was on my way.Best no hassle car buying experience I've ever had.

Corbin was awesome! From the day we sat down and ordered my truck, Corbin gave me weekly updates on the progress and was very helpful and answered all my questions. Once my truck arrived, they had all the paper work ready upon our arrival and the whole process took about 10 minutes. I would definitely purchase a vehicle from them again.

I called and shared what I was looking for. They wagered what they had that might fit the need. It was a used vehicle for my parents. It was just traded in. They ran the diagnostics, cleaned it up, delivered to my parents. We did paperwork online because I live in Dallas. Super great experience.

I really wanted to buy local when I was looking for a new Ford Bronco and Barber Dyson Ford made sure I made the right decision. Everyone there on Saturday November 4 was so friendly and very knowledgeable. I am always anxious about buying a new car because it s such a huge expense, but I was actually at ease thru the entire process. They got a new customer and I got a new car! Easy peasy.

Big shout out to Corbin Dyson at Barber-Dyson Ford Lincoln in Elk City, OK for making the purchase of my new 2021 Raptor the easiest auto purchase to date. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new car and not wanting to get the shaft with the dealer markups the rest of the nice dealers around the country are giving their "long time loyal customers" to reach out and find exactly how dealers should be treating their customers. These are crazy times and with dealerships making RECORD PROFITS, Barber-Dyson Ford is not trying to take advantage of their customers and will deliver any vehicle you purchase to anyone in the Dallas metroplex. Total first class experience and cannot wait to buy another one.

I had such a great experience using Barber-Dyson in Elk City! I found a vehicle I wanted to come test drive and they had it all ready for me when I came from out of town. It even had a fresh cleanup and vacuum from being driven by others I'm sure! Kirby McBroom was so helpful and nice throughout the buying process. We even found a small nick in the windshield (used car) and he had it fixed before we even had it bought! Five stars. We will definitely use them again.

A few weeks ago, my son and I were traveling from Pennsylvania to San Diego California as he is transferring there for the Navy. We had decided on Elk City as our stopping point for the night. Shortly before getting into Elk City, my son s car started making a noise. A bad noise. I called a mechanic friend in Pennsylvania and described the issue to him. He told me that it sounded like a cracked flywheel, which would require removing the transmission. We were half way through a 2700 mile trip, a horrible situation to be in since we were nowhere near either home or our destination. The next morning we got the car to Barber Dyson Ford which just happened to be near our hotel. We met with Bill in the service department and explained the pickle we were in. Within 2 hours, they got the car in and unfortunately diagnosed that my friend was right. After hearing the bad news of the diagnosis and hefty repair cost, my next worry was how long it was going to take to get us back on the road. I am well aware of how busy these service departments are, often needing to wait a week or more to get in. We had a tight schedule to stick to and now I was very worried about how we were possibly going to get to San Diego on time. When I asked Bill how long it was going to take, I was absolutely blown away when his reply was we hope to have you back on the road by close of business TOMORROW! I was stunned. He then stepped it up and added that if they couldn't have us back on the road the next day, they would knock the cost of our extra night hotel stay off the bill. They then arranged transportation for us and suggested hotels and restaurants (very good suggestions by the way). Long story short, there were some complications the next day and they did not get the car done, but they kept their word by knocking the cost of that night s hotel off the bill. They didn't have to do that, but they went well above and beyond what they had to do. Bill also gave us his personal phone number and told us to call if we needed anything. They had us back on the road the next day and we made it to San Diego on time. I can't say enough about how they worked us in and got us back on the road so quickly. I'm very grateful, thank you guys!

They let me drop my 5th wheel on their side lot and got me right in for an oil & fuel filter change... The Service Guys were awesome and so was everyone else I met.. I had called 6 other dealers before I just drove up to this one. All the other dealers I called wanted me to drop my RV at a Sam's Club or Walmart then come see them..what I'm not going to do is leave My RV unattended, in a parking lot, in a place I'm unfamiliar with.Barber-Dyson Ford Did Their Best By Me and I'm thankful they did..

I found a large S, U, V on line that I wanted. Got a hold of the dealership and started working with Mr.Ray.I was supposed to have a trailer sold and that feel through.Well, my credit is not the best either. Me Ray made it all easy. Even took the trailer in on trade.Even came and picked it up cause I had nothing to pull it with.They are hands down the best. This comes from one that use to be in that business.Will not be disappointed if you go their. Go on in and tell Mr Ray I sent you.

By far the best buying experience I have ever had at a dealership or otherwise. Went in looking for a specific truck and they didn't try to push me into something more expensive. Worked to get me the best rate with different banks and gave me top dollar for my trade! They also didn't try to keep me on the lot while the paperwork was going through. They communicated constantly. Will buy here again!!!

A legacy dealership that operates on great values, honesty and great service.Good people that shoot things straight with no BS. Kind and courtious with a very welcome atmosphere.Good quality local vehicles for what they are.Corbin provided great service and in a professional manner the way a customer wants to be treated at the level I wanted.Each vehicle I ask about Corbin not only knew its history, but the people that owed it.This dealership is where you go back and buy your next vehicle. I have bought alot if cars and trucks in my life. It's been a really, really long time since I've been to a dealership like Barber Dyson Ford.

Really impressed! This was our first time using the service department. Our car needed an important fix before heading out on a long trip. Such a nice and friendly team that actually cared about our time crunch. Their diagnosis was spot on too and our car is working great! Timely and professional. We'll definitely be back when needed.

I had an unprofessional experience for the last time at a different dealership and my husband suggested trading my car in. I was curious how much I would get for my car and found out through their website. I quickly got a call from Chris and I told him I did have some time that morning before work to swing by and see what used vehicles they had. I told him what kind of vehicle I liked and what my payments currently were. He took me out to a vehicle and I loved it! This was the best buying experience hands down! He respected my time crunch and made sure I was not late for work. He was so helpful and honest! While I was at work he was crunching numbers and I could tell he gave me every deal he could! He was respectful of my budget! When I picked up the car they cleaned it up and even put my front (decorative) tag on my new ride! They made sure I understood everything and even walked me through how to cancel my old GAP insurance! These gentlemen are the best! Thank you so much for your compassion Chris!! It's businesses like this that make the difference!

I started out giving them a bad review in the past but Corbin Dyson messaged me personally asking why I gave a bad review. I told him about one of the salesman doing 6 hard inquiries on a pickup he knew was hard for anybody to buy. Now the salesman made it hard for me to get any loan. After talking to Corbin I thought well maybe I take what I said down then I got to thinking that I need to let people know what my last experience was like. The first time I bought a vehicle there the salesman Coy was excellent and made it very easy to get a vehicle.

You don t have to be in Elk City to buy from this great dealership! I just purchased a new Ford F-150 from Barber-Dyson. It was a great experience from start to finish! They have an excellent website with lots of inventory which allowed me to price a couple different new pickups. After a couple emails and a few texts, we made a deal. They gave me top price for my trade in vs other dealers, actually beat what KBB valued. The new pick up was delivered to my house a few hours away and they took the trade in. *The spray in bed liner that they do in house is flawless! It was a great addition to my purchase. You don t have to use huge national websites with funny names to trade vehicles from your house!

First truck I have ever bought on my own and the team Barber-Dyson Ford are the best. When we walked in to the door every single employee was so good to me. I will definitely come back to this dealership for years to come. I used to look for the best deal for my family ranch. But I will look only at Barber-Dyson Ford. Corbin treated me like family and I definitely recommend him to go to.

Fantastic customer service. I was taking my kids on a one month long cross country summer trip when our car inexplicably died halfway through our journey (near Elk City). The car ended up being towed to Barber-Dyson. While they couldn t fix my car within my budget (repairs were accurately costing more than the overall value of the car), they could not have been kinder, more welcoming or more helpful. We ended up having to stay over a weekend and the crew were so compassionate and even delivered a loaner to me. I work in customer service and recognize outstanding service when I am fortunate enough to receive it. Highly recommend.

I just got my second car from there they are always Very helpful I love the car very much they even replaced 2 bad tires for me I'm still waiting for the spare key but I'm sure they will get it programmed soon

Thanks to Corbin, I left the left the lot with the vehicle I wanted, at just the right price, and got step-by-step directions on how each feature works. Jay was a big help in financing too!
