They get a review from me.My deisel truck had and overheating problem, and 5a was willing to see me same day. They do that for passers-thru. They took my truck in right away, then shuttled me to and from my motel. In the end, my final bill was a relief after paying dealership prices. I am so recommending these fine folks. Today...Morning, from Elk City, OK. The gurlz and I are at 5A Repair. I called 'em yesterday from Flagstaff, AZ and asked if they would see me s'morning to change the CCV Filter on my truck. They said yes.

The folks at 5A are the most caring. I am under the impression that these folks work based on the integrity of their name. It s worth more than money to them. It s expressed in their honesty, quality of work, and how they care for their customers. I found my final repair shop.

5A has always been the one to call if we wanted it done right and for the right price. They have been our go to and who we have recommended for years. Any work that 5A has done for our family has been high quality and dependable. I have used 5A for the farm vehicles and mowers and been very pleased.This last year made all the difference. My daughter's car was over heating and a few service lights showing. I called 5A and explained the situation and that we couldn't be without her car due to her being medically fragile. Marty with 5A didn't think twice, he took care of her car and our family!

Very friendly staff. Got my truck in first thing. Very quick with diagnosing the issues and communicating with me and the warranty company for my vehicle. Will definitely be where I bring my vehicles any time I have an issue

Awesome place, took great care of our truck when we broke down. Fast service, great prices and quality parts. My wife and I were worried but Marty took great care of us. Wish he was closer for the repairs I don't do myself.

5A Repair did a great job on getting me back on the road. I was 250 miles from home. They did a diagnostic check on my 2013 Ford Fusion, was able to order parts & get them in. I drove back to Clovis. Car is running great. Seth was the mechanic that took great care in making sure everything worked great. Mandy is very nice & knowledgeable in what was needed in ordering parts & the special tools that were needed. The owner Marty cares very much in taking good care of the customers. I highly recommend this auto repair place.

If you need your car repaired definitely go here to 5A repair. My car was having issues(intake manifold had to be replaced, and was leaking oil everywhere), and I had to pull over and at the elk exit and their was very kind people to help me get a tow and recommend 5A, they were very quick, professional, and answered any questions I had. They had my car done the same day!!! I picked it up the next day as I was traveling over 2,000 miles and it was already the evening. The workers here are very very friendly as was everyone else in OK that I came across, you don't get that in Missouri. So if you ever need a repair place you can trust definitely drop your car off here.

They forgot to call us back and tell us they couldn't work on my truck because something had to be calibrated by the dealership. So it just sat there for days.To be fair, the first person who called said we needed something calibrated by a dealership but said they were going to look further into the truck to seek the problem and would call back. After not receiving a call for some days, my husband contacted them only to find out our truck had been sitting there because this calibration issue needed to be done first but we were never told they couldn't touch it until calibrated.

Don't go if you are in a hurry. They have like 30 cars ahead of you in line. After they fixed my car, was going to return to them to fix their mistake, but went to a dealer instead and paid another couple hundred-- after the first $1400 and three months spent with 5A.

Reviewing for my mother as she is not tech savy in the least, but wanted to make sure they received a great review. My mother and little brother were traveling across the country from New Mexico to New York when their jeep decided to call it quits just outside of Elk City. AAA was called and their jeep was towed to 5A. The tow guy was great as he also gave them a ride to the shop (which AAA said he wouldn't). Once there, the jeep was looked at and my mom was told they would start the repairs the next day as it was already almost 5pm. My mom and little brother, having no idea where to go for lodging or how they were even going to get there had asked and not only did the shop provide them with a great recommendation of where to stay, but the shop owner's wife herself drove my mom and brother to their hotel. I could not be more grateful for their kindness and hospitality. Above and beyond my expectations, they had the jeep up and running by midday the next day and had them on their way. My deepest gratitude to the staff at 5a and their family for taking care of my family at their time in need!Service: Transmission

I can't say enough...I was passing through on our way to New Mexico when the air conditioner stopped working (96�). They got me right in and I was back on the road within 30 minutes with super cold ac and without a huge dent in my wallet. Great honest people who made me feel important and cared for.

Life savers ! Marty ashpaugh , the owner was extremely professional and courteous. They helped us out with our alternator and we were in and out within an hour! If you are ever in elk city and need auto repair I highly recommend Marty and his team !

I highly recommend Marty and his team for any auto repairs. My truck went down on me while working in Elk City, he pulled it right into a bay and started working on it immediately. The repairs were intensive and I was back on the road in a couple of hours.

Heading West along Historic Route 66 there are lots of things that can go wrong and places they can happen. Coming from St. Louis, by the time I reached Elk City it was obvious my pony needed something more than hay to give my old body the ride I wantef and needed. Marty took her in without an advanced notice or a whimper and had me saddled up in my tempermental '67 Mustang in no time with professional care and service and I am writing this having safely arrived a todays' destination without a hitch. Thanks Marty. Great work and fair price.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Life savers!!! These people are amazing so helpful and fast. Great price too. We were drivin down from WI past closes here when we got car trouble but lucky we meet few good ppl here in elk city and got us to 5A Repair. Thanks again. 10 stars if i could.

I don t trust anyone else with my vehicles. They have fixed everything from my cars transmission problems to my trucks suspension. Great shop and super trust worthy and reasonable prices

My wife and kids were on I-40 heading East. The car broke down, panic set in. She calls me so I immediately begin to look for shops. I found this one and it already had 5 stars so of course I decided on this one. I made a phone call and they were amazing from the start. I explained the situation and they said we'll get it done. AAA picked them up and took them to 5A and as promised they had her out of there in less than an hour. I know that's not always possible (Thank you Jesus it was), but the best part here is that they did everything they could to keep my wife feeling taken care of while she waited. This is the greatest customer service I've ever had and I wasn't even in the same state. Thank you 5A. Your a great team!

Marty and his crew consistently went the extra mile to help out after I broke down on I-40 and was towed to his shop, until I was safely on my way again. Marty succeeds by working every day to ensure that he and his business exemplify the name, 5A. 5 stars, 5.0!

I'm not from Oklahoma but this little auto repair place has been good to us our AC blower was giving out and needed to be replaced the employees are honest kind people who are truly there to help,and at a fair price thanks guys were keeping cool in this blazing summer .

The first time I had our car taken there they got it running. Second time it was worse then when I took it in. They can do good work but they need to take cars for a test drive before they say its fixed.

This is the BEST auto repair shop and elk city , the only repair shop I would ever go to . Everybody is nice and friendly and would get the job done . And the prices are amazing
