Walker Paint & Body has done an amazing job putting my truck back together. Keeping me involved and updated, and not afraid to keep my expectations realistic. I appreciate them for that. All the staff has been really kind and professional as well. I would take my truck back here again if I ever had body, paint, or hail damage.

I'm not usually one to give 5 stars, because I don't think there is such thing as 'perfect'. But with the quality of work I received from this shop, I think they deserve 10 stars.My car, a 2009 Honda Civic SI was unfortunately hit by hail. On top of this, I had some damage from living in Florida (that Florida sun was rough on my car). I decided to take the opportunity to somewhat 'restore' my car by getting it buffed, plastic trimming replaced, and new headlights.When I first came in with my car, Eric was very informative about how the insurance claim process works with shop. He also took the time to go over the car with me and suggest what would make it look better, and what would probably not be worth spending the money on. The fact he was willing to be so honest, and not have me just pay for all this extra stuff at his benefit told me that the shop's ethics are on point. I've been screwed over by plenty of greedy shop owners in my past. Thank you Eric for not being like that :)While my car was being worked on, there was a big delay in getting my headlights (not the shops fault). They were very accommodating for this, and gladly held my car at the shop until my headlights came in.When I got the car, I was blown away by the quality of work. It looked like a whole new car! It was super shiny from the buff. No trace of any dents, you couldn't even tell it had been hit by hail. All the plastic trimming is now fresh and new, and the headlights improved the car's appearance tenfold. As a cherry on top, it was CLEAN inside and out! Looking at the car, I was expecting quite a big bill when I came inside. And once again, I was blown away by how fair the price was. Eric really gave me a great deal for everything was done.Closing thoughts, if you're looking to get body work done. Look no further, Walker Paint and Body is the place to go! Thank you so much to Eric and team for such a great job on my car.

They did a wonderful job of repairing my vehicle. They were able to provide an instant quote to repair my vehicle and kept me well informed during the entire process. I'm so glad we have such a quality body shop locally.

I can't say enough good things about Eric (owner)and his crew. We live in an age that many consider money to be worth more than reputations. But for Eric and his companies name, he places customer care/satisfaction above all else. This is the second time Walker Paint has gone above and beyond. First time, Eric personally called weeks after my car had already been painted to notify me his son had seen me drive by the shop several times and noticed an irregularity in the paint. I am extremely meticulous with my vehicles, but they were correct. Eric then informed me he couldn't allow something with his name on it to not be perfect and it needed to be fixed free of charge.My second accolades for them is after a year, a small cosmetic issue arose with my bumper and once again. Bring it in so we can make it right. No complaints what so ever. You get what you pay for and Walker Paint is definitely worth it.

I was extremely happy with the work that Eric and the crew did to repair the massive hail damage my truck experienced. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and I feel like they went above and beyond at every opportunity to provide me with the highest quality repair and keep me updated along the way. Keeping my business in our small town was important to me and I was not disappointed in that choice! Hopefully my truck will stay damage free, but I m happy to know we have such an amazing company in our small town if anything should happen.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Walker Paint and Body provided excellent customer service! I took my car to get my hood repaired. They were able to fix my hood, and went above and beyond. I was surprised to the attention to detail they gave, not just to the hood of my car, but to the car as a whole. I am so thankful for their quality of service. Great customer service! Updated us when needed, helped with extras we wanted, and even after we had finished the job, they were willing to help with issues that came up that had nothing to do with the initial work order. These guys were friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend!!

I've had 4 vehicles repaired here and I keep coming back because this business is one of the few left that is 100% honest. They went out of their way on my last vehicle by fighting with my insurance company (Progressive) to have factory parts installed instead of cheap parts. It's very rare that vehicles are damaged at a paint and body shop but my passenger side glass was scratched and the business paid out of their pocket to replace the glass with factory parts and even paid to have my glass tinted to match the rest of my car. Walker Paint and Body is a small business that takes attention to detail seriously. An honest small business with great customer service and excellent attention to detail. Some of the best business I ve ever dealt with overall and the best business for my vehicle I ve ever dealt with. These guys helped me get out of a pinch when my Jeep got hit and I had really limited time to get it repaired as I was preparing for a move. They stayed late to make sure my vehicle got turned around in less than 28 hours, when the repairs would ve taken 3 business days at the other repair shop I visited. His pricing was more than $800 cheaper, as well. Really great shop!

My experience at Walker's was exceptional! Eric and his team treated me great and took care of my wife's car. The price was great and you can't see that the car has been repaired. Would recommended to family and friends!

Could not be happier with my experience with Mr. Walker and his crew. Being a former Fleet Manager, I have a standard and they met it with ease it seemed. Friendly, attentive, informative and you can tell they take pride in their work. My truck and I are very thankful.

Professional. owner is only interested in perfection! He helped me out with car rental, lent me his personal truck for a night. Rental ordeal would have taken well over an hour and I lived 7miles away. They went over and above for repairing small accident damage, plus arranged to get new tires on my vehicle for me without me doing anything but make a phone call to the tire store. Go there if you want kind, professional, excellent service and repair. My vehicle was perfect and washed and cleaned inside too. Just don't ask to borrow his truck! LOL Highly recommend
