Bought a car the 22rd drove the car perfect no problems went the 25th to get a oil change 30 mins after getting my oil changed my oil light came on I drove home the next day the car broke down. I had it brought home had someone come look at the car and the car has no oil there s oil all over the engine. Called up here told them what was going on they came out and looked at the car Zach and a older gentleman they put oil in it but the car wouldn t start, the older gentleman keep whispering it s blown while Zach kept cursing. The older gentleman said he d have my car towed to the mechanic and he d get with his insurance that Monday. 30 mins later called me and said it was my fault argued without me and hung up and has been dodging me ever since. Don t do business here

Their prices are reasonable, in my opinion cheapest in town. I was charged $40 for ($10 a tire) placement and mounting,and done in a timely manner. Thanks PTL

I went to have tire repaired. Sensor light was still on. Guy told me it would go off after I drive it. 2 weeks the sensor light was still on and car kept pulling. Went to elgin tire and lube because I felt something wrong with that tire. Performance tire had only put 24lbs of pressure in my tire. I called them to let them aware of the mistake they had made by not properly airing up my tire. I was called a liar by the owners wife and was treated very badly by her. She had no concern of my safety or the fact her husband didn't properly air up my tire. The worker called me back emmediatly to apologize for the situation and for the way I was treated and for being called a liar him asking me to still do business with them. I told him he shouldn't be the one to apologize for her behavior and after being called a liar. I didn't care to go back. They messed up plane and simple but according to the owners wife. Mistakes don't get made there. Obviously they do get made! Just the fact that not only did she call me a liar and get hostile over the phone with me about it. She should had been more concerned for my safety being more professional about the situation. The worker remembered me and was apologetic of their mistake. I do not recomend

I had been there several times with no issue. The last time I went I honked my horn as the sign said, another car pulled up for the other bay at the same time I did they opened the bay for him and the employee just looked at me in my car and closed the bay after the other guy pulled in. I waited and honked again and the same employee came to the window and gave me the bird so I returned the gesture and left.
