Went in on a hope they had my part, they didn t however, employee was super helpful trying to locate it and seeing if he could order it. Small shop, not much out front to look at or ponder about buying. More of a commercial based company (towards car shops) rather than do it yourself ers

Three of the employees worked together to change my rear windshield wiper, it was a pain the butt and they worked 20 minutes after closing to help me out. Good people, they all need a good raise! :)

Great spot. Stopped in for a low tire pressure TPMS light on my daughter's car, needed to buy a pressure gauge. Bought a Guage and asked where I could get some air locally. He kindly offered to loan me their air hose to fill the 3 low tires. Great people with great service.

Top notch customer service, these guys know thier stuff. If they don't have it in the store they'll order it for you. They got my carburetor in 2 days and made sure I got exactly what I needed. They go the extra mile to put the service in customer service.

Great small town parts store. The younger generation they have working there couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. I love spending my money in Elgin, Oklahoma.

Awesome guys who work at this napa in elgin. They were super helpful helping me find an alternator and didnt complain when my car broke down in their lot lol. I would recommend going there if u need help with your car

Top notch old school parts store. If you walk in and tell them you need a 5/16 inline fuel filter they grab it off the shelf and put it in your hand. They don't need your VIN and complete biography to sell you a quart of oil.But if you do need a right bank, downstream O2 sensor for a 2016 Silverado they have the knowledge to look it up quick.

Good honest people. I did a return, he forgot to refund the tax when he initially refunded, then grabbed me before I walked out. Was just a couple bucks, but that means a lot!
