Love having a drive-thru c-store in my home town operated by a family member of mine. The employee's that I have dealt with are great, personable, and outgoing. Love you all.

I want to like this store, but there's so little space to walk inside I always get a little freaked out and feel like I've been transported to some Chinese market. It's ok though. Just a little weird.

Went on a Friday asked if they would be able to fix my back hatch, get me 2 new tires, brakes, charge ac, and a new blinker bulb. He quoted me 465.00. Was asked by owner to bring car by the next day because they was busy. I was supposed to pick my vehicle up Tuesday. When I called Tuesday to check on my char because I heard nothing from them. They never even started my vehicle! They called Wednesday evening telling me everything was done and it was 507.00 when I went to get the car they never fixed my back hatch at all left scratches all over my vehicle and I get down the road and my ac wasn't working and car was cutting out trying to die. Mind you I have never had engine issues. I called them up and told them what was happening. They told me to bring it back. When I did they asked me yet again to leave my vehicle there. I called the next day because I have been without my car for a while. They told me they are waiting on a back valve! I called multiple times throughout the day. Finally someone told me they had the valve sitting on my hood but it's been so hot they haven't touched my car. I asked them if they are charging me more money for this. The owner told me another 100.00. I was so angry I decided to get my vehicle and take it else where. It ended up costing me 300.00 more dollars to fix their mistake! They over charged my ac and almost blew the ac motor! It never needed a valve either! So they messed up and was trying to charge me more money! The New tires and brakes was fine but not worth the 507.00 I had to spend to get them! I would not recommend my worst enemy to go to this shop ever! Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! Very unprofessional! And horrible workers! Not one person was on the same track with what was going on with my car! So dissatisfied 100%!

Vickie's is great. The gas pumps have 100% gas. There is a drive though. She carries many things like bread so you don't have to go to the grocery store for one thing. Very good service.

Rick was amazing! I broke down on the side of the road at 8 o'clock at night. I'm from Virginia and in a wheelchair and he was able to fix my car by the next morning. Rick was so unbelievably nice and helpful I would give more than five stars if I could!

100% Gasoline need I say more. If so service is quick and accurate an all ways with a smile

Couldn't use my debit card at the pump. It's unreal that she is in the restaurant cooking everytime and we have to wait for her to get away to wait on us to buy gas. I drive over 70 miles and then get gas there and be treated like nobody.

Ricks Automotive is an excellent place to take a vehicle to get worked, the employees are personable and genuinely care about getting your vehicle up and running. It is evident, that for the owner/Primary mechanic, this is not simply a means to make money but rather a passion that is reflected in his work. Or so it seemed to me. I will be returning.

Was travelling west from Virginia to San Diego, CA with a trailer when we had a bearing completely blow out. Usually a simple fix but in this case the bearing had fused to the axle and was incredibly difficult to repair. Rick stayed open late and worked tirelessly on the problem and then stored my open trailer in his garage over night before resuming work on it in the morning. I was going through the options I had remaining, including leaving my trailer in Oklahoma, until Rick persevered and fixed it better than new. In the end we lost only a few hours travel time and are 100% repaired. I cannot understate the genuine sincerity and hard work this man put into getting us back on the road. It was a pleasure to meet a genuine mechanic and a good person such as we did with him. If you need anything at all as you travel past El Reno, OK he should be at the top of your list.

i have been using ricks for a long time and he is an excellent mechanic very dependable. i would not use any one else. he's the best!!!!!!!!!!!! he cares about his customers and will do anything to make sure your vehicals are safe and dependable. he treats you like family and always at a fair price look to ricks for all your automotive needs you can trust him!!!!!!!!!! i give him a aaa rating!!!!!!!!

Great place. When it comes to convenience stores, they have everything from good pizza to fishing bait. Drive thru, gas and if you need work on your car or just need air (free), they have it all.

So, to start off. Ive been traveling from Illinois to California, and in Lebanon MO i had issues with my truck. Every place i stopped wouldn't give me a straight answer. So I ended up taking side roads untill we made it to Elreno Oklahoma because i wasnt able to keep going and i was referred to Ricks garage. It was by far the best experience ive ever had with a mechanic. Rick, treated me like family. His entire staff were the some of the best guys ive ever had the privilege of meeting. If you are in Elreno, i highly recommend Ricks garage. If i wasn't traveling id take my vehicles there always. Thank you again Rick, and everyone.

I was waiting in line for 5 minutes before they closed and they sent me away by yelling out the front door that they were closed. Poor customer service.
