Just got kicked out for pointing out to the store manager his bantams were being crushed because they were in tanks with a much larger breed of chicken. Three baby chicks were dead. Every time I go here I find the tanks not took care of or tons of chicks with pasty butts. Y all should not be allowed to distribute birds y all can t care for. This is absolutely heart breaking. And to be thrown out of the store in front of customers for pointing these mistakes out to the manager is just insane. Once loved this store it was my favorite. Now I m kicked out so I can t return I hope one day y all get new management

I was warned about this store all the way in Hugo Oklahoma almost 4 hours away and so many people in okc thought they were just being dramatic (they were not ) these folks (manager specifically bout the rudest dumbest dip wad cali karen I ve ever met tractor supply may as well close that location cause nobody goes there dip wad didn t even know ow how to hook up a propane connection properly pure luck he didn t pop my tank valve and wanted to fight when I asked him if his nozzle had a pop vavle installed such a disgrace to an otherwise nationwide company known for hospitality I ve bin to dozens of locations and never seen tractor supply tolerate this under their brand as they told me do not go to this location

The cashier, Ursula, was very hateful after I asked for the receipt. She got snappy with me which I didn't appreciate. This happened on 2/6

Changing from 5* to 1*.Worst customer service I have ever had at any tractor supply. Melody I believe was the individual and was too concerned with her phone over doing her job. Four customers in line and she just stood there doing essentially nothing.I bought a bag of feed, it took 10 minutes to process transaction as she kept talking on phone to customer who had question, while playing in her cell phone and trying to carry on a conversation with a male employee on if something was in stock.Eventually she stood there staring at me and I asked for my change from 100$ bill and she hatefully hands it over after having to recount MULTIPLE times. Took LITERALLY ANOTHER minute to get receipt.People behind me just left items where they stood and said they were going to Atwoods. Very sad bc I love this location normally.

After years of shopping here I'll go to Atwood's or some other place. They have always price matched flea collars for my fur kids and I buy everything there for them and lots of other things. But tonight the older man there said no and I should order it online if I can get it for that price so I will . Thanks for the many injoyable years but I'll shop else where now. They lost a good customer. . 11/26/21. I'm so glad I switched stores,Atwood's and other tractor supply stores treat me much better then this store and save money.

Go to place for work and the Flying Z Ranch, tools, hardware, fluid for hydraulics and solder for the copper. Always a quick trip...save a ton of time and the staff is THE BEST.

A great store was very knowledgeable and respectful staff. They always are willing to help you with what you need or any questions you have. I have never had a single bad experience with anyone at this specific location. Great store and great staff all the way around, two thumbs up from me.

Went to get a cheap small type air compressor to air up bicycle tires quick with. Had never been in the store before. A clerk showed me and they had one that was for cigarette adapters and the rest were big and pretty expensive. Even the one left seemed pretty high. The clerk said the rest had been sold and in the end spoke to a manager without me asking and sold it for a discounted price. I was going to sadly pay more. They were amazing and now that I've discovered this place they will get a lot more of my money.

Was short on loadout guys due to 1 calling in BUT the guy that loaded out was super. he apologized but I told him No worries he did an excellent job and was very good at his job. Customer service A+++ from everyone I had interaction with. Highly recommend this store.

They are one of the few places that carry diamond naturals which is the only dog food I feed my dog. The employees are helpful and I can take my dog in with me and let her explore the store which she loves. They also have the old time candy I used to get when I was a kid

I ordered 2 items to be curbside pickup ready. They were ordered separately with minutes of each other roughly an hour before close. Only 1 was ready when I got there at the other was ready 3 mins until close. Had to pick it up next day,. Overall warm greetings and smiling faces

Customer service has been terrible on multiple visits. Employees have little to no knowledge of the products or even what they sale. The store is under stocked and has been out of common items a number of times. 2 stars only because their prices are good.... If you can find what you are looking for.

Came to this location on 10/27 for a vet clinic event. Was not greeted by any of the tractor supply store staff. The female cashier was very nice and give the puppy we brought in for the vet clinic some treats.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They had the cat food I needed in stock at a reasonable price. I called in advance and the man who answered located all my requests with patience and professionalism.

Never had any problems here. Bought a Hobart welder here on sale 4 years ago, still does a great job. Buy stuff here about once a month or so.

The staff was very nice, but, they took awhile to get and help load the dog kennel we bought. If you need to be up and out fast . . . . I'd try a different tractor supply.

Diversified selection of western and country necessities and items. There are tools, parts, clothes, and toys and friendly staff to go with it. Very organized layout and quality products that could help in almost everything situation.

Went in to replace my grinder and shop for other things that might catch my eye. They told me I didnt have a memebership which is a lie. Then they told me my warranty was no good because I am a welder by proffession and the warranty didnt cover preoffesional use. Who the hell else is using a 7 in dewalt grinder? After I found the reciept and contacted another store with my warranty information where they found my membership immediately, they contacted the manager and I was able to return my broken grinder for a new one and also purchased another warranty for it. I was told to say it was for farm use if I came in for the warranty I paid for again.

I get their 55 pound bags of store brand dog food. It is about 20.00 and high in protein. My dogs love it.

Enjoyable shopping experiences. Need a better A.C. unit for summertime. Seem to always have what we are looking for at the time. Nice sales.

I went and bought a pair of steal toe boots yesterday and I put them on today and pulled out 2 mettle splinters out of my right foot I called the store to let them know this is what the assistant manager told me it's not out f...ing fault and hung up on me

They had the exact mower blade I needed and I found a great DEF pump for the shop.
